Got in right before the lunch special ended and got a half sandwich with fries. The sandwich was a little difficult to eat but super tasty. We went the day the US played in the World Cup and they had multiple TVs on and the audio over the speakers. Really good watching experience. You order at the counter and they call your name when it's ready.

another Caribbean restaurant added to our list. we had the chicken sandwich, Caribbean plato and ofcourse Yuca fries. the chicken sandwich was amazing and like all Caribbean sandwiches, they leak delicious juices as you take a bite of the sandwich. the plato was amazing, the beans in particular was delicious along with the chicken and the corn. nothing why ever goes wrong with yuca fries. parking seemed very limited, however there is a paid parking lot adjacent to the restaurant.

Incredible ham and cheese sandwich! My husband and I were craving a quick bite before a late night concert, and a sandwich sounded good. Considering there were several shows in the area, the restaurant was busy, but we scored a seat at the counter. I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich, my husband ordered the Famous Caribbean Roast sandwich. They elevate a ham and cheese sandwich with banana peppers, sautéed onions, and a yummy sauce that melts in with the cheese. Thick slices of ham, too. I couldn't believe how delicious it was with such a simple name! My husband said the roast was so tender and juicy. The sandwiches are delicious, but messy. Grab extra napkins and take advantage of the weather napkins they have.

Paseo has a huge reputation in Seattle for their roast pork sandwiches, so I was pretty hyped to finally try their sandwich. It was a rainy Saturday around 12:30 PM and there were only a few other tables inside. Parking is a little confusing as the lot is mostly paid spaces, with only 4-5 spots dedicated to Paseo. Not sure what you're supposed to do if it gets a bit busier. Caribbean Roast (2.75/5): Unfortunately, I thought the pork was quite overcooked. It wasn't unbearably dry, but it was very chewy. That combined with the chewy bread makes for a bit of a jaw work out. Tostones (3/5): Could be crispier, but had a good amount of salt. I wish I enjoyed their sauce a little more (needed to be just amped up on all fronts a bit more), but it's not bad.

I haven't had Paseos in a long time, so I decided to give it another try(perhaps location matters) .The sandwich itself wasn't as good as I remembered--felt like it was missing a bit of the flavor I used to love and a bit dry. We also got the mango habanero wings, which were spicy but still a little lacking in flavor. As for parking, it's very limited. There are only about five spots since a parking company owns most of the lot, so I'd recommend not parking there unless you plan to pay. There's a fair amount of seating if you're dining inside, which is nice.

A friend of mine raved about this place. I took my daughter and two grandchildren. We had the famous Caribbean sandwich, a side of black beans, one ear, roast, corn, fries, a margarita and a cider. $88. That seems like a lot for lunch. The sandwich was very soggy. No fresh vegetables at all, just sliced roast pork and grilled onions. The taste was OK. The fries were nothing special. The cider was good. The black beans were bland. The service was excellent. Very polite and accommodating. Overall, okay but expensive food, superb service.

Always a must stop when we're in town! Here for the Caribbean Roast!!! But everything here is great! Flavors are bold, sandwiches are juicy & drinks are ice cold! Yuca fries for the win! Until we see you again!!!!

The food here is SO GOOD. The sandwiches are amazing. I brought my parents who were visiting from out of town and after my dad tried his sandwich he ordered another one so he could eat it the next day. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I've had in Seattle.

Yuca fries- so pillowy soft and crispy all together, perfection.

During my first visit to Paseo, I indulged in their sweet chili prawn skewers, Caribbean roast sliders, and their famous roasted street corn--and everything was absolutely delicious. The Caribbean roast featured their signature slow-roasted pork, paired with fresh cilantro, tangy pickled jalapeños, caramelized onions, and crisp romaine. The pork was incredibly moist and juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite. The roasted street corn was a standout, generously coated in a luscious garlic aioli, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, fresh cilantro, and a mix of spices. The blend of sweet and savory, paired with the bold garlic undertones, made it an unforgettable treat. The prawn skewers were perfectly cooked, glazed in a flavorful chili sauce that added just the right amount of heat and sweetness. For parking, the restaurant lot is paid, but there are free street parking options nearby if you're willing to search a bit.

Pretty sure there's half a pound of pork sitting in my belly still....ordered the number best seller and it was crammed full of meat, more meat than anything else. This sandwich is a mess, it's hefty and definitely worth the money. The real star of the show is the tostones, always get tostones, crispy, dense, salty, hot...dipped in aioli is perfection. Interior is clean, food comes out quick, service is prompt.

I love this place. I keep forgetting there's a location in sodo. So much closer than driving anywhere else. Last time I was here there was HH and service was great. I ordered a roasted corn and Alaskan cod sandy combo. I've never had the Alaskan cod before and it was soo good. A bit messy but I enjoyed it. If we didn't make HH I would have ordered the scallop because that's my favorite one. I had a good time here and the margarita I ordered was so good. Will be back preferably when there isn't a mariners game ending haha.

Paseo Jambalaya - do not get this. It was not good and was spicy enough to cause terrible heartburn/gastritis
    Dan H.

Caribbean roast and fries taste the same here as the other locations so can't complain about that. Service was quick. Restaurant has lots of seating in contrast to some of the other un bien and paseos locations I've been to but it's pretty bare bones, def nothing fancy inside. Great location within walkable proximity from T mobile stadium. Parking lot is an added plus! Do NOT get the jambalaya. It was not good and spice level 3/5 nearly blew my head off. And this is coming from someone who likes spicy food. Even if you do manage to eat it, I don't recommend it for the sake of your stomach.

I'm actually not a bagel guy, nor do I ever think about them when it comes to grabbing a quick bite somewhere but this was a perfect opportunity to try it again. There was an assortment of bagels, and I got half of an everything bagel and - the one that several of my coworkers highly recommended - the rosemary bagel. Both go well with cream cheese. - The everything bagel was pretty standard; I could taste the garlic and sesame seeds throughout. Garlic was quite powerful on this one though, and I almost thought of garlic bread until I remembered bagels are harder to chew on. - My favorite was the rosemary bagel, just like my coworkers. I could taste the herbs clearly on this one; it was aromatic yet a little bitter. It was balanced with the saltiness already present on the bagel. Since I didn't go to their physical location - which looks like quite a walk from Georgetown - I have yet to see the inside of this place. Having some of their bagels makes me wanna go check it out someday!

Got them home and they were crusty with a good chew. Will be back again next time I'm in Georgetown or Beacon Hill.

We came here for lunch after a flight from Texas. It was conveniently down the hill from our hotel,…read moreand since we both love a great sandwich, this place looked very promising. Happily, it delivered! We split the porchetta sandwich, which was quite tasty. Now, I will say it is not quite at the gold-standard level of the porchetta sandwich from the Roli Roti truck in San Francisco, but that is an extremely high bar. The bread here was fantastic, and the sandwich itself was full of flavor. The inside is cute, and watching two guys dedicate their lives to making sandwiches in the open kitchen is part of the fun... I also spotted a tray coming out of the oven that looked like thick, PERFECTLY crispy bacon, - so whatever sandwich that was going into is definitely what I'm ordering if I ever get here again. One warning, though: I hate the chairs. I am not a skinny person, and these chairs are just uncomfortable. There, I said it. Great sandwiches, fun little spot, and I would absolutely come back. Just please, someone, rethink those chairs!

6/10 Cubano sandwich 6/10 Porchetta sandwich…read more 5/10 cold ham sandwich 4/10 seasonal soup I had high expectations after a family member was recommending the sandwiches here. The interior is cozy and old world city vibes. Not a ton of seating and it can take a bit for getting your sandwich. It took 30-40 minutes to get our sandwiches at lunch time. After we already had waited in line. There was a line out the door when we got there. You order on a tablet and several people in front of us were quite slow ordering and it made the line take awhile. We waited at least 10-15 minutes in the line. They have an order ahead option I would utilize next time. The seasonal soup was kale and potato. It was very bland and watery. I wouldn't get it again. The bread was tough and chewy. You definitely get a jaw workout. Both of the warm sandwiches could have used a side of Au jus to soften the bread. The meat looks generous, but they do the sandwich trick. You fold the meat in the middle to make it look generous. But the ends are basically devoid of meat. Maybe a sliver. Flavors were really good. The mustard on the Cubano had a nice kick. Porchetta had a kick from the chimichurri and pickled peppers. Both were a little spicy and my son didn't love it so we ordered him a cold ham sandwich without the mustard. The cold meats are high quality as well, but definitely a little plain compared to the warm sandwiches. Overall 5/10 experience though. More evenly distributed meat and softer bread it would be A solid 10/10.
