I left work early with a sore throat, body aches and a killer headache! After a nice mid-afternoon soak I went into the garage and heard water and a hissing noise. Our 14 year old water heater took a dump on a sick day! Pat to the rescue. He came and assessed the situation and was back early the next morning and replaced our water heater by 10am. We are very relieved that we contacted Patrick to diagnose and repair our water heater after the pilot light went out. The gas company was not able to help so we contacted Patrick, who was able to come out the same morning. He was not only professional and courteous but he took extra steps to make sure repairs could be done as soon as possible. He was willing to find a part even though the supplier was difficult to contact. He did a good job contacting the manufacturer to verify our warranty status. Most of all he delivered as promised and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied before he left. I had a clogged sewer line in the back of my long backyard. I called him in the evening and even though he was busy the next day, Patrick brought over a monster rotary rooter early the next morning and fairly easily rooted out my clog, cleaning about 100 feet of sewer pipe, for a reasonable $145. It's Monday evening, we've just finished a great dinner and have started doing the clean-up. The kitchen sink won't drain, what a mess. I checked the trap under the sink and it became clear the problem was not there but further down the drain line. Tuesday morning I called 4 drain cleaning services all of whom either were now out of that business or booked up for days or weeks. One of these services recommended Patrick and gave me his number. I called Patrick and he was already in the area on a job, said he could stop by in an hour. He showed up on time and fully equipped. In a short time he was able to diagnose the problem, brought in his "snake" equipment and successfully cleaned out the drain pipe. He was meticulous in insuring proper operation and was very adept at leaving absolutely no mess in the process. Patrick was able to clearly explain what he was doing and why and also insisted on taking extra time to check other drains in the house to ensure that they worked properly. Highly recommend this company. Patrick responded immediately to my toilets being clogged and dealt with a sewer line clogged by roots very quickly.
