Thanks for the feathered wings, but they came with undercooked and overly greased fries, and two burnt pizza logs, with one wing trying to fly back out at you. There servers don't know how to operate the machine.

Well, for starters I tried calling my order in for HOURS. Decided just to drive down assuming they were busy. I walk in and the phone is off the hook! Literally, the busy tone is going off BOTH phones were just sitting on the register. It looked like only two men were working. Neither greeted me while I walked in. Two customers before me just left cash on the counter for them. Just now another man just walked in with a. Sheet pizza complaining it was cold. The employees responded by saying "yeah were slammed dude, my bad" . I ended up just ordering one slice bc I didn't want he chance of having to wait an hour for a medium pizza. I also order fried dough. So far my slice was rock solid and no icing with my fries dough. I mentioned it and they said it'll be an hour before they make more pizza. They're completely out. I'm from Arizona and I came back due to the fact I can't find this pizza anywhere out west. I'm highly disappointed in tonight's dinner and the customer service. Especially dropped $10 on old pizza. One slice none the less.

There's no longer a place in Lyons for pizza and wings. PAT'S service and prep and prices are the pits. No longer a customer.

I went with the $10 special which was two big slices, a cookie, and a soda. Pretty good deal! Their menu also features sandwiches and salads. The pizza was good, definitely generous portions. They had parm, red pepper, garlic powder, etc. available. The cookie was a standard chocolate chip (they also had peanut butter available) and was pretty decent. Service was very friendly and fast. Overall, a great spot for lunch if you're pressed for time and want a good lunch for a reasonable price.

After a while the boys were hungrier than I thought so I ordered another slice from the table, & would you believe they refused to bring it to the table until I paid! It was only me, grandpa, and the two boys, they saw I had my hands full, but still had the audacity to make me get up, leave the boys at the table, and pay for the slice before serving it! Meanwhile the slice was in the oven warming up, and was overcooked when they finally took it out after I paid! Really?! The manager said "it's policy" that it must be paid for before it's served. Okay, but you can't make an exception seeing the situation? Were you that worried Grandpa, with his 2 grandsons in tow, was going to skip out paying for a slice? Ridiculous, and the pizza wasn't very good either

She said she was busy with another drink order and would come back. Rude. By the time she returned my husband was ready for another while I say partched , sitting in the muggy eating area. Pizza shop in the front restaurant in the back. They had ceiling fans but they where mot on! My drink was sweating and warmed very fast in the humid air! While we waiting a bug flew in NY drink. My husband called them canal bugs! My husband ordered a steak. But that was not longer on the menu. They change the type of meat. Still at market value. Came with some over cooked blacken Brussels and fries. Apparently the truffle and balsamic was left out as well. Steak comes in truffle butter. Sprouts used to come with pancetta, and fries were to have truffle butter! All non exsitent. We asked for the glaze for the spouts. Her response was that it came with it. My husband pointed out it was non exsitent. She looks at the plate and takes it saying she will see if they will fix it! Really. Just bring it on the side. She came back as quickly as she left. She was what we call flighty! She did not give us a chance to order another drink or to ask questions. I ordered the empanadas. They where 2 large ones when I last went. Best around. Not anymore! 2 small over cooked shells with a side of sour cream that was it! I requested salsa that I thought was on the menu to come with it. Response was oh we do not have that. I asked for hot sauce she brings this big bottle of some brownish red watery stuff in tobacco bottle. It was not put not the same. Then I noticed it was our dated. Inside the shell was 95% potatoes. Whereres the beef!? When she came to clear the plates she never asked how anything was. Asked if my husband wanted a box for this meat. My husband told her the Brussels were over cooked. Chewy and burnt. She just went in to say how she tells them but they keep doing it. My thoughts. Ok but you brought it to the table! With out the glaze or truffle butter! Never offered to rectify the issue. So very said and mad. Should of went to Victor as that was the plan. If you look how good was from past reviews to what they serve now. You will see a bug difference. Be wary of the menu and the details. Last note. After we ordered or food I could of swarn she was reading a list of speacials to another table. Unless... No I heard someone rattling off specials. Guess it was on a need to know bases because we were not told of any speacials!

(the sandwich must have been a to go order because no one else was waiting in line). So you can't just lift your head for a second and acknowledge a customer. This wasn't the first time I received this type of service here, but it will be my last at this store. Today was the last day this store will ever get my business including even purchasing gas. Rather than pre-packaged sandwiches prepared somewhere, then shrink-wrapped and shipped in, here they make your sandwich right before your very eyes. One more interesting things about the deli - half sandwiches are on the menu. With my minimal appetite, that sounded like a good idea. Well, I couldn't finish a HALF sandwich! Yes, the portions are that large. I'm from Wisconsin. We take our dairy very seriously so of course, at a place with dairy in the name, I expected something pretty good. I found it, too. Kwik Trip, my favorite chocolate milk, your title of best chocolate milk is in jeopardy with the great chocolate milk from Pittsford Dairy. Pittsford Dairy, you better be aware of Byrne Dairy because their chocolate milk is also something remarkable. I'm not picking a winner here, but I will tell you that all three are better than anything I've found in a grocery store. (New Yorkers, Kwik Trip is a mid-west chain based in Wisconsin.) I like this store! Now, I probably won't get back to Newark anytime soon, but it appears Byrne Dairy is an up and coming chain that reminds me of Kwik Trip back home. There doesn't seem to be a store near my current location, but I will be watching for Byrne Dairy in my travels around Western New York.
