Well being that I didn't want anything from the usual fast food options, I decided to give them a chance today. I am overjoyed that I did! The burgers were absolutely delicious & the fries were both crispy and fluffy, with just the right amount of seasoning on them! Nothing is worse than an overseasoned fry. Okay well some things are but you get my point. I did two separate build your own burgers. One for my mom who likes the rabbit food on her burgers, and one for me who wants meat cheese and all the deliciousness! She absolutely devoured hers and loved it and mine was absolutely fantastic. Pure deliciousness! I'm already ready to order from here again tomorrow! The food was fast, fresh, and hot so as far as I'm concerned the service if we went here would be fantastic too! I can't speak to the Ambiance yet because we've only had it delivered but based off the food I would say it's got to be very clean and orderly. I will definitely be getting the burger with the egg on it next time! They are competitively priced as well, especially given that your fries or chosen side are included in the price! For example, some sauce options are like Tzatziki, Salsa, Ranch, Pesto, Honey Mustard, Creamy Garlic, etc. which can be mixed with a wide variety of topping options. Some of these include steak, zucchini, gyro meat, capicollo, eggplant, and anchovies. Fortunately there's lots of preset options available if you get lost in the options, but otherwise you can experiment with creating anything that you can dream of. The pizza itself is quite flavorful on a fairly bready crust which does a good job of holding the ingredients on top. I find that the amount of toppings provided is very generous compared to most other pizza restaurants around, especially given that the price is also fairly competitive when using a coupon or special, of which there is always a discount available and they make it fairly easy to find them when ordering on the website. With how well the cheese covers the top of the pizza and how the toppings are melted nicely into it, the pizza freezes quite well for a future day. Overall, good option for reasonably priced pizza that allows you to customize to your heart's content with a good flavor.

They use DoorDash to deliver their pizzas. Should be simple but it is not. I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Jet's charges you a $6 delivery fee before the tip for the driver. I got a text from DoorDash that they were going to deliver the pizzas. DoorDash picked up the pizzas at 7:33 PM and let me know via a text that the driver had to make other stops before they would arrive at my home. I watched on the map as the driver went to a Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up someone else's order. The order was not ready so the driver waited at Buffalo Wild Wings until the other order was ready and my pizzas got cold in his car. It took 35 minutes from the time the driver picked up my pizzas until he dropped them off at my home. The pizzas were cold after the 35 minutes. If I am paying $6 to have the pizzas delivered they should come directly to me, not driven around while the DoorDash driver picks up other orders. Again, good pizza, terrible delivery experience. They need to hire their own delivery people.

The tracker showed our order was being boxed, even though we never got a "ready" alert. When we drove over, only 4 of the 6 boxes were actually ready. Anyone who's been there knows they make all the wings at the same time from the same order, so it was pretty obvious that two of our boxes had been given to someone else. Instead of owning that, they tried to tell us the missing two boxes were "still cooking." Then, while boxing those other wings up, we could clearly see they weren't even the wings we ordered! They tried to hand us someone else's cheaper boneless wings instead of the bone-in wings we paid for! Since these wings were for a dinner party, we didn't have the time or patience to wait for them to remake the correct order while the other boxes sat under a heat lamp getting cold and dried out. This place used to be reliable, but experiences like this have made it impossible to trust them anymore. Gave them an extra star for their Garlic Bread Bites though. Those things are addictive.
