They were ortho k lenses so they're worth almost the same amount as the cleaning service itself. She could not complete the window cleaning portion of the list, citing the windows to be too high (on the third floor). She never asked what floor the windows were on, didn't ask the right questions. Moreover, the estimate she provided was more than $100 lower than the quote she later gave me when her cleaners arrived to my apartment. I was specific in what I wanted when I got the quote so not sure why they have to quote that much more. A little more , I understand - but the original quote was already a lot to pay! Luckily, while I was waiting for her team, I read her 1 star reviews - and I saw she does this often. I didn't want to be in a total when bind - as I was asking her team to come at the end of the day. Luckily, I asked another cleaner to come 30 minutes later just in case. Thank God I did! First quoted for $300 online. Comes in person and quotes for $2,000. I had no choice because we had to turn the house back to the landlord within the next couple of days and had no time to shop around elsewhere. So I agreed because I also knew the house had a lot of work to be done. They spent no more than 5 hours, cleaning the house between 2 people and then an additional two in the later half. For $2,000 I was expecting the house to be spotless. They messaged me right after the job asking for the money. I hadn't seen the job yet so I was not about to forward over $2,000 to them and rightly so. The next morning I went to look at the job and it was completely botched. I was so incredibly upset that they would dare charge me $2,000 for what they gave me. They didn't even clean the walls!! They did a quick steam job on the carpet, like one round with a regular $200 target vacuum so it wasn't even technically a steamer. I basically still had stains on the carpet that could have easily been removed if the job had been done right and the walls were still so dirty. They came in the next day to address my problems. I was there and pointed everything out to them and they said they would take care of it. After 1 hour they were done and I go over their job again and I'm like seriously? They didn't even address the parts that I walked them through. I was SO upset. I could have done a better job myself if I had the time. But I didn't have time so obviously that's why I was willing to pay someone else $2,000 to do it. In the end, I gave them $800 but looking back now I should have just given them the $300 that they really deserved. How can you look my in the eye and tell me to pay you $2,000 for the job you did? I asked them that and they were SILENT. There's so much more I can say and a whole paper that I can write about this experience. But the bottom line is that these are dishonest and nasty people who will take your money and run. It's a real shame because I wanted to support their business and put a lot of trust and faith in them, but it goes to show that you should just go with legitimate businesses that are licensed. Don't EVER use this company. One of the biggest mistake of my life. I honestly want to sue them or bring them to court for even making me pay the $800. read more

NOTE: this is only for a move-out cleaning where some specific places need to be cleaned. They were very thorough in some aspects (e.g. fridge and bathroom), but not in some other aspects (e.g. cabinet surface and inside). Communication was a bit interesting due to language barrier, especially that it was a bit difficult to communicate when having specific items need to be cleaned. Another communication issue was that we had a self-cleaning oven that the landlord prohibit using cleaning solutions in, but they used soap and water in it before I realized it and stopped them. In the end of the day it was not a huge issue, but figure that I should point it out. These are the reasons for the 4-star rating instead of 5. However, I will still recommend them to anyone who needs their home to be cleaned -- they are very professional and nice, and did an epic job cleaning our fridge and bathroom. read more

On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners came right on time and we're very considerate. They communicated and coordinated with me so that we were out of each others way during the cleaning process.
