If you want to get your house cleaned at a reasonable rate, do not go with Patricia's. We had scheduled a cleaning weeks in advance to clean our house before we moved in. We agreed on a price and were pleased. On the day of the cleaning though, Patricia doubled the price because it was a "post-construction job," despite knowing it was a pre-move in clean (no furniture or anything to impede cleaning). We could not pay that new price, and the cleaners left. We were stranded the day before we moved in with no cleaners, and we ended up needing to take the day off work to clean it ourselves (in far less time than Patricia said her cleaners required). Patricia was rude and tried to extort customers with no other options. I do not recommend using her service. read more

They were fair and transparent in their approach to pricing, giving me an accurate non-binding estimate beforehand and then quoting me a price after walking through on the day. Spoke with the owner Genesis and negotiated a price to clean my studio apartment after I had moved out and scheduled a date/time. She texted me the morning of canceling my appointment because the cleaners assigned were sick. Glad she didn't send sick cleaners, but disappointed in the lack of effort to find a new crew. I had high hopes.... Patricia response time was fantastic. I asked for a Sunday clean. To her credit she was not available, but found someone that could come. My first mistake. The crew she sent Samuel and Flora. Very nice. My first clue was that they brought a shop vac to use. The minute they turned it on it smelled like mildew. Samuel opened the canister. I think it had the original filter from 5 years ago. Just disgusting. Flora had no idea what she was doing. Took the mattress pads off the beds. Did not know how to make a bed. They did their best but it was not professional at all. When it was time to go Patricia told me it was $245. For a 2 bedroom 1000 square foot condo. I felt they was ridiculous. Samual and Flora were here for 3.5 hours. 7 man hours is a lot for this small of a place that had been very well taken care of. Might want to keep looking! read more

I am so sorry to give a negative review. I am not reviewing their cleaning because Patricia canceled the first appointment last minute TWICE! She does not do estimates ahead, so I was already a little nervous that I didn't know the quote. When she canceled the first time, I explained that we had put time into clearing surfaces and getting ready to make it easier for them to clean, and I had to reschedule other things. She assured me she would not cancel again and we set another day and time. I came home to meet her and she did not arrive! She then texted that she was at another job, which turned out to be an hour away, and she could not give a time when they'd be finished. She sounds nice and they may be great cleaners (so 2 stars), but it doesn't matter if they overbook and don't show up. Housecleaning should make life easier for a solo parent.
