He did not honor the price I was quoted and I ended up paying $480!!! For a 1-story with 4-bedrooms, no stairs. James threatened over text and called multiple times which frightened me! He also did not give me prep instructions to vacuum, nor did he answer my questions. When I asked how long until dry. He replied: "Gosh do I have to repeat myself?" My 1st technician was Joe who was very nice. I was quoted $320 for 1st job and was told the 2nd cleaning would be cheaper since no stairs at new house & repeat customer. James arrived for 2nd job but did not honor my repeat business quote from colleague, and because I was moving out and limited on time- James took advantage and up charged me an outrageous amount. I booked after reading the reviews, but I don't want anyone to feel unsafe with this man in your home. As a woman, I was lucky my husband was there to protect me... I don't understand how he has been in business this long. Worst customer service experience EVER !! *Attached: Pic of James text as proof of him threatening me. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot".
