I originally called for an appointment and quote. They gave me approximately $700 after insurance. Went the next day since I had horrible tooth pain and was seen promptly at my appointment time. We did X-rays even though my family dentist already sent theirs over(which is fine because maybe they want inspect further.) They said I needed a root canal and told me to wait outside for a quote. That's when the service started going downhill. I was quoted over $1000 after insurance, they were going to charge my insurance plus me paying $1000 cash. I felt like the price was unreasonable since I did a estimate on my insurances website so I said I'll have to think about it. Immediately on the spot they offered a 25% discount, good for today only. After that happened I knew that they were doing shady practices and declined. They further said what price I will be fine with doing the procedure today and they will ask the doctor to see if he will be okay with. I declined since I thought the whole process is bad practice. I then asked for my x-rays so I can show another clinic, they said they would e-mail it but I never got it. Lol. At the end, they asked me for payment for my deductible - all while charging 3% extra because I chose to pay with credit card. lol.

I'm fresh off having a root canal done here by Dr. Yu and it was a great experience. From setting…read moreup the initial consultation to getting the actual procedure done (on the same day), it was seamless. I was in/out of there in a little over two hours. Upon walking in to the office, I was welcomed by a nice staff person who instructed me to fill out some paperwork. I was then taken to a room for the consultation. Dr. Yu advised to have a root canal based on his evaluation. I was then moved to another room for the actual procedure after having anesthesia injections into my mouth. After some prep work done by his very comforting staff, it was time for the games to begin! I appreciated how his staff guided me through the prep work and explained what they were doing. It honestly feels really weird to have your mouth wide open while having strange objects being placed inside. During the procedure, I could see they were passing instruments back/forth. There were weird sounds, noises and smells. I never felt uncomfortable as they always checked in to see if I was doing OK. Before I knew it, the procedure was over and Dr. Yu went over recovery expectations and the like. Overall, it was a very efficient and comfortable process. Hopefully I won't need to return anytime soon but it's nice to know that this office is available in the local area.

They have a strict policy to charge patients a $100 fee for late cancellations, yet they feel entitled to unilaterally cancel a confirmed oral appointment on their end just because you missed a couple of phone calls. When you follow up, they casually push you out by weeks. Their management is chaotic, and their business practices are greedy and unprofessional. If you value your time and expect a clinic to honor its own agreements, look elsewhere. Absolute dealbreaker. Stay away!

Ugh I hate the dentist so I already have high anxiety going to any and all appointments, I change…read moremy dentist with every appointment so it speaks volumes that I've been here twice lol Parking was so easy, head towards the small area near CVS. They check your insurance prior to going to everything should be squared away before you check in. First appointment was X-rays and cleaning, very nice, I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point and I've been to other offices where the X-ray tab things are placed wrong and it causes pain or makes me gag and when they're cleaning and they don't pay attention and you get a pool of water and it's just uncomfortable but this was pretty good so I know I'll be ok next time. But again since it's been while between appointments I had to get a procedure so they made an appointment for the week after to get that done. Overall that was pretty ok, I got sweaty and wanted to run away but Dr Kuwaye was calming and explained things as it was going on and assured me I was doing ok. He has steady hands and they work well and fast which is what I like. My friend said her dentist has this oral rinse to numb the mouth which is something I wish they had and another dentist that I went to had non-drilling tolls so virtually pain free cleanings and without that agonizing drilling sound.

I stopped by to get x-rays and have my teeth exam and I was getting ready to hear a lot of bad news. Knowing that I had not visited the dentist in about 8 to 10 years I knew that there would be work that would be needed to be completed.. The dentist was very helpful with letting me know the severity of it, but at the same time showed optimism and made me feel comfortable. Not only are we looking into the repairment of my tooth but also he explained to me the things that would be needed to be done in order to restore my teeth. I had plaque built up and my gums were very swollen with numbers high as fives and six which is not great and he explained to me that it would take a few appointments of deep cleaning and laser treatment in order to restore them. The appointments that I've had with them have been painless, and they have always made me feel comfortable while visiting them. This really helped me overcome my fear of visiting in the dentist and I actually do look forward to seeing them for my next appointment. Steven Lu was my doc to perform the redu of the original root canal. Was in the chair for 1 hr 45 min and which is a record for me. This is full on oral surgery and was painless for my situation. you have to understand that is done upside down and through a microscope with an assistant so it's a big deal. All I can say is I had no discomfort and he was able to go in to 2 canals clean them up and put the temporary crown back on for the dentist to finish the crown. If you need some specialized dental work that involves root canals this is the place to go and Doc Steven is the man to do it!
