And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

They drilled her teeth down so much that her new dentist has said she basically has no tooth left to hold onto the fillings that Floss Dental put on her teeth. They all fell out less than a month after Floss Dental did them. Pitiful care and something that should last her a lifetime is now ruined because of them. Pathetic! When I met Dr. Logan I was so embarrassed that some issues were not good even though we were both brushing and flossing regularly. After trying to get in with more than a few oral surgeons that were at least 2 weeks out I got Dr Falke's office and the very nice receptionist said she could fit me in the next day (never could have imagined I'd jump for joy to get a dentist appointment.) After a traumatizing experience having a wisdom tooth pulled I was terrified to have another big molar extracted. But Dr Falke and his staff were so kind and patient with me it really helped take the edge off. Dr Falke has the BEST bedside manner...like the perfect balance of warm and casual, and confident and very skilled. I was surprised how quick he got that big tooth out.
