We replaced our small, termite-damaged wood patio cover with a full-length insulated Elitewood patio cover ...complete with 2 solid square pillars, 3 fan lights, 4 LED canned lights, an electrical outlet and built-in covered rain gutters. Our first contact was with Bennie Williams, Project Specialist in Aug. 2021 who came to our house to discuss our wishes for our patio, show us examples of the various materials available, measure and draw up a rough draft of our project. Two weeks later we had an appointment in their showroom to review material selection and receive a cost break down of the project scope. At this time we confirmed our choice to use the Elitewood Ultra materials based on finish, metal thickness, coating system and warranty. This is where we met Karra, Office Manager who became our contact for updates and payment installments. Even though we were in the midst of Covid the timeline for our project remained on track. Early Nov. 2021 we received a call that the materials were in and their install team led by Edgar Paz would be on site to complete our build. Our project took 3 days to complete and the instal team was great. They reviewed the plan drawings with me and answered any questions I had prior to the work beginning. While I was booking appointments for estimates, I wasn't able to book patio warehouse around the same time as the other companies. Their only opening that matched my availability was almost 2 weeks after I had already got my quotes. After getting 3 quotes, I decided to go with a different company because it was within my budget. I had already put in my deposit before Tony from patio warehouse came. I didn't think his price would be any lower than the one I received, but I still wanted to see his numbers.
