DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE! If yelp allow zero star, I definitely will give zero! These people don't care about customers at all!! I have been to this auto shop for years. I trust them and never doubt their services until recently. I brought our car there to do regular maintenance, and also needs to fix the right side driver window. It can't be rolling down. They told me to wait for 4 hours because they need to order part from other places and it will cost $600. Since we lived a little bit far from that place, so I decided to wait there. After I took my lunch and came back they told me, they changed the part but it still doesn't work and they need to order another part for $200 and ask me to come back one week later. I am kind of frustrated because you guys promised to fix it but now the window still doesn't work. And I waste my 4 hours and $600 for nothing? That's ridiculous! But as I mentioned, we have been here for years, I thought maybe they made a mistake, we all human being, and we all make mistakes, then I forgive them and didn't complain just told them, no need to order the other part. Today, I went back for my other car. I did the regular maintenance a couple weeks ago and now the tire pressure light is on. I need them to check the tire for me. This is a very easy job, which can be done in any shop in short while. So I drop the car to them around noon time and they told me will be ready around 4 pm. Later they called me my car is ready to be picked. When I got there and start my engine, the tire pressure light is still on. This time I am very upset with them because this is not the first time. I waste my time and wait for nothing!!! I talked to the Henry guy, he said ohh, ok, I misunderstood what you want, we will check it for you now. Excuse me, how can you misunderstand "check the tire pressure"?? That's a really bad excuse!!! and then they told me because the sensor is wrong and they need to order from some other places, again?? order parts from other places? and long wait for nothing? SAME TRICKS TWICE!! I am done with them. TOTALLY!!! You could told me earlier instead of waiting for hours and picked a car that you provide no services!! henry was indeed a very pleasent fellow, but i left my vehicle to replace 3 tires including aligment on the morning of april 2nd and promised to return my car to my domicile the following day april 3, 2024 . they did not delivered as i was promised and no one had the courtesy of calling me to advise me of the delay, which forced me to use a car service to take care of a medical appointment. so far not happy about the experience. read more

I do not recommend going here for any service. My husband and I had been taking our cars here and I don't know what changed there but we had 3 consecutive bad experiences. My husband took his car in to get a simple oil change and the technician left the funnel in the car instead of putting the top back on causing oil to spill all over the engine. The second time we took a different car in for an oil change, they left a dirty rag stuffed in grate of the car and left one lug nut off of the tires. We thought we should give them one final last chance and this last chance was really the nail coffin to never come back here again. I use my truck to haul horses and took our truck on a long trip only to find out that it had been leaking oil and lost 2 quarts of oil during our trip. We took the truck into a local shop and they said that someone had screwed on the oil pan so tightly that it stripped the seal and was leaking oil all over the place. This could have led to a very very dangerous situation and luckily, we noticed it was losing oil. This incident caused us to spend more money on top of what I had just spent for the oil change. Definitely do not recommend this business and am highly dissatisfied. Would like a refund for my last experience which would soften the blow somewhat. read more

These guys are so nice! I had so much trouble putting on my new window wipers that I bought online even with the provided manual. I've been taking my son's and my other cars here before without any problems with fair pricing. Henry has always been nice and friendly, but today I was utterly disappointed. Henry was not there, so Tareq had to take care of the job. It was a mere tire replacement (tire supplied by me). He said the charge is $30 for labor (btw, they used to charge $20 and $25 with puncture repair just recently). Then Tareq called me to inform that the TPMS sensor has also been broken and needs replacement. He said (over the phone) it will cost me an additional $130 ($80 for the part and $50 for labor and reprogramming). Trusting the shop and it's reputation, I said ok on the spot over the phone. Afterwards to realize that the actual cost of the genuine KIA part is $42.42 plus tax (not $80 - I've checked with KIA genuine parts and verified). In addition, the labor cost and reprogramming was minimal since the technician said the indication went off upon replacement. When I brought these facts to Tareq's attention he defensively said they cannot do anything and if I'm not happy he can dismantle the part.. He furthermore "threatened" me that I won't be welcomed into their shop if I write a negative review on Yelp. Being weekend (Saturday), as my son needs the car badly, I had to agree with his terms knowing that he was clearly overcharging me! I have no issues with the fact that I'm not welcomed there anymore; as I won't be going into that shop in future. I was really disappointed with the trust I had in this auto repair center. read more
