Even broke 86 on a pga course. He understands different body types and how the body works and how to work with different clients (he also trains a friend of mine) 2. He's easy to work with. His people skills are on point and a lesson flies by while Being both productive and fun. 3. He's a good dude. I texted him sick, and he'd not one of those trainers trying to make a buck.

My group pointed out that I'm actually ambidextrous when it comes to how I hold my putter despite being left-handed. At least this golf center is more economical than "Top Golf" locations.

WOHOOOO! I don't know if that makes sense. But, what I mean is that he will incrementally improve your swing by showing you the TECHNIQUE, not just showing you how to do it and how others do it. Everything is personalized and very detailed. Paul goes over everything: how you stand, the language, the grip, your back, your knees, your arms, your "cool swing" look, distance, and accuracy. After only 2 lessons, I was already hitting the range by myself and actually hitting them pretty decent! On top of it all, Paul is FUNNY and knowledgeable. He is great all the way around! He is 100% the best coach around!

I contacted Paul at Carlton Oaks in January 2022 and have taken 6 sessions with him since then. He is an amazing teacher. He will take what you have and incremently improve your swing. I am 74 now and shooting in the 80's again. Needlessly to say, you need to take what he tells you and practice, practice, practice.

The course itself is a bit short and quirky, with several hills. If a ball slices or hooks too far, it often ends up on bare dirt. The fairways are nice and reasonably well maintained, and the greens are in good condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The ranger (or player assistant) was not particularly helpful, especially since the pace of play was somewhat slow throughout the day. One major caveat is that the golf carts are quite old. One cart bumped into ours due to an apparent brake malfunction. Fortunately, no one was injured.
