We rented a 6 person golf cart for our wedding. Royal Cart delivered the cart two days in advance and picked it up the day after. We also requested a cart attendant who showed up on time and was the most professional vendor we hired for our whole event. We required all of our guests to be vaccinated to eliminate the need to wear masks but our cart attendant stayed masked for the entire event and took his job very seriously... in the most professional way possible. We used the cart to pick people up who parked far and bring them to the front of the house where the event was taking place. We also used the cart for the groom's entrance. Everything was a hit! We did hang some decorations from the cart which we used some painters tape so it didnt damage any paint on the cart.

Turn signal didn't work, the rear latch broke in my hand the first time I tried to open it. I wasn't happy and considered returning it. They sent their tech out a few days later, he was awesome. I'm sorry I forgot his name. Fixed the issues and we haven't had an issue since. I'm still a little leary of the quality of the cart we chose, but the staff and techs are great. My 1st time in River City Carts…read more I requested for them to pick up my cart in Dunnsville ( 5.3 mi away) and deliver it in Dunnsville ( 3.7 mi away) They charged me $125.00, outrageous. I live in Tappahannock and have always owned a golf cart and will need maintenance and repairs in future. I questioned the fee, lil boy said sorry that's what we charge. $ 125.00 for 5 miles away. :( Great... I will never call on that business again. ! What a shame River City is All about the $$$. Not local customers or repeat business. I will call on Nationwide Golf carts ( Mike Helmick) in Mechanicsville for All my golf cart repairs and purchases. Side note: NATIONWIDE GOLF IN MECHANICSVILLE picked my cart up from Dunnsville delivered it to Mechanicsville and only charged $ 75.00 5 months earlier.
