They don't take appointments- everything is first come first serve and they're happy for you to leave your car there overnight if it's waiting for a service. My car was returned to me in the same condition I brought it in - clean and reliable. They did exactly as I asked - put the rear tires in the front and the new tires in the rear and to align it. They also ordered tires for me because they didn't have it in stock. The guy working in the front is super nice and chill. I actually tried to go to costco before this but couldn't get an appointment until 2 weeks out. But Tire Central was available on the same day with comparable prices. Prices are very fair, transparent, and they get the job done. Alignment was $90. Each tire was about $200. And then a few more dollars for the servicing. I will definitely be back here for any tire needs in the future!

Aside from my deep gratitude for free service, these guys also work really hard. The customer-facing representatives were visibly busy with phone calls, mediating between customers and mechanics, tending to other customers who were there to pick up/ drop off/ get a consultation for their cars, all while exhibiting coolness and professionalism. The employees were very nice and helpful, and I was initially told it would be $35 to patch my tire. I was there with my boyfriend who had met me there. They removed the tire, checked it for leaks, and found none. Since there was no leak or repair needed, they put the tire back on. After my boyfriend left, I got into my car and started reversing, then the employee who had been helping me asked to me pay the $35. I asked why I was being charged since no repair or patch had actually been done, and I was told it was because they had inspected the tire. When I asked for clarification, the employee who said it was his first week told me he wasn't sure why I was being charged, just that someone told him to charge me. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that they waited until my boyfriend had left to ask me for payment, despite knowing I was in a rush. I understand that businesses may charge for inspections or labor, but I feel that should have been clearly communicated upfront especially when the original quote was specifically for patching the tire.
