I had a mixed experience with Blossom Valley Collision Center. On the positive side, the communication was good throughout the repair process, and the paint matching on my 2025 Toyota Camry's replacement front bumper was excellent. The vehicle looked great when I got it back. Unfortunately, the problems started about a week later when one of the bumper tabs came loose and the bumper began hanging. Since the repair was covered under warranty, I returned to have it fixed. They reattached the bumper by tightening the tabs, but only four days later the bumper came loose again and started hanging for a second time. I returned for a third visit because I couldn't keep coming back for the same issue. Before the first two warranty visits, there was no damage underneath the bumper that could have explained the problem. I asked whether they could replace the damaged tab or replace the bumper altogether since simply tightening it wasn't solving the issue. During my third visit, I was told there was "fresh damage" underneath the bumper from scraping that supposedly caused it to come loose. They even mentioned contacting my insurance company to determine whether it was significant damage. In my opinion, the scrape was very minor and unrelated to the repeated failure of the bumper attachment. What was especially frustrating was that another employee, an older gentleman at the shop, looked at the same area and stated that the damage was not major and that it could be repaired. I understand that bumpers can be damaged from road contact, but after three visits for the exact same problem, it felt like the responsibility was being shifted away from addressing the underlying repair issue. While the paint work was excellent, the repeated bumper problems and the handling of the warranty repair left me disappointed. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and focuses on fixing the root cause instead of repeatedly applying temporary fixes. And yes I'm still in the process of this issue read more

I wish there were more stars to give! I wrecked my 2014 Mazda - the front end was crunched. From the moment I first met with them to assess the damage, Jessica was amazing! She noticed every little issue, some I didn't even see. She gave me a detailed quote and explained the process. Because my car was drivable, she said they'd order the parts and then I'd bring it in when the parts were in to save time of the car actually being in the shop. Once the parts came in, I took the car in and once again the staff, particularly Jessica, were helpful and friendly. I just picked up my car yesterday -- it looked like brand new. Not only did they fix the front end perfectly, they must have waxed the whole car because the entire car looks shiny and new. They even had the AC on, so that when I got in it was cool on a hot day! Update:4/25/25 - upon taking my vehicle to another shop they approved all of my damages, which happened during the accident totaling $3600. The day I brought in my vehicle here to Blossom Valley know who looks like he hates his job immediately marked all the things that happened to my vehicle, as if they happen prior out of spite for no reason when I told him I have video evidence of these damages from the scene and he made it seem like he was going to leave it up to the adjuster at Mercury insurance and upon speaking with adjuster Mercury told me it was the body shop that indicated it was prior damage so he intentionally marked it that way. Luckily the new shop submitted everything and everything was approved for repair. Btw took my car to "Look Autobody" customer service. There was extremely friendly. The place looked a lot more high end inside and parts ordered very quick. Blossom took 3 weeks just to order parts that never arrived. End of update Brought my car here end of March 2025. It's now almost the end of April and still no parts and no update. If you come to this place, stay away from dealing with Tino. He was in a bad mood since the first day I brought my car in. Looks like he hates his job. Getting a hold of him is extremely difficult. He ignores all email replies and left me with no update. Had to deal with the manager Jazel to get an update on the parts which he didn't even leave an update for management or anybody to know if he ordered the parts or anything while he left for the weekend early. Waited until the following week to find out he didn't order anything at all, and because the manager had a word with him he called me upset, telling me to take my business somewhere else, I will attach screenshot of the voicemail transcript. Now dealing with the manager. She assisted in ordering the parts for me told me I would have an update by 4/21. and assured I would not have to deal with Tino any longer. I followed up 4/21to find out she's on vacation for a week. I called and spoke with Tino again and she didn't leave anyone appointed to handle my case while she's away on vacation knowing the situation with Tino. I took my business elsewhere and they handled everything completely different. Customer Service great attitude and they deserve the business. Also, Tino denied a lot of the claims that happened to my vehicle during the accident claiming that it was prior damage when it was clearly not when I had clear video evidence of everything from the accident scene, and denied covering several things. Extremely happy with the customer service and overall experience I had here! I got into a car accident and Allstate listed Blossom Valley Collision as an option which I opted for based on location. It was a very easy and smooth process from start to finish to get my bumper fixed. They are very easy to get ahold of and always quickly pick up the phone, so scheduling an inspection was easy and scheduling the follow up appointment for repairs was even easier. My car was ready for pickup within 3 days which was faster than I expected so I was super happy about that. I had a few other car kinks not caused from the accident such as tire pressure issues that I noticed they fixed for me which was great, it's really all about the attention to detail. We brought the car in may 28th and got it back july 17th We were told that the car would take a month because they need to order original parts. We received the car a month and a half later and the parts used were after market parts . The front bumper is hanging off and we need to take it somewhere else to finish being fixed. There are two different colors of paint when they painted it. They told my insurance that it was because of a texture or different material. They just painted the back bumper . It wasn't a new one . Because they took so long we were out a car and had to have a rental to go to work. We ended up having to cancel the rental and just sacrifice with one car because insurance won't pay over a month. We have multiple kids so it meant I had to miss work and I had to miss alot of activities . The breaks are still squeeking/grinding . Juanita told me in the middle of the month they were working on the breaks so she lied and the electrical also has problems still .Don't take your car here. A white SUV backed into the car in the parking lot, and of course did not leave a note...humph. From the time I entered the front door, it was a great experience in quality customer service. Cynthia greeted me in the foyer and answered my questions regarding their establishment. She's the reason I decided to choose BV to repair my car the next day. Next, Jezel wrote the estimate and told me how to navigate the car rental process. Then there was Jose who left me numerous update texts regarding the repairs. Blossom valley collision replaced the engine on my car. I picked it up as they stated was ready to do so. Started the car and there was a noise coming from the engine. So I popped the hood to get a better knowledge of the sound. The receptionist stated that it was the belt. So I left the vehicle for them to fix the problem. I picked the vehicle up again and took it to my son and he stated the car is making the noise again. I call blossom valley collision and the same receptionist says it sound like it's a mechanical problem, and they don't work on the vehicles it would have to be sent to their shop, but she was the one that told me the noise was coming from a belt. So if you're not a mechanic and you don't work on cars, how would she be able to tell where the noise is coming from. I would not recommend this business to anyone especially for a high performance Nissan as they say they are specialists. read more

Wish I could give the 5 stars others gave but it was far from deserved. First, they checked out the car and said they would order the parts and they might be able to take it in within a week. I waited nearly 2 months till they got the parts. Not their fault, I hope, so I don't blame them. That being said, I gave them the car and it turns out one of the parts didn't work properly so I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. 3 weeks later, I get the car back. They fixed the main issue which was my roof/sunroof. However, they curbed one of my custom wheels valuing about 3-4 times more than an oem wheel, and left overspray on another wheel. I brought the issue to their attention and almost 3 weeks later, they've done nothing about it. So I've accepted the loss and will deal with it on my own. I'd much rather not give them the car again for who knows how long. Then, I inspect my paint and all kinds of micro swirls and scratches were installed. I buffed the major ones out myself b/c I knew they wouldn't do anything about it. Long story short, I wish I went to a different shop to have my car fixed at. I care about my car deeply so I look at the "small" defects they put. But if you just want your car fixed because it brings you from Point A to Point B, then this place could work for you. read more

This is not a reliable place for collision repair. I had taken my car because it was recommended service by the insurance company of the driver who rear-ended me. They did a good job on fixing the exterior of the car, charged a whooping $18k but they could not diagnose and fix the issue with the audio system. The subwoofer that was in the trunk area was damaged due to the impact which was causing the amplifier to fail. Blossom Valley Collision kept insisting that this is a known issue with my car's model and not due to the accident I ended up going to my regular service center and they diagnosed the issue correctly and my own insurance company agreed to cover the cost of repairs. Basically either their technicians do not have the skill set to diagnose and repair all problems or they missed finding this while the car was being repaired and then decided to blame it on this being a common issue with the model. Very poor and unreliable! read more

But guess what, they make the same promises every time i called and never did a single thing like they said. Why do yall have to tell lies like that???? I was sent by AAA to get my car inspected here and before making an appointment I asked if they need anything from me and they took down my policy number from both insurance and every other important information so I didn't need to bring anything to the shop. Then my appointment got moved back by 30 minutes on short notice. I came to my appointment right on time and the lady at the desk was unprofessional and gave me attitude problem. She asked for my policy number with my insurance which was AAA since my information was not on the system. How was that possible when I called both AAA and Allstate and provided both policy numbers prior to booking my appointment at the shop? I've had estimates for my other car before and they would automatically take down all my information prior to me making an appointment. All I had to do was show up. I was never told I was required to provide that info before coming in because it should already be there. The lady working at the desk seemed like she didn't want to do my inspection. All I did was talk to her nicely and ask for clarification and she gave me vibes that she was wanted to kick me out and doesn't want to do her job. I brought my car in to this local body repair shop following a collision paid by my insurance company. They did a very good job and I was so impressed, that I have brought in all my other 4 cars here for work as needed. Today I took my wife's Mercedes in because the gas filler flap fell off and Carlos managed to get it straight in to the repair technician and got it fixed in 20 minutes. AAA recommended this place. Got my car back in the time they said it would take. The texts they sent me were alil annoying. I did like the phone updates. The rental service was very accommodating. The 3 stars were for the paint that came off from putting heavy duty tape on hatch. The back hatch part comes off frequently(broken). Had some pretty nasty scrapes and chips all around the front bumper of my Acura TL. BVC gave me a fair price and did a great!! job! They even buffed out a door dent and it's barely noticeable. Front office very professional; they get back to you each and every time they say they will. When I dropped off they drove me to my next destination and when the car took a bit longer they offered to pick me up from the car rental and take me where I needed to go and pick me up again if needed. After an unfortunate encounter with somebody's lost spare tire on a narrow 2 lane road I found myself in need of a body shop to repair my damaged Ford CMax Energi. I turned to friends for recommendations only to find shop after shop unwilling to begin work on my car for weeks. That's when I turned to Yelp and found this terrific shop. Their staff were courteous,responsive, and knowledgeable. They began looking at my car almost immediately and ordered parts as soon as I signed their work order document. And, they worked seamlessly with State Farm insurance. They replaced my bumper, grill, front quarter panel and much more as this event damaged the housing of my body computer. They did a perfect job of matching the paint and blending it at the front edge of the driver's door. They even took it to Ford to have the body computer recalibrated! I have been totally impressed. Now all I need to do is replace my Clean Air decal and all will be perfect again. read more

From the body man that came and introduced him self by the name of Cesar he walk me through all the processes because I was worried about ,my vehicle has back up sensors and I was worry and concerned that my vehicle was going to get Orange peel in the paint,in my new car but after done and set the car came out amazing and cesar was right and I'm super excited that my car is back to normal and because the job was so good I ended up sending my boss is car here , because it had a head collision and they took care of it ASAP...plus they are AAA preferred shop I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that has car or body issues thanks guys keep up the good work read more
