I have a feeling this place won't be open much longer. The food has been less than good on more than one occasion. I'm convinced they're using jar sauce! You only get that weird school lunch taste from jar sauce.. it's always empty and there is just no way to keep putting out fresh items without a busy clientele . I use to absolutely love this place growing up. Haven't been in years, came by to eat it and was so disappointed. Walked in, there was a sign that said "please seat yourself". That was kind of hard considering every table that wasn't occupied hadn't been cleaned off. There was a table with kids and the kids were running around the restaurant like it was their own personal playground. My friend and I had to go seat ourselves in a room off to the side. We were never greeted, asked for our beverage order, weren't given menus. Completely ignored. We sat there for a few minutes just giving them the benefit of the doubt even though they weren't busy at all. So so sad because I love their food. read more

They have good food BUT I ordered 2 kids spaghettis for a total of over $10 and we were given the equivalent amount of about 2 twirls of the fork (aka 2 bites) of spaghetti per kids meal. Sorry for the book review but I have a lot to say: So really disappointed a few weeks ago I took my two little boys on a date night it was a Wednesday we were kindly greeted and they mentioned kids eat for .99 on Wednesday's and Saturday's as soon as we walked in. Well that's Awesome I thought win-win! Our service & food was amazing even tho they ran out of the kids cheese pizzas my boys were ok and settled for another menu item no complaints. My son even mentioned to the manager after we finished that it was better than Olive Garden. They joked and wanted him to leave a review. So after bragging to my husband he wanted to take us for a family dinner tonight so I could have a break from cooking. Tonight it completely back fired we had the same waitress I was thinking we're in luck. And my boys were sooo happy because they thought she was the sweetest well I guess everyone has an off day right because there was a bit of attitude tonight. We ordered waited 20minutes and she came back to our table and was told they needed our order again it got lost ummm ok so we sat patiently waited another 20 or more minutes and slowly our food started coming out "not all together though" my husband and 2 y/o was the last to be served while we were halfway through. We ended up getting to go boxes and our ticket. We only had one kids meal taken off and when I mentioned it she said she could only take one off at a time umm that's b.s and the dumbest thing I've heard. When I sat there looking at this ticket she asked if there was a problem. I said yesss there was only one meal discounted we ordered 3. She then gets an attitude and says I dunno I'll try and fix it. She then only gives me the same reprinted ticket with 25% off. Which was an employee discount. Makes no sense! Why advertise if you don't honor it??? I came back 20min later to pick it up my order. The lady up front went to check on it but nothing. 20min went by and I was still waiting on it. Until she saw me again and wonder why I still haven't gotten my food. Well she come back and told me that they had forgotten to make my food. Cheese ravioli filling was tasty, but the meat filling tasted far too strongly of spices so that and any meat inside was indistinguishable. I went to this restaurant the first time and I was truly in love, I waited a while but it was Valentine's Day so I was super understanding and the food was amazing. I went yesterday for the second time and of course I expected the same. This time the food was not good at all. It taste like a bunch of pepper. I expressed my concern and they told me to bring it back so I brought it all back with the exception of the two salads because we ate them and I explained that I was just kind of turned off and just wanted a refund for my pastas (though I bought 2 pastas, an appetizer for which they gave me extremely hard chips, a dessert that I did not like, and 2 salads) At this time I just felt like it was a bad day but I would come back one day just not that day. I was told the manager that handles online refunds was not in but they kept the food and they would call me later. I said ok, no one ever called so I called a few hours later for them to tell me she was gone for the day. I called back this morning for her to tell me she would not refund me for one pasta which was the blackened salmon but she would refund the other. She said the blackened salmon was suppose to taste that way basically too bad if you didn't like it. I was tired of going back and forward explaining that not only was it spicy but it was bland in flavor and just taste like a bunch of pepper, so I asked if I could just have another pasta if she wasn't giving my money back, because I know if I paid for something I would need goods and services or money. She told me NO it was in the trash and I was a waste of her time. I would never go back to this location and not because they had a bad day but because I found the owner to be very rude my second time at this restaurant especially when I spoke so highly of them after the first time. I post on all my social media for people to go there and I'm not going to be rude and make a facebook post or anything but I'm highly disappointed!
