This dealership has been awful. The only great person there is salesman Merza. First we were told they couldn't find the key to the Benz we purchased and they said they would send us a check to get it replaced. They wanted to send a check for 200.00 when the key was over that. After arguing and taking over a week they called Mercedes told me it was taken care of to take the car in that they sent a check. Once I called Mercedes they said no they told us you would pay it. Then after that they only gave me temp plates for 30 days. Never advised me that they use a 3rd party for their tags registration and whatnot. I called to have my temp plates extended because they were expired they refused to have it done. Told me I had to speak to nationwide I called Nationwide they said they can't talk to me because I'm not the dealer. Weeks later I get a call from DMV saying my plates are in and I owe 389.00! Howwww I called multiple times no one wants to return my calls then I finally get ahold of Joe in finance and he argues with with. I told him the loan includes the 1,464.00 for the fees plus the additional 175.00 for using Nationwide and I wanted to k ow why they only wrote out a check to DMV for 1,200.00 when my loan included the full charge. Joe kept arguing with me saying the 175.00 fee was included in the 1464.00 I told him it was not and I had the paperwork right infront of me. I still don't have my plates and the dealship is still trying to rip me off when its all included in the loan! I have a lawyer and will be calling secretary of state to report them as well as the BBB. I even had to have my DMV call Nationwide because there is a mistake and the dealship wont pay it. Basically they will out everything on a loan and then not pay the fees they need to and try to screw you over. Stay away!!!! Plus it doesn't help that I had to drive 4 hours to get the vehicle and now they are causing all these issues its been nothing but harassment from the dealship! In regards to whatever left below: I have the message from Joe in finance that I am willing to send to your team saying he isn't sure why we are paying it still but whatever taken care of were his words. Also your team has dragged me through this in a unprofessional manner and never once was I advised that there was a error with Nationwide and the dealership instead Joe proceeded to continuously tell me that I was wrong and nothing could be done I had to call Nationwide when Nationwide couldn't even disclose anything with me because I am not DMV or the dealership. I have all the emails, voicemails from your dealership that were very unprofessional. I have had to continuously fight for what was promised. The only professional individual was Merza and I would recommend your dealership or management staff take the time to see that. Joe in finance was never once pleasant with me. Merza took care of all the concerns and I appriciate him. Also, Joe never disclosed that there was an error just left the voicemail he did saying he doesn't understand why you need to pay it but whatever the dealership will cut the check. It's the way your staff went about dealing with me as a customer. Things wouldn't get resolved if I didn't miss work due to calling and not having a vehicle since the temps expired the 9th. As of today yes the issues have been resolved but it took a lot of my time and effort. Thank you read more

They call you before you buy a car and never return calls after you buy one. They say they put their cars through service checks before selling them but that's not true unless you count half way washing the car before putting it on the lot. Maria, who works in the office, is unprofessional and knows nothing about her job, the paperwork was consistently inaccurate and it was frustrating dealing with the office personnel because they are all incompetent. Had a tire problem due to hitting a pothole driving on Interstate 55 returning from Springfield. The run-flat tire started losing pressure about an hour after hitting pothole and alert showed zero pressure in left-front tire; however, was able to drive on the tire (which is the good thing about run-flat tires) and make it home to Schaumburg in about 90 minutes or so. The tire never went flat. This was on a Sunday; took car in first thing Monday -- tire still not flat -- just a bit low. Patrick Cadillac had to replace the left front tire. No other damage. Luckily, I had the tire coverage on my leased car and did not have to pay anything. The Service Department was efficient and friendly! They had to keep the car overnight as a new tire had to be ordered. They offered me a loaner; however, I only live 5 minutes away so I opted for a ride home from their shuttle service. K. BAD PLACE TO BUY A CAR !! I went to Patrick Cadillac to lease at 2015 SRX, the deal went thru fine I put 9 k down and my payments came out to $ 418.00 per month. I got a call 3 weeks later saying " PATRICK CADILLAC" made MISTAKES on the paperwork and I needed to re-sign everything. I did as they asked, after driving the car for 2000 miles "over a month later" I got a call from Enzo stating the bank will NOT APPROVE the lease deal and I needed to bring my car back? I sold the car I drove the last 10 years when I bought my new SRX, so I was in a bad position. I was told the lease option was denied by the bank and my only option was to purchase the vehicle and make payments of $ 820.00 per month over 6 years at a ridiculous interest rate? MY PAYMENT DOUBLED per month !!! I don't feel when purchasing a luxury car these kind of mistakes should happen. I also paid an extra 1K for Tire and Rim insurance with the lease, I didn't ask at the time of re-signing for the purchase if that transferred to the new purchase deal so I called Enzo. I left Enzo a message to call me with NO RETURN CALL. What a joke, you would think after treating myself ( the customer ) like Patrick Cadillac did they would call me asap. Still waiting!! My daughter noticed a Rav4 for sale in their used car dept. She contacted a salesman Mike. She was told the car was out for the weekend and would contact her on Monday. On Monday she received no call back from Mike. So, she called back and spoke with Jose the sales manager and he would check on the vehicle and call her right back.. 6 hours later no call back from Jose. my daughter then called back again and was told that someone was signing papers on the car as we speak. Jose never offered any further help with finding another vehicle or another Rav4. ..just goodbye. I noticed a week later that the Rav4 was still for sale on Patrick's website. I called and spoke with a Catelyn she said the Rav4 was still available, gave me her number and said "have your daughter contact me to come see the vehicle"... so, my daughter reaches out to Catelyn and guess what?? .. no call back. So with money in hand and excellent credit my daughter has taken her business elsewhere. I really think the salespeople need re-training, its called communication Mike ,Catelyn and Jose.. Where do I start? Bought a 2014 CTS last June and finally have time to voice my displeasure. My car was sold as Certified! Was told certified entails everything was looked at and serviced if needed. The car wasn't detailed, which was not a problem , as I made an appt. and brought car back. The car had a musky smell to it, so I brought it back to be checked out. The right rear tire wasn't holding air , so I had a small leak. Upon inspection I was told that car needed an oil change and cabin and engine air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced . Also the right rear tire had a slow leak n needed to be replaced. I thought the car was Certified ! I had a chat with the manager at the dealership and was told the service manager was doing the certifications on the cars himself as there was a mechanics strike going on when I purchased the car. I had to pay 280.00 for a new tire . I argued that I had the paper work that the car was Certified when in fact it wasn't. The manager offered me 2 free fill ups of gas as compensation. Really? Fast forward to last week. I've put 800 miles on car since I purchased it. My right rear tire was still leaking. Mechanic showed me car as it was up on the rack. 3 tires were worn down unevenly and new tire I bought was on right front of car. Lol Tire originally should of been put on rear right as that's the tire that needed to be replaced. So now I need 3 new tires at 350$ apiece and a front end alignment. This is what happens when a dealership lies about a car being Certified!!! Car was never Certified and the cost of correcting car problems is 1470.00$. Oh but I was offered 2 free tanks of gas. On 01 Oct 2018 {Customer #C9121213} I brought my 2006 Cadillac STS V to the Service Department due to my "Service Vehicle Soon" Light coming on. I spoke to Service Advisor Pete R. I explained my problem to him and it only happens when I start the car. He stated he has seen this problem before and stated that it was most likely a Module but he would have a mechanic put the car on the computer and inspect the car for 160.00 Fee. I agreed. After waiting three hours he came back and stated the Warning light was off and that the car was ready. When I went to my car it was running. I turned off the car and started the car again the Service Vehicle soon light came back on before leaving the dealer. I instructed the Service Advisor. he stated when I brought the car back for a Recall on another issue he would check the car again. on 08 Oct 2018 I brought the car back for the Recall and then about 4 days Later I went to pick up the car at which Service Advisor Pete R stated I needed a Module and that The part was on order and the part is also on back order. I asked Pete how long would it take to get the Module. Pete stated awhile. About 2 months later I called and a Service Advisor stated the part was no longer Available and there was nothing he could do. On 08 Feb 2018 I Brought my car to Steve Foley Cadillac and showed them the paperwork on the Back Ordered Module part. The Service Advisor took my invoice from Patrick Cadillac and checked about the Module on back order. he came back and told me that the module was available at another dealer and wasn't on backorder. He then had a Mechanic conduct a computer check on my car and found that the Module wasn't bad and that The problem was the Ignition switch. The car was fixed right. So basically I was Charged 160.00 by Patrick Cadillac and lied to about the unneeded Module and waited over two months for the unneeded Module that they never even ordered. Grant isn't your typical pushy salesman. He is Funny so easy to get along with, he goes out of his way to keep you happy. We have became good friends over the years! I let that sad excuse of a service manager know that he is the problem and that is why this dealership is terrible, face to face. Its basic people skills.. I live in Denver and shopped for a month in metro Denver. I dealt with a very knowedgeable and pleasant salesman in Denver. After much shopping for a new SRX, I finally decided on which model and which color combination as that can be tricky to find. My model was sapphire blue with a light gray/black combo interior. I found one in Salt Lake City and flew there to buy it on Memorial Day but they damaged it getting it ready, so I chose not to buy a car which had to go to the body shop. My salesman in Denver found one at another dealer nearby but it was my second color choice, graphite. But I was resigned to not finding a blue one with the right interior. I had looked at all the car shopping sites and found only a few on the East Coast or Florida. So the night before settling for the graphite one in Denver, I did a google search for "sapphire blue SRX light titanium" and stumbled across Patrick. I sent an email to the internet sales manager who was very helpful. I knew my price break and the general amount off that would be acceptable from my dealings in Denver and Salt Lake -- about 8.7 percent off MSRP. I detailed my experience, emailed it to the internet manager, whose name I dont recall. He forwarded my email to Mr. Popp, senior sales person. He came up with a price a bit above my target and then I recalled one part of my prices had been a USAA 750.00 discount. I emailed that to them. They agreed. It was still a bit above the price percentage I had been dealing with but then, there were almost no cars in the country with that color combination. I agreed. Mr. Popp was very helpful in the next few days figuring out what I needed to bring to Chicago. This was a Friday night. I flew to Chicago Tuesday morning. Picked up the car. Signed the paperwork. Got some bottled water for the thousand mile drive home and took off. I didn't have to play games; gave them my price; got their price; reached an agreed price and got the deal done. It was actually agreed upon via texting (and I am no electronic wizard). I still feel badly for the Denver salesman but I guess inventory is everything. Only bad thing is the rear license plate bracket blew off enroute to Denver and Mr. Popp said they were sending me two. It was painless and I love the car. I have absolutely zero misgivings about the choice. And that is hard to do with a new car purchase. Maybe someday in the next decade I will understand all there is to know about the CUE system...... read more

We came here to buy our new SRX Cadillac after trying unsuccessfully to negotiate a deal at another dealership nearer to our home. We could not be more pleased with the customer service at Patrick. Grant Klufetos was our very knowledgeable salesperson. He not only gave us a very fair price but took the time to give us an in-depth inservice on the Cue Infotainment System which can be a bit overwhelming at first. He even gave me a USB device for the system loaded with music which he had downloaded from his computer. We highly recommend this dealership and especially Grant. read more

But yet I called 3 times to make sure my appointment is on point and that I'm showing up cuz I really need my car to be fixed so of course the first day they asked me you going to be dropping of the car I said yes I am because it will take couple days for sure he said yes sure we'll have a loaner for you , I called 2 days before and made sure and today I called again I get there and he tells me your not eligible for a loner but we can take a look at it while you wait !!! So Ima wait 4 days to a week in your dealership or mr Pete or mr Patrick? He tells me get from enterprise a car and pay for it , no your wrong I have a warranty and I am eligible for a loaner show me shine thing that saying in the warranty I'm not eligible show me ? I purchased a new CTS from Patrick, and was happy with the salesman and the purchase process. That, however, is where anything I have to say about Patrick Cadillac is positive. I was told to bring the car back in a week to take car of a small scratch that was on the rear bumper cover. I brought it back, and 7 days later, was told my car was ready. The next morning, I saw that the scratch had been repaired, but I noticed that the black plastic trim on the drivers door had an area about the size of a thumb print where the black color had been removed, and was now an off white color. I called Patrick and was told to bring it in the next day. Once again, 7 days later, I was told my car was ready. I went to pick it up at night, and saw that the plastic trim piece had not been replaced, and still showed the white circle on it. I was apologized to, and told to bring it back the next day when the shop manager would be in. When I got home in my garage, I was shocked to find that my windshield had black paint over spray on it, and the entire section on the drivers side over both front and rear doors had been crudely sanded down and repainted. There were sanding swirl marks in the sheet metal of the car, and the chrome trim over both doors, from front to back had been sanded, and now looked like brushed aluminum instead of a chrome finish. I was on the phone first thing in the morning, and was told to bring t back in "when the salesman" who sold me the car was in! I explained it had nothing to do with any salesman, and asked to be transferred to the body shop. I spoke to the body shop manager, who told me that my car had never been in his shop, there was no record of it! I then spoke to the sales manager, who told me that "sometimes, we send cars out to other body shops, and that's what happened." WE didn't do any work on your car, Carneca Auto Body Shop did." I was told to bring my car back in, and they would take care of it. Five days later, I picked up my car, the paint and sanding imperfections were taken car of, but the chrome trim was still horrible looking after having been sanded, and the mark on the plastic trim STILL wasn't fixed. I was told they would call me in "a few days" to schedule the repairs." No one ever called. I called Steve Kahn, Customer Relations Manager over a dozen times and left messages. He never returned my calls. I contacted GM and filed a complaint. GM called my every single business day for over a month to report to me what they were doing. They would call Patrick EVERY SINGLE DAY and were lied to, being told that Patrick would call me that day, and take care of everything. No one ever contacted me from Patrick. GM apologized to me, and said there was nothing they could do. The GM rep was shocked by the lies that were told to her by Patrick staff. My family has bought cars from Patrick for over 30 years, and this is how I was treated. The absolute WORST dealer I have ever dealt with. I am PROUD to say that I have successfully talked 4 people so far out of buying a vehicle from the Patrick Group, and I will continue to do so. STAY CLEAR OF THESE LIARS! read more

I was not happy with my experience at Patrick Cadillac. After several months of searching, I was able to locate a Manual transmission Cadillac CTS with the premium package. Its a rare combo, so my options were very limited on where to get it from. Looking back I would have at least asked for a different salesman, as I found it very difficult to understand mine on the phone. His name is Steve Zwolinski, and I literally had to interrupt him several times on the phone and remind him that I am the customer and that I should be given a chance to talk, not be talked over at every opportunity. Very unprofessional to dismiss customer concerns and questions in a louder voice than mine in order to gain the floor. Seemed like all I ever heard him go on about was gap insurance, why the hell is the salesman pitching that shit to me over the phone? Ill figure that our in the finance dept. (which when the time came I was required to get it in order to secure my rate. that's against federal law. had to call back and have it dropped after i learned that) Everything that came out of Steve's mouth was BS, if he didn't know an answer he made one up or steered the conversation elsewhere. After deciding that the car was what I wanted by use of carfax etc, I came to terms with the fact that the experience would be sub par for a good car. They told me they would not be able to hold the car for me without a 500 dollar deposit from my credit card, No. I had to convince them that my flight itinerary should be enough commitment for them to hold it. Shouldn't have to weasel that kind of stuff out of them. So I flew from Omaha, NE to get the car and drive it back. also had to ask (several times) for them to cover the price of a taxi, no courtesy pick up at airport. Upon my arrival the car was parked up front and freshly detailed, as it should be. I had asked over the phone before i flew out if there were ANY cosmetic imperfections on the CTS and was assured that there was not, however I found two noticeable dings and a pretty good sized scrape on the front bumper. That's when my trust went out the window. It was a simple test of honesty, and it was failed. I was told that the dings and scrape were unfixable due to their location, I know it could have been repaired, probably just costs to much for them to justify. regardless, I simply wanted it disclosed to me that there were cosmetic issues before I flew in. Steve seemed to know very little about the car. It was advertised with bluetooth features but there are none available on that year of cts. he tried to convince me that it had remote start for a while because the key fob had the button, but generally manual transmissions don't support that without hacking the system. Know your product. The biggest source of my anger stems from coming back from the test drive, parking in front of a window, and noticing that the drivers side Hi Beam was not working. Now, this seems like an easy fix to someone who doesn't know, but its not. Steve went to the back to have the bulb switched out. He comes back and says my mechanic is gone, it'll be an easy fix its just the bulb or shutter. These are the HID headlights. its not just a bulb or a shutter, you have to replace the whole damn headlight and they cost $800 easy. So they offer me $50 bucks to remedy the situation. I got them to take a hundred or so off the price of the car, but it wont pay for a headlight assembly. They have said that they will send me a check for an additional $200, which is appreciated but I'm still waiting for it a month later and it wont cover the part needed to fix it. The speakers popped in and out on the way home, I had it looked at and was told the amp needs replaced. $500. The Drivers side door doesn't detect my key in my pocket but passengers side does, Micro switches or door handle antenna is out and that's an easy $400 in labor and parts if I didn't know how to diagnose and do it myself. The car itself is great, its exactly what I wanted and I'm very pleased with it. I do wish however that It was given to me in full working condition and that I was treated in a way that doesn't make me want to report this dealershit to Cadillac regional so that Steve can hop onto their center of learning website and review the basics of customer care, and possibly have the kinks of my car worked out., as Patrick Cadillac is reluctant to help. read more

We had the worst experience at this dealership. We drove three hours to this place to purchase the SRX. The deal was done over the phone with the Cadillac General Manager, Rocco. We have agreed on the numbers. He was well aware about the condition of my trade-in. However, when we came in, Rocco wasn't there. He assigned a salesman to us who was also involved in the negotiating process. This salesman, Eddie, was busy with another customer so he asked a different salesman, Steve, to help us. Steve called Justin, the sales manager of Volvo, to come and assess on my trade-in. Justin came back with a different number than we agreed with Rocco, so we called Eddie in to vouch for us. Eddie was telling Justin exactly what Rocco said to us over the phone, the numbers that we have agreed on. But, Justin would not burge. They tried to call Rocco on his private number but he didn't pick up. We had to go back home empty handed. Despite the fact that they filled up the gas tank for us on the way home, we still wasted 8 hrs+ of our time. 3 hrs there, 2hrs+ at the dealership, and 3hrs home and of course no car. This is the biggest Bait and Switch that I've ever seen. Please reconsider when you plan to purchase a vehicle at Patrick dealers. read more

I am really disappointed with Patrick Cadillac. I made a appointment to see a 2012 SRX that was on the net for just under $20000. I made the appointment with Dorothy Victorson and that's who I thought I was meeting with. Once there, she introduced me to a salesman Michael who spoke very poor English and was extremely frustrated when responding to questions. Once he took us to check the vehicle out which really wasn't ready we were really disappointed. There was physical damage to the from and quarter panel not to mention door dings and scratches. I could deal with the scratches. The salesman went to get the used car sales manager who said that they would make the vehicle like new. I thought great now lets talk numbers. Eventually the sales manager came in and said we would have put down $3000. I said wait a minute the photos showed no damage and now there is damage and it appears we would have to pay to get the vehicle claen without damage as portrayed in all the photos. He agreed that the damage was recently done and they didn't know about it. Bottom line was that they were going to charge $3000. to fix or they would sell as is at the listed price. Some negotiating. I wouldn't trust Patrick Cadillac anytime soon. Whats bad is this was actually the 3rd time my fiance and myself would have purchased a vehicle from them. I would not recommend them to friends nor family. Dealer is so much different now then it was when we did buy in the past. read more

Just bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS4 Luxury model from Patrick Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that told me he bought a car at Patrick Cadillac from salesman GRANT KLUFETOS and was really impressed with him and the dealership (PATRICK CADILLAC). I have to say, he was right !!! Usually going to buy a car is a horrible experience, kind of like going to the dentist. Not this time !! I was very impressed by the whole experience. Grant is a great salesman !! He explained every feature of the vehicle and was very friendly the entire time. I never felt "pressured" at all. When it came down to negotiating the deal, he looked for every possible discount/rebate to assure me the lowest price !! I have dealt with many salespeople in my days of buying cars and Grant is the best by far. I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. As far as Patrick Cadillac, they were great as fell. The Finance Manager was enjoyable to work with (not like most who seem like sharks) and the Sales Manager offered to fix a minor problem for me (imperfection of piece of plastic between windows) with swapping the car for another new one even though I had already driven 150 miles). That is customer service !! Everyone at Patrick Cadillac seems to be about the customer !!! If you need a Cadillac head to Patrick Cadillac and ask for Grant !!! read more

I think one star is even a little too generous....I do not recommend that anyone goes to this dealership. I have never had such an awful experience. Not only did I have to deal with an extremely ignorant salesman, I was provided false information about the vehicle prior to my purchase. I do blame my self for not inspecting the car better myself, however, as a salesman, it is their job to inform consumers with ACCURATE information regarding the vehicle, so I had put full trust into him. After the vehicle was delivered to my house at night, I inspected the car in the morning and had noticed multiple things wrong with the vehicle. The entire front half on the car was painted a flat white rather than pearl white which was VERY visible in the day light. There were also scratches on the side of the car. I also was only given three mats for my car which were left in the trunk after the car was delivered... I never ended up getting my fourth mat for my car, even though the dealer had told me I would. The auto start on my car was also broken and the back up camera till today gives me problems. After the salesman had informed my father that the car had "blind spot correctors" as well as a fully opening sunroof, my father and I had noticed after having the car in our hands that the car in fact did NOT come with neither blind spot correctors or an opening sun roof. Rather than taking fault for his own actions, the salesman had ignorantly tried to blame it on my father due to his foreign accent, accusing him of "misunderstanding" the salesman. That was the most childish, unprofessional, and disrespectful excuse I have ever been given. I have NEVER encountered such an ignorant salesman and awful service. I gave up on trying to contact any managers because they had never cared to return any of my calls after I had left them multiple voicemails. Evidently, this dealership just wants to pocket your money, and they'll even go the extent of lying to do so. Stay away..... read more
