We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum from them. It is Cerified Pre-Owned and under the Ford Blue Advantage Warranty. When we received the vehicle, we instantly noticed an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in the vehicle. There is visible tar and ash on the headliner. We called immediately after delivery to return to vehicle, as this was not disclosed to us. We have asked for ANYTHING to remedy the situation, and Nate, Sam, and Josh are extremely rude, dismissive, and refuse to help us. We asked to return it or even exchange it, and they refuse. I have asthma, and we have 3 children - 5 years old (with asthma), a 3 year old, and a newborn. I now have a $60,000 vehicle that I cannot safely put my children in. We looked up the Ford Blue Advantage Warranty. You pay for this warranty. It states that you may return your vehicle to the dealership within 14 days/1,000 miles if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We asked them to honor it. They told us that they "opted out of that program years ago" even though their website says they have this warranty and our paperwork says we have the warranty on the vehicle. Nowhere in our paperwork does it say they "opt out of this part" and essentially do false advertising by listing the warranty on their website and selling vehicles with it, because they state that they can "pick and choose" what part of the warranty they honor, and this return is not one of them. Again, this is never disclosed or even in the paperwork. All we ask is that they make it right. They actually had the audacity to say that they wouldn't buy it back- we'd have to trade it in for less money, direct quote "cut them a check for the difference," and then still purchase a different vehicle from them. Literally give them more money because of their shady sales. I have never owned a Ford vehicle before - I will never purchase a Ford again. They can expect to hear from my lawyer, receive negative reviews to warn others, a Maryland Lemon Law Complaint, a Better Business Bureau complaint, and a formal complaint with Ford Motor Company. Do not do business with them! CPO and Ford Blue Advantage Warranty mean NOTHING.

But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!
