Most recently I hired Want Limo again to celebrate my 39th birthday with girlfriends while thrift store hopping. (10/10 would recommend this activity!) From the initial contact with Chris through drop-off, I have ZERO complaints. Chris is EXTREMELY quick to respond to all of my questions and follow-ups and set clear expectations and communication. I admittedly did my due diligence to compare cost and spoke with several other companies, but no one could beat the value and all-inclusive pricing from Want Limo. The price he quoted me was all-inclusive of the price, taxes, and gratuities. What he quoted was exactly what I paid and there was ZERO pressure to provide additional gratuity. Because of the affordability, I was even able to upgrade last minute to the larger bus for more room for my passengers. The bus itself was pristine and beautiful. It was clean and appeared to be brand new. It was stocked as promised with waters and ice and we were able to bring our own snacks and drinks along. Our driver Nelly was probably the best part of the experience. She reached out via text message the day prior to confirm the route and arrived before the scheduled time at pick-up. She was kind and always helped each of the guests step in and out of the bus. She was always there when we wanted to move to the next location and drove extremely safe (which was one of my anxieties). The quote, contract, invoice, and payment process is extremely easy and clear-cut and updates are made and provided immediately upon discussion. As someone who is always extremely cautious and skeptic, I appreciated this level of detail. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Want Limo and will always use them moving forward. I used Partybus4us on 12/1/2018 to take a group of adults to dinner and bar hopping along the coast to celebrate a few birthdays and would use them again and again. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for an honest party bus company. They are beyond 5 stars! I was very hesitant to book a party bus because you never know what you're going to get, which is a big deal when your event relies on the bus and the driver, not to mention the cost. I contacted just about every party bus company in and around Orange County for this event. Partybus4us was the most affordable for what they were offering and had everything we were looking for. My experience with Partybus4us was the best experience I've had with a transportation company. From the beginning Suzy made the reservation process very simple and honest. She was easy to get into contact with and answered every question I had. I get very nervous when I read reviews about people not getting the same bus as the picture online. Suzy assured me that the bus we were reserving was indeed the one on the website. We ended up getting an upgrade from a 20 person bus to the 30 person bus and it in fact was the same one as pictured on the website and it was the cleanest and most modern bus I've been on. Our group absolutely loved it!! Bluetooth worked perfectly which was another concern I previously had. Thank you again Suzy for being so understanding and providing the best customer service! Not only was the bus bad*ss but our driver was the coolest around. Jeff is a saint for being so cool while driving our rowdy group around all night. We were celebrating 3 birthdays and went up and down the coast partying and he was so respectful and easy to communicate with. I've had drivers before who get easily annoyed which is understandable because groups get drunk, loud, and being told where to go can get annoying but it's a part of the job driving a party bus, so it was refreshing to have a driver that enjoyed there job and is so friendly. He was also very understanding that we wanted to make the most out of our reservation on the party bus and we were able to fully enjoy it, which was a huge plus to me. This group is incredible and they were so easy to work with. I called 2-weeks in advance of my event, which was organizing a group of 28 people going to and from the Rose Bowl. They re-confirmed a week out and again the day before. They showed up early and Woody (the driver) was great. He knew the routes and where to go. I had three party bus companies lined up, with 1st Class Limousine being one of them. I chose to…read morepay $150 more compared to the other two companies because I trusted they wouldn't let me down. I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.

I would give 0 stars if I could. hired Castro for a 3rd time requesting a very specific bus. they sent a different bus after subcontracting my job to another company. the bus arrived and it was narrow and half the width of the bus I specifically said I only wanted that one. bus had broken speaker. driver was texting the whole time while driving (we have it in video). the bus driver almost abandoned us mid ride at a restaurant with no warning but my husband caught him and threatened a lawsuit if he left us stranded. rude service. promised some refund for all the issues but then ghosted us after we had already paid and the ride was done. do not work with Castro limo. They suck!!!!!

Scammed their way into overcharging us after drop off. Owners were unprofessional and combative. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. If you're adamant about working with this co- if they tell you a bus seats 20, they are lying to get you to upgrade the day of so that you pay double what they initially quote you for. The video they send and the photos on their invoice is intentionally misleading. Go in knowing they overstate how much a bus can accommodate. Update: I received a private message from this company on yelp threatening legal action for leaving them a yelp review. Anyone considering using this business should be aware that they have reportedly threatened to sue customers for leaving negative Yelp reviews. This is an extremely aggressive tactic, and it demonstrates a lack of respect for customer opinions. The fact that this company resorts to legal threats over critical reviews is incredibly telling. I wonder how many customers have deleted their comments for fear of retaliation. It's a warning to anyone considering doing business with them.
