Please make sure to call and make an appointment! I called ahead once for a walk in and I was a little annoyed when I arrived and the shop was locked and Paru wasn't answering the phone, but I had such a great experience with Paru before, I gave it another shot and made an appointment the next time. Paru locks the door for safety issues when she waxes another customer so I can't really complain. Love how Paru doesn't thin/ arch my brows too much.
