I was filling out paperwork and something told me this was not the place -- I'm sure it happens sometimes -- you don't know until you go then once you're there-- it's just not a fit. They said nothing (that's ok- I wasn't looking to be convinced) but what I take issue with is they contacted ZocDoc (the app I used to find / book appt.) and reported me as a "no show." I suppose that was easier than explaining I was dissatisfied and left. But it's still untrue! And it also forced me to contact ZocDoc to correct the record and let them know about my actual experience. And now Yelp knows too! ** take note of "response"-- seems they Do remember that I was there. Not a "no-show" as they LIED to ZocDoc. I'm glad that's documented. Also I *had filled out the paperwork ahead of my visit. They just didn't have the right "capture" as they phrased it to get all my info. State-of-the-art facility. Don't take my word!! Take a look at google maps to see this location. I'm sorry if going to a dentist above a subway and next to payday checking facility is just NOT ideal for some people. He constantly checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and proactively gave me breaks whenever I needed them. As someone with dental anxiety, this level of care is rare! In the past, I asked the front desk person who was in charge of billing & my hygienist if my insurance covered Arestin and they said NO. I've been paying $75 out of pocket per shot per tooth for a long time. Recently, I decided to call my insurance and inquire myself regarding what was covered. To my surprise, I was told my copay is $45 per tooth. I was left with no other choice but to file a grievance because the dentist office was no longer available to provide an explanation. I waited 30 days & the dentist office responded to the grievance and said they use code D9611 for the Arestin shot. I looked up code D9611 & it does NOT relate to any form of an anti microbial shot. Sounds like, they can throw out any code and hope this goes away. I'm sharing my story to prevent others from falling in the same situation.

The dentistry itself is bright, super clean, and the equipment looks just like new. Everyone who helped me during my first visit was so polite and genuinely nice. The great customer service even extended to the weeks before my visit, when they helped me verify my insurance and pick a suitable appointment date/time. My x-ray, checkup, and cleaning went very well. Dr. Tran was very kind, explained everything to me clearly, and didn't push any treatments on me. The dental hygienists were also very caring and polite and gentle!
