Anjelica washed my hair & Dina cut it, and they were both SO kind and sweet and talented. When the wait between wash/cut was a bit extended, Anjelica offered tea/coffee in between. They also recommended a place I can donate hair too. The cut was super cute and overall I left feeling very satisfied and happy. I came in for a root touch-up, left with orange roots, and even more concerning, I experienced significant breakage in areas that shouldn't have been touched during this service. When I reached out to discuss these concerns, the response I received was defensive and dismissive. Rather than taking the time to understand what may have gone wrong, I was told the breakage must have been due to something I did at home. For a $482.66 service, I expected more accountability and an open dialogue about what might have happened, as well as how future issues could be prevented.
