I've taking my car here before without any problems. Henry has always been nice and friendly and pretty quick with his services, but today I was very disappointed. Swung by to see how much it would be to remove and nail and patch the tire. he said $50. I said WHAAAAA???? and then left. I've had my tire patched anywhere from free to $25. how can you justify charging $50 to patch a tire? read more

Todays experience was beyond my expectations!!! After finding out I had a nail in my tire, they offered to see me after 5pm when I got out of work. I went and all staff was so helpful and took my car back right away. We didn't mind waiting for the repair since everyone was so friendly. I noticed the man at the register(assuming he is the owner) was talking with every client that walked in the door. I loved this! And it showed me that this shop cares about building relationships with their customers. we did wait a bit longer then I would have hoped but it was worth it! At the end when I offered to pay the charge the owner said it was "on the house!" What?! I can not express how much of a blessing this act of kindness was!!! We gave the man who worked in my car a generous tip since we expected to pay. Found out I had a flat tire in the morning so during my lunch break (1pm) I looked for a place nearby my work to fix my tire. Tire pros was the closest so I drove over there and dropped off my car. Called in to see if I could get a same day wheel alignment on my truck. Henry helped me right away with a fair quote and accurate estimated wait time. Had a nail in the tire overnight. Went to them just before they opened at 8am. He checked out the tire and quoted 25 dollars. After authorizing service, my car was in the bay within 1 minute with the wheel off shortly afterwards. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Came here because of a screw in my tire. Because the screw was near the shoulder of the tire, it's a borderline replacement case, but I was offered a patch on the chance it would hold because it's a relatively new tire. No telling me that I definitely need a new tire without looking. I'm sitting here waiting for service to be completed, and I'm already impressed with the genuine helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Heard the guy offer to help a lady put on windshield wipers just because. He greets everyone with a smile and free coffee. If I ever have tire issues again, I'm definitely coming back here.
