These guys run their shop with integrity. I'll be coming back. Saw this place open up recently and I dropped by to have my car checked out after it was giving me some electrical problems. I dropped in with what I thought was an electrical issue with the throttle and my tail lights. When I went back to pick up my car they actually charged me significantly LESS than they had estimated because the repair wasn't as complicated as they had anticipated. Car is working great now too, no problems yet. Also saw them drop what they were doing and patch a woman's tire on the spot when she showed up with a flat. What a wonderful jewel! A father and son team, Harry and David, were lifesavers for me today! I rolled in late in the afternoon (after 4:30) after my battery died earlier. (I was at the Highland Park Carwash. Another incredible find when my battery died. Got a jump-start from one of the very helpful employees.) Anyway, back to Mission Auto Repair....I have been spending my time driving between my home (Summerland, CA) to Pomona, where my uncle is currently residing. He was hit by a truck on Jan. 14th and sustained major brain injuries. His house is in So. Pasadena, which is now my in-between base. So...I need a dependable car and spend several days per week driving to Pomona from So. Pasadena and Summerland. I honestly didn't think that they could possibly a) get a new battery considering the hour b) get a battery for my 525i BMW at the late hour c) be willing to install it at the late hour They absolutely delivered on all counts!!!!
