I'm leaving the kind of review I wish I would see more for dental practices. Pricing, honesty, integrity This place taught me that even though a dentist has good reviews and accepts Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal they're not necessarily the right choice. I called for a first patient appointment and was offered that same week. Everything was fine until I was quoted for the work I needed. Now I know my teeth need work, but when I got quoted close to $16k, give or take, (that's right - sixteen thousand) I knew this place was a scam. Not only did they try to upsell me, they wanted to undo work that was already done just because the dentist didn't like the method that was used. I even asked if there was a problem with the specific tooth and the dentist said no, they just don't like using screws. Why fix something that's not broken? I'm sure they'll respond and remind me the quote reflects the work needed, but again - $14-16k was absolutely insane. As soon as I heard that number, I knew I wouldn't be going back. I was told that they offer payment plans - it just took a quick credit check. Knowing my credit history, I said no, but the lady insisted I check. I could've declined but the pressure made me think I might get approved. I wasn't. I don't know how the insurance lady sleeps at night, but she should be ashamed of herself. Pressuring someone, especially a Medi-Cal patient, after they already said no and still pushing them to start work that same day, asking if they can at least afford the cleaning. Abhorrent. I'm leaving three stars out of generosity, and for the tech who did my X-Rays and cleaning. He tried to warn me and I realized that after. I hope he's moved on to something new and better. So I just got off the phone with Delta CAL, which is associated with Medi-Cal because Pasha group decided to disassociate themselves from me because they claim that had behavioral issues last year when I went into their office actually I didn't. It's the other way around second of all. They wanted to have me come in for a deep clinic. I don't need a deep cleaning. I don't have an issue with my guns. My gums are 100% pink and healthy and fine but because I don't wanna do that they call it a behavioral issue you know what don't go to Pasha DENTAL group they're awful and they lie to you as well read more

Can't rate them because I didn't get an exam because they have security camera's in the patient room filming your procedure. I don't remember consenting to that in the paperwork I filled out, but when i asked about it they declined to stop filming me. Pasha dental group is so awesome!! They have the nicest ladies in there working on your teeth. They have a great bedside manner and are fun to have conversations with while getting your teeth cleaned. It's a small practice which is what I like about it - it's intimate and you feel like they are giving you all their time and attention, because they are!
