I enjoy Detroit style pizza, so this no-frills restaurant hits the spot! We ordered the Aloha BBQ 4 corner pizza (I'm Team Pineapple-on-Pizza) and the Meat Lovers 4 corner pizza. They have 15% off text orders, which was convenient and fast! We couldn't figure out how to adjust the pick up time on the order, so my friend called the location and they were able to accommodate a later pick-up. The pizza toppings are fresh, and the crispy crust is the best part. Can't complain.

An alright Jet's location with reasonably fast service and cooking within the quoted preparation times. This location is clean and easy to park in with a simple but attractive looking interior while you wait for your pizza pickup order. Parking isn't too difficult their as both restaurants in this area are primarily for pickup orders (though Wingstop does have full seating). The pizza here is the same as what you'd expect from any other Jet's location, crispy edges that are slightly caramelized, with a bit more greasy preparation (to make sure all the edges are browned), a bit lighter on the sauce, and fairly fluffy breading. This location is pretty generous with the amount of toppings and the price is fairly good with the coupons offered.

I am very disappointed. My co-workers told me this pizza would be a good choice. I decided to take them up on this comment and try it for myself. I ordered my pizza at 6:50 pm, my pizza arrived at 8:06pm. The pizza was cold, old and dark. I had to add hot sauce to make it taste better but that still didn't do the trick. It was not fresh and I called a couple of times to see where my pizza was in its delivery process. I feel this was a total waste of my money and will never order from them again especially if they don't make this right. I have a picture and you can judge for yourself just by looking at the pizza. So sad

Yeeeeessss, finally a Jet's Pizza that's within 20 minutes of where I live! I loved the Jet's Pizza that was on Lake Cook, in Wheeling, but they closed a few years back. For a while, I would have to drive out further west to occasionally treat myself to Jet's, but I found this location opened up recently and we beelined over there weeks after their grand opening - we were not disappointed! I love Detroit style pizza. It is my favorite style of pizza by a pretty decent margin. I've tried a decent variety of Detroit style pizzas, and my favorite are Buddy's, Cloverleaf's, and Uncle Andy's. Jet's is probably my #4, but I can't get any of the previous 3 anywhere else but Michigan. Locally, Jet's is king of the Detroit style (Little Caesars isn't bad, but falls a little bit short). Generally, every Jet's I've been to in the area are all pretty good, and this new location in Prospect Heights is just as good as the rest. The guys working there were definitely still going through training, and had some difficulty using the POS system, but we got our pizza quickly and it was excellent. This location is very easy to get to from either northbound or southbound Rand Rd., and there's plenty of parking for the little shopping plaza. You have a nice view of the car wash (which is pretty decent, BTW). The carry out area is clean, well lit, and has enough seating in case you are waiting to pick up. There's no bathroom (as expected for a carry-out only place), so you might have to go to the Wing Stop or car wash. The prices are fair (it's more expensive than Little Caesars, but worth it if you're craving Detroit style).

Jets Pizza is a great addition to the Rand Road restaurant scene. We were excited to try it this location after having been to other locations. We ordered carry out. It was easy to order from the Jets website. We got the Hawaiian (chicken, pineapple, and bacon with a BBQ sauce) and a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Each came with eight pieces. Both pizzas met our expectations after eating at the other locations. I really enjoyed the bbq sauce (they use Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce) on the pizza. There were lots of toppings on the pizzas. The pizzas came out later than the website quoted, but it wasn't a problem. I recommend Jets Pizza. Welcome to the neighborhood!

They have pull fire shares on the eastern window which help with her heat however whoever is facing the window will still get blinded by the sunlight that does make out through the shades so sit appropriately! My dish was the Italian Cobb, it was very tasty with enriching you expect in a Cobb - Mixed greens, bacon, avocado, tomato, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, roasted red peppers, olives (mostly green and a few too many!), gorgonzola cheese, and red onion. I asked for the balsamic vinaigrette on the side and it was nicely balanced with sweet vinegar, garlic and olive oil. My better half got a small thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza and the crust was nice and crispy but not as thing as D'Agostino's. The other couples ordered the Monday 1/2 price cheeseburger, the chicken salad, the soup & salad combo and a veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was quite tasteless...it needed a stronger cheese and/or more flavorful tomato sauce. They have a nice sounding happy hour 3-6 weekdays so I think we will return for that.

When I arrived around 9:00 PM, I was told the kitchen was already closed and that I had to leave. How does a restaurant "close at 10" but stop serving food an hour earlier? The entire purpose of going to a restaurant is to order food. If your kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, then be honest and advertise that your kitchen closes at 9:00 PM--not that the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. I wasted my time walking here only to be turned away because of a policy that makes no sense to customers. It's misleading, frustrating, and a terrible way to treat people who came expecting to dine based on the hours you advertise. If you don't want to serve customers during your posted business hours, then change your hours. Otherwise, honor the closing time you advertise. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I won't be back.

We were able to snag a back table so not loud and we can hear the whole table. We started with the Hearts of Palm salad to share. It was perfect to share with three people as a starter and we all loved the lemon vinaigrette. For entrees - I got the thin crust Garden Pizza special - artichokes, pesto, pine nuts, other veggies. I thought it was delicious and it reheated very nicely the next day. Others at the table - got the salmon, sausage pizza and spicy vodka pasta. Everyone enjoyed. Our server (AJ) was fabulous and joked with the table - he made the experience enjoyable as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. While we're not in Arlington Heights often, it is a place I would recommend.

The hostess appeared wearing a blue-and-white striped sweater hanging off one shoulder like she'd stepped out of an Italian perfume commercial. Around her neck was one of those little cornicello pepper necklaces, dangling just enough to suggest fate had finally decided to throw me a bone. Blue eyes. Not "blue." The kind of blue sailors used to abandon families over. She laughed at one of my jokes. That was all the encouragement my diseased brain required. I immediately conducted a full tactical assessment of the restaurant. The P.O.A. Index... ...was approaching DEFCON 1. Every direction I looked was another devastatingly attractive waitress carrying Aperol Spritzes with effortless confidence. It was like wandering into a government-funded supermodel relocation program. Then... A shadow fell across the table. A man. Our waiter was a man. Christ Almighty. The emotional whiplash nearly snapped my neck. It's like going to the zoo hoping to see lions and discovering the enclosure has been replaced with an accountant named Kevin. There are beautiful women everywhere, and somehow I'm discussing pasta recommendations with a guy who probably knows three different olive oils by taste. Cruel. Absolutely cruel. To his credit, the b@5tard was outstanding. Friendly. Fast. Knew the menu inside and out. Kept the drinks full. Never interrupted. The s.o.b. gave me absolutely nothing to complain about, which only deepened my resentment. The food, meanwhile, was infuriatingly good. The pizzas arrived looking like they'd been blessed by an Italian grandmother carrying unresolved anger from 1947. Thin crust. Fresh mozzarella. Just enough char to remind you that ovens are supposed to flirt with fire, not electricity. The pasta had that unmistakable handmade texture that makes Olive Garden feel like a felony. The cocktails disappeared with alarming speed. By my third Negroni, I was convinced I could hear Dean Martin narrating my life. Walking out, I glanced back toward the hostess one last time. She smiled. For approximately three seconds I considered abandoning my entire life to become a part-time sommelier with absolutely no qualifications. Then reality returned. The male waiter handed me the check. Four stars. The food was phenomenal. The cocktails were dangerous. The hostess should be classified as an Italian national treasure. And our waiter deserves a raise... despite committing the unforgivable crime of existing between me and the waitresses.
