We were walking through the isles. My younger son tossed a ball at my daughter, there was an old grumpy employee who yelled that it was time to leave (this was the first time anything was said to us and the first time they acted up as kids do) so I set down the 300+ dollars of party supplies and left. Horrible awful customer service ...I called to order a bouquet of balloons for my husband's 50th birthday and if I was told very rudely that they didn't take orders over the phone and hung up on me. I've bought balloons here twice and both times were disappointing. The first time it took about 40 minutes to blow up my 2 balloons and the second time they told me my six balloons would be ready in 30-40 minutes so I left and came back and when I returned it had been more than an hour and they hadn't blown up my balloons. They need more staff on Saturday. I really don't expect great customer service when all 3 employees are being overworked on a busy Saturday. I think they tried there best. don't buy the piñitas. They're worth 5 bucks each at the most. I paid 24.99 for one and 17.99 for another . After just putting 2.5 pounds of candy . 2 tugs and they broke off. The was the worse 40 dollars spent. Not only that is was embarrassing that I had so many kids and only 2 kids got to hit it after falling down. Super cheap . Terrible customer service. I needed helium for a friends bday in the morning so I called to make sure they had 24 hour helium . No answer. So I ended up just driving 30 minutes to the store just to find out they are completely out of helium. When I mentioned that I called prior to coming, the employee could care less. The only response was "oh ...well yeah we are out of helium but you can buy balloons here and pay for them to get inflated at stater bros." She said it In a very "I don't care" tone too. Really? The manager at this store is extremely rude! His name is Paleaky (who knows how he spells it) I asked for help with something and he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. The customer service is shotty at best. Didn't know where their stock was and the staff was not friendly. Placed an order for two different sets of balloons to be picked up at 7:30pm and upon arrival it was like a wild goose chase to figure out what I was talking about! They had no idea there was a pending pick up, argued about the time and even argued about the type of balloons or helium put into them. Didn't offer or suggest weights to help hold the balloons down just threw them on some clips and out the door at 8pm. Mind you all the balloons, 14 total became a disaster where I sat for an hour to make right. They seemed bothered by customers asking questions or even having a job to do such as fill balloons. Complaining about being there there the night before ect.. needless to say I should have stuck to online ordering and gone to the dollar store for balloons, at least they stay inflated longer than 5 hours max and the customer service was much nicer. I will not be returning to this store and it's my fault for spending 150$+ there in the first place. I'd rather take a change and drive to Temecula. Made it extremely stressful to surprise twin 6 year old little girls on their birthday. So sad since it's a new store. read more
