    Update:4/25/25 - upon taking my vehicle to another shop they approved all of my damages, which happened during the accident totaling $3600. The day I brought in my vehicle here to Blossom Valley know who looks like he hates his job immediately marked all the things that happened to my vehicle, as if they happen prior out of spite for no reason when I told him I have video evidence of these damages from the scene and he made it seem like he was going to leave it up to the adjuster at Mercury insurance and upon speaking with adjuster Mercury told me it was the body shop that indicated it was prior damage so he intentionally marked it that way. Luckily the new shop submitted everything and everything was approved for repair. Btw took my car to "Look Autobody" customer service. There was extremely friendly. The place looked a lot more high end inside and parts ordered very quick. Blossom took 3 weeks just to order parts that never arrived. End of update Brought my car here end of March 2025. It's now almost the end of April and still no parts and no update. If you come to this place, stay away from dealing with Tino. He was in a bad mood since the first day I brought my car in. Looks like he hates his job. Getting a hold of him is extremely difficult. He ignores all email replies and left me with no update. Had to deal with the manager Jazel to get an update on the parts which he didn't even leave an update for management or anybody to know if he ordered the parts or anything while he left for the weekend early. Waited until the following week to find out he didn't order anything at all, and because the manager had a word with him he called me upset, telling me to take my business somewhere else, I will attach screenshot of the voicemail transcript. Now dealing with the manager. She assisted in ordering the parts for me told me I would have an update by 4/21. and assured I would not have to deal with Tino any longer. I followed up 4/21to find out she's on vacation for a week. I called and spoke with Tino again and she didn't leave anyone appointed to handle my case while she's away on vacation knowing the situation with Tino. I took my business elsewhere and they handled everything completely different. Customer Service great attitude and they deserve the business. Also, Tino denied a lot of the claims that happened to my vehicle during the accident claiming that it was prior damage when it was clearly not when I had clear video evidence of everything from the accident scene, and denied covering several things. The new body shop quickly got everything approved for me and ordered parts. ((Attention : Stay away from this location))

    Came here because someone with AAA hit my car and was given the choice to go here. First I was skeptical because I rather find my own body shops but since my normal place wasn't working I ended up here. I came by and same day left the car. Car had a little side swipe on the right side of my bumper. Got the car back on Friday, so a whole week which I didn't mind since didn't have anything going on. They were very friendly and helpful especially with helping with the rent a car situation. They give you updates on your car on the phone so you can always check the status. Wild recommended this place.

    Horrible. Horrible service. Never ever come here! Place had our Vehicle for over 3 weeks ...then told us they couldn't do any anything after 3 different quotes....Roger was the biggest liar ever! Jezel was a little more helpful but lots of deception! It was just a little dent above the wheel and told our insurance that it was more expensive and wanted to have our car salvaged! Long story short....what a beautiful nightmare! I'm from the Eastside and would expect better quality customer service from this company....please triple check with this outfit!!! Blessings

    We brought the car in may 28th and got it back july 17th We were told that the car would take a month because they need to order original parts. We received the car a month and a half later and the parts used were after market parts . The front bumper is hanging off and we need to take it somewhere else to finish being fixed. There are two different colors of paint when they painted it. They told my insurance that it was because of a texture or different material. They just painted the back bumper . It wasn't a new one . Because they took so long we were out a car and had to have a rental to go to work. We ended up having to cancel the rental and just sacrifice with one car because insurance won't pay over a month. We have multiple kids so it meant I had to miss work and I had to miss alot of activities . The breaks are still squeeking/grinding . Juanita told me in the middle of the month they were working on the breaks so she lied and the electrical also has problems still .Don't take your car here. It's better to pay a couple hundred more and go to the dealership. Time is money. I attached two pictures.

    Melissa and the whole team at this location did a great job after another vehicle hit us in a parking lot. My car looks like nothing happened and it was done ahead of schedule. Hope i dont have to use it again :) but if I do, this is a great shop with great customer service and results. This was paid by the other insurer but it didn't seem to expensive.

    Wish I could give the 5 stars others gave but it was far from deserved. First, they checked out the car and said they would order the parts and they might be able to take it in within a week. I waited nearly 2 months till they got the parts. Not their fault, I hope, so I don't blame them. That being said, I gave them the car and it turns out one of the parts didn't work properly so I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. 3 weeks later, I get the car back. They fixed the main issue which was my roof/sunroof. However, they curbed one of my custom wheels valuing about 3-4 times more than an oem wheel, and left overspray on another wheel. I brought the issue to their attention and almost 3 weeks later, they've done nothing about it. So I've accepted the loss and will deal with it on my own. I'd much rather not give them the car again for who knows how long. Then, I inspect my paint and all kinds of micro swirls and scratches were installed. I buffed the major ones out myself b/c I knew they wouldn't do anything about it. Long story short, I wish I went to a different shop to have my car fixed at. I care about my car deeply so I look at the "small" defects they put. But if you just want your car fixed because it brings you from Point A to Point B, then this place could work for you.

    I was in a car accident when someone rearended my car ONLY 1 week after I bought it! Thank goodness the responsible party's insurance Liberty Mutual, sent my car here for the repairs! Carlos was super efficient, friendly and professional! My car repairs turned out like new! I highly recommend them!

I got quotes from 2 local body shops that were insane. Not only were the quotes over 5 times what I ended up paying, they wanted to do full disassembly and keep the truck for "at least a week." So, I found Raymond Quadros and The Professionals. I sent him pictures first, but he said he really needed to see the truck, so I drove from Gilroy to San Jose. After looking at it, he explained how he would do the job, gave me an estimate on the spot and we set up a date for the work. He is very experienced and professional - after years of working in body shops, he's been on his own for 10 years. He showed up on time in his well-equipped van and proceeded to set up and get to work in our driveway. I have a little body work experience, and he was very detailed and thorough - taping, sanding, filling, sanding, sealing, priming, sanding, painting and clear coat. He was here for 9 hours. He mixes the color himself - the color match is perfect and the truck looks great! He only works mobile, so you have to have a place for him to do the work (he mentioned that apartments are out). He also doesn't have all the equipment of a body shop to disassemble vehicles and do extensive body work, but for minor body work and paint, he does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

The color match looks fine to the naked eye though not perfect, but for the price and convenience of on-site service it's a solid alternative to a body shop (which could cost thousands) or filing an insurance claim and paying a deductible that might raise your rates. If you want to reduce the appearance of scratches or make them nearly invisible, this is a good option to consider.

The biggest concern I had when coming to repairing the damages is "Will it truly look the same as before the incident?" B2 Perfection answered that question through their work and attention to detail. My car looks brand new after coming out of repair every time and a big reason why I keep coming to B2 for my repairs is because of their team. Marco was my advisor at B2 for the 2 most recent incidents and he is probably one of the best repair advisors I've worked with. Super communicative throughout the process, giving me updates throughout in terms of the repair process, and being very responsive to answer any questions I had. He'll be 100% transparent if there's any delays and the reasoning behind them. His goal is to try to get you back in your car as soon as possible without rushing the repair. Prices are average to maybe a little higher than other shops but it makes up for it with quality and detail. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a repair shop!

    I got into a car accident 9/25/25 and I use Geico as my insurance. The car was received by Michael…read moreJ's 9/26/24. This repair was done by Michael J's starting October. The damage was on front right side of my car which stemmed from the bumper all the way to the passenger side door. Front window and door was not damaged and there are more details for the repair but I wanted to mention the general idea of the work done. Another thing to note is I drive a 2022 Toyota Rav4 Prime which is relevant because its a recent car and no customizations so the parts should be easily available. Michael J's is also an approved repair shop by Geico so this process should have been seamless. The summary of this negative review is this: The repair took almost 60 days to be completed from dropping my car off at Michael J's lot to driving my car off. I had to pay over an additional month for my car rental which was over $1000. Many things to note but here are some highlights: -My car was in their lot for over 2 days and when the Geico adjuster finally made it onsite, they couldn't find the car which pushed back the adjuster to come back onsite. -I receive 3 calls about signing paperwork to start the work which was difficult since this was my only car. This took 2 days and by the 2nd day, I found out they could have just emailed me instead of have me sign it in person (the first calls they did not tell me this was an option) -I get a total of 2 calls back from Michael J's -I called 6 times asking for status checks -Michael J's had to submit 5 Supplemental estimate requests to Geico I've talked with 2 random shops around San Jose with 4+ star ratings about how much time the work should have taken and just focusing on the time alone, 4-6 weeks was the turnaround time. That's with a buffer for waiting for parts and some adjustments to the estimate. I did my due diligence as well calling the adjuster FOR the repair shop because the repair shop sent in a supplemental estimate that hasn't been addressed for days, I talked with both Geico and Michael J's to see if they can help with car rental or discounts, and I asked them for status checks 1-2 times a week after the first month of not receiving my car. AFTER all of this, I sent an email to both the representative handling my repair for Michael J's and Geico clarifying what happened throughout the whole process to determine if there was someone truly at fault and if so, which party. I sent this email on December, and as of today I have not received any replies from either parties. If anyone is curious about the whole endeavor and wants to know more details, you can ping me and I can send you the email I sent out to them. Overall, the 4.8 star rating for Michael J's is misleading and I will not return to do any repairs with them and would caution anyone planning to work with them to. P.S. I don't want to leave anything out but the person in charge of my repair offered 3 free detailing work for my car to offset the cost I paid for the rental car which I don't need.
