    Jambalaya spaghetti
    Didi N.

Was in the mood for pasta and drinks so I headed over to San Pedro square. Location is 5/5, it has everything you could want (in my case, pasta and a margarita from the bar across). Got the Jambalaya spaghetti and it was super yummy! The handmade noodles were perfectly chewy and al dente and the sauce was super flavorful. They also gave a surprising amount of protein in this dish. We got the garlic bread for an extra $3 and while the bread was nice and bouncy, we didn't taste any garlic at all.

I've come here several times with a friend and it's honestly my go-to spot for some feel good pasta. The noodles are a good al dente with a chew that I enjoy and the sauce is always really tasty. They have a really good lunch special too that comes with bread, a caesar salad, and a drink for under $20. It feels super homey and probably one of my top pasta places in the area

there's some new thing (I've only seen it at lunch) that's chipotle cream w penne pasta (or whatever the bigger penne is called) maybe I have a preference for penne esque things but I really like this lol there's kinda bits of skin but it's fine

This is in the back of the market and could be missed - but shouodnt because it has some delicious Italian flavors! They have house made sauces and I love the red sauce. I got the chicken parm which wasn't dry and was crispy. The pasta even had some veggies in it. Pasta was a little mushy but overall pretty good. The Garlic doesn't have any garlic flavor but isn't bad tasting, it's probably toasted in olive oil. You have to order on a kiosk but the chef was quick to work on my order as soon as we submitted it. Nah too much of an Italian ambiance to it but it does sell the sauce so that's a plus!

Stopped by before a sporting event. I haven't been in a long time so seeing how busy this place was on a Friday afternoon was great. Pasta Fresca was my choice and glad I went! Their pasta is cooked fresh in front of you. I enjoyed seeing the cooking process so this was a treat. The pesto pasta was really wonderful. I could order this again next I go. The side salad was good; however, I would ask next time that the dressing be served on the side. It was tossed really well but I'd probably go with much less if self-served. Enjoy seating anywhere throughout the Market. We went over towards the beer hall, grabbed a brewski and enjoyed our email.

I saw an add for this spot in San Pedro Square!) I am so glad I tired it. It was really delicious. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with pasta and it did not disappoint. I had a perfect sized portion and enough to enjoy later. The service was quick and pleasant. I'm sure it was the chef who was very welcoming. San Pedro Square never disappoints. Best fun place with live entertainment and great people and vibes.

TLDR: Great Chicken Parmigiana I know we didn't have much time before our TSO concert, so I thought we would re-visit San Pedro Market again. Maybe there's some new restaurant that looks interesting? I'm pretty much fine with any food court fare; my wife... is a little bit pickier. After perusing BOTH buildings, she "settled" on this place. It's in quotes, because to our surprise, it was settling at all! The chicken was amazingly NOT dry at all! It was crunchy on the outside, but tender on the inside. The pasta was cooked al-dente, just the way I like it, although my wife would prefer a bit more mushier. Yeah, she's an odd duck. In a nod to being unique ( and perhaps a way to get you to eat more veggies!) , the chef included some nice squash, some broccoli, and peas.... Well, I could do without the last one. For the price, $20, it's a bit pricey... but you have to factor in the location (Downtown) and for the quality, it's actually a decent meal.

Got the shrimp alfredo on a Saturday evening. The fettuccine pasta was cooked just fine, but the sauce and shrimp were slightly bland, creamy sure but not buttery nor cheesy... seriously for $20, I think they could add some salt or pepper, maybe some garlic, a little more of anything to enhance the taste... maybe it was an off day?!? On the bright side, there was no wait to order at the front kiosks and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes, served piping hot. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they now offer free parking for the first 1.5 hours at the garage across the street from San Pedro Square Market.

A delightful little pasta spot in San Pedro Square! You order via kiosk and receive a text when you meal is ready. There is plenty of outdoor straying, and there was live music today (Thursday @8:00pm). You may need to share a picnic table and make some friends, but it is a lively and welcoming area! There is limited indoor seating, too. Plenty of friends meeting after work. The past itself was very tasty. Great ravioli flavors with parmigiana, mushrooms, and spinach. It was very filling, too! Lovely portion.

I made a reservation for a Thursday evening, and even though it's right in the heart of downtown, we were lucky and managed to find street parking in front of the restaurant with free EV charging! Right when we stepped in, the interior is decked out in a modern art deco style. Vibrant & fun colors while still maintained a sosphiscated touch. After a few recommendations from our server, we decided to try: Mushroom Arancini (10/10): These are amazing, as soon as they brought it out, we can both instantly smelled the truffle oil. The exterior were crispy & pipping hot, the inside has creamy mushroom. It was certain my favorite of the night! Rigatoni alla Vodka (8/10): A solid pasta! The sauce was great and balanced. There was a good amount of sauce that coated in the pasta. The pasta itself was perfectly al dente! This is a staple dish but I felt like it might lack an interesting flair. Stuffed Branzino (8/10): Another solid dish! The whole were already debone which made it so much easier and fussed free. The skin on top was insanely crispy, the meat were juicy and overall tasted very healthy and fresh! It was a nice paired to the heavy pasta dish! They also gave us 2 cute canolis as a free birthday dessert which were super good! Overall, this is a beautiful spot for a date night and I'm glad I took my partner here! I even got $20 off the bill just by downloading their app and creating an account. Definitely planning to come back!

We started with the garlic bread for appetizers. It was well presented but I think it would've been well paired with some sort of dipping sauce because it was a little dry. My boyfriend ordered the thousand layer lasagna and really enjoyed it. I ordered the rigatoni and thought it was just okay. I didn't realize the dish didn't come with protein so it felt like the dish was missing something. The sauce itself was nice but for some reason, some of the pasta was undercooked and some of it was al dente. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate pudding and tiramisu. The presentation was so beautiful. Both my boyfriend and I loved the pudding most -- I would definitely order this again. The tiramisu wasn't bad but it would've been better if it had a stronger coffee taste and if it was a little more moist. The wait staff was incredibly attentive and definitely made our visit feel special. She paid attention to the small details like helping us label our boxes, which I've never had anyone do before. On a completely unrelated note, I was surprised to find the bathrooms are shared between both genders. While there are separate stalls, the sink area is shared, which I wasn't expecting for a nicer restaurant like this. But I would say overall the food was hit or miss but the service and experience overall was amazing:)

Their dining areas are vast. There's way more tables than you expect as you walk in the front door. It has a great garden vibe and you are not crowded together. Our group enjoyed the carbonara, spaghetti and meat sauce, spaghetti and meatballs, meatball sandwich, and Italian sausage sandwich. The bread they offer is ample and delicious. A nice touch is the unsalted butter, which is much fresher tasting than salted butter. The portions were large and those of us ordered pasta took home more than half and we are not shy eaters. I would highly recommend this for a group gathering. There was a large party that had a private dining area in the back, so large groups would find this place delightful. What a great restaurant. It has a large bar where you can watch sports, with a few tables nearby, and a separate large dining room with many tables. We were seated at a booth just past the bar. There was some noise, but the server turned down the background music so I only had to deal with the bar voices. Decor and atmosphere were great. High ceilings and plenty of light in the main room and darker in the dining room. The server was prompt and attentive, without hovering. We asked about 2 wines and she brought a sample from the open "wine by the glass", which was great. My wife had veal piccata and I asked for a recommendation between the linguine with clams or chicken parm. The waitress said the parm was very popular, but the linguine was her favorite, so I went with that. LOTS of clams and a nice slightly thicken sauce that stuck to the pasta and didn't drip off. My wife loved her veal. Prices were all reasonable. Overall, this is a great place for a date, group get together, or casual night out. We'll be back!

To be honest, when I opened the menu, I thought the price was a bit on the high side, and didn't expect to like it in the "worth it" scale. But hey, for a higher price, they better deliver on the food quality! It most certainly disappoint. The food was amazing. Got the Linguini Fruti Di Mare, the seafood was good quality, the cioppino sauce was intense. It truly is the boss of the sauce. Also ordered the Chicken Marsala, I'm always cautious before ordering because the marsala wine can easily become overwhelming, or the sauce is too sour, or the chicken is tough and dry. I did not hit any of those, but rather, what I got was a few silky smooth and tender pieces of flattened chicken breasts, that is moist and flavorful. The sauce is great too, not to mention the mushroom, that is so fresh and flavorful on its own. Last but not least, their attention to detail went all the way to mashed potato and steamed vegetables. It was truly one of the best. Did I mention the free, fresh baked foccacia? It's among the top 3 I've had in any restaurants, ever. At the end, even it pinches my wallet a bit, it was well worth it. Sorelle is a small restaurant, upon entering, it has a square room and you get to see everything at one glance. It's not fancy on decorations, more like a neighborly place and the customers look like so too, families and large groups on a random day, you don't need to dress up to eat in this place. The 2 page menu has appetizers, salad, pizza, pasta, and 3 entree dishes. Desserts are printed on a separate sheet, there are a variety of choices but a tad too expensive for my wallet. We ordered the Ravioli a la Teresa with cheese and pesto cream sauce, and their signature Sorelle Short Rib Bolognese. After ordering, we were given free bread for the table. The bread had herbs on top and the dipping sauce is olive oil with fried and then mashed soft garlic. The bread looked nothing special, but once I touched it, I was delighted to find out that they were warm and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. It took a bit of wait for our food to came, I think it meant they were freshly cooked. The portions were big. Once laying down our food, the lady came with a big bowl of cheese and helped us sprinkle on top. It looks amazing with the cheese on top, like snow flakes melting on. I am so impressed with my short rib bolognese. The piece of short rib was sumptuous, a whole piece, resting on top of the pasta that is covered in meat sauce. The meat itself was so soft that it was super easy to tear off and just melts in my mouth. Flavorful and soft and juicy, super yummy! The pasta is cooked el dente, and each bite there's a bit of ground meat coated on the ziti pasta from the bolognese sauce. Very satisfying! I had a bite of the ravioli and these huge dumplings are covered in fresh pesto sauce and very cheesy inside. Although I was a bit confused on the difference between a pesto sauce and a pesto cream. I felt like the sauce was more pesto but we ordered pesto cream. Anyhow, it tasted good but I prefer my short rib bolognese more. Bus boy service is fast and responsive. We had a very enjoyable meal.

The restaurant has interesting decor and is not like most establishments of this nature as it is informal and is not in " the fine linen and white tablecloth " type of vein. No, the restaurant itself ( in a casual, rustic sort of way ) is very cozy and warm. inviting in a semi-formal way where you can relax to enjoy a fine meal and that is exactly what my family had. Our waiter was an affable fellow named Armando who is one of those servers that, as any good waiter does, is truly attentive to your whims and instinctively anticipates what you may want and he was perfect at his job. He served us water and a very food delicious basket of freshly baked bread ( which inadvertently set the tone for the meal to come because it was beyond excellent ) and named off the house specials, which were all mouth-watering at hearing them but it was the rib eye steak that caught my attention and that is what I ordered and also a ginger beer as well ( Fever Tree no doubt about it ). My family also ordered their food and then we waited for what what it seemed was an eternity for our meal to come. After about 40 minutes our meals came and they did not disappoint, from presentation to the flavor, taste and consistency of it all. I honestly don't remember eating my meal because it was done in 5 minutes... yes. it was that good and beyond delicious! I remember the steak was tender, juicy, grilled perfectly, the gravy was hearty and robust. the vegetables were cooked right ( fresh and tangy ) and the mashed potatoes were oh so fluffy and creamy. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal to the fullest and I left no food on my plate. This was a meal that was pretty epic for what it was and I was throughly satisfied. I ordered a tiramisu for dessert to take home and I'm sure it will be as good as the meal I had at the restaurant.
