One of my favorite ROC pizza places!! Our favorite pizzas to order are the luigi and the leuzzi! We also always have to order one of their fabulous Greek salads. So fresh and full of toppings! We've also had their calamari which is delicious! I'll be the first to admit I'm quite a pizza snob. I have quite high standards and would consider a majority of pizzas rather mediocre. But let me tell you, Ferrari Pizza Bar makes a good pizza. I tried The Joey: Revved Up! and the Spicy Ferrari, and both were amazing. I recommend The Joey: Revved Up! between the two. Crust is crispy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The dough-sauce-cheese-topping ratios were on point, which isn't a given in today's pizza economy. Overall, pizzas were a solid 9/10 (if not 10/10). One of my favorite pizza spots that I will no longer be visiting. After being an almost weekly visitor and having several birthday parties at this location the service during our last visit was horrible. The waitress barely showed her face, had someone else deliver incorrect pizzas, with many burnt to a crisp. The final straw was charging and refusing to refund a cake cutting fee that no one told us about until the bill arrived. The kicker was that we brought our own cake and cut it ourselves. The only negative was that the table was WAY too small for this size group... once the food came, it was even MORE crowded. Atmosphere was cool. Loved the Ferrari. Waitress was good. Friendly and attentive. Food was INCREDIBLE. Our table ordered the nacho fries, pretzel sticks as appetizers. For meals, we ordered 2 kids pizzas (one cheese, one pepperoni) $8 each, my husband got a Bourbon BBQ burger $16 and I got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich for $16. My chicken sandwich was SO GOOD. Recommendation: We tried the Ferrari Pizza Bar this week and it was a wonderful experience ! We had the artichoke dip for an appetizer and a medium pizza. One half of the pizza, had pepperoni and black olives, and the other half had onion and pepperoni. The restaurant is quite big inside and the menu is extensive. You're not only limited to pizza. The Luigi pizza we had last night for the Sabres' game was the BEST pizza I've had since living in Rochester for 10 years. Attended a party here last weekend. It was in a private room that could accommodate about 30 people. Our room was comfortable for our group. The main restaurant/ bar area is very spacious. Decent selection of beers including several local craft beers. I know this is a pizza joint, but somehow, I didn't have any pizza. It 'looked' ok if you like a really thin crust. There was also an assortment of other foods on the buffet. I have mixed reviews on this food. The good: deep-fried ravioli, which I thought were tasty. Not sure of the seasoning, but it was good. Green salad, fresh and loaded with veggies Pretzel sticks. Nor much you can do to these. Good variety of dipping sauced The not as good: chicken fingers, these were very dry. Mac and cheese, too overcooked for my taste, cheese was ok. Overall, not bad but just not overly impressed. I do have family members who really like this place. Stopped by while the kiddo was at a bday dinner. We had a build your own pizza and their wood fired wings. The pizza was good, but was looking for a little more crisp from wood fired pizza. Maybe another 10 seconds in the oven. Wait, sorry I have no idea how much longer so I should leave it to the pros. Pizza was still delicious . The wings were great and unique. Right amount of char from the oven, caramelized onions and garlic parm sauce. I ordered a side of buffalo hot to add some spice. Very good and was happy to have leftovers for the day after. This was one of my favorite spots but after tonight I doubt I will return. Our service was horrible, one pie was charred black, one never even came to the table. After carrying in a birthday cake and having it sitting on the table for an hour (right next to where the server put our pizzas), I was told just before being given the bill that there is an outside desert fee of $15. We've never had this issue in the years of bringing birthday cakes in before. I spoke with the manager who told me it's store "policy" and wouldn't take off the fee. Mind you, this costs them nothing and they just made up an arbitrary fee, but for a years-long loyal customer spending $250, nothing can be done.... Pathetic. read more

Having spent many years in the restaurant business, I can only ask: where is ownership oversight at this establishment? Our young server was covered with facial piercings and wore a black dirty hoody that was so oversized on her that it kept her hands completely covered. I ordered the Ferrari Burger that was to be served with lettuce and tomato, so I requested a slice of onion in addition. This was one of the worst tasting burgers I have ever eaten. The quality of meat was far less than 80/20 as expected, over cooked and served with barely a leaf of wilted iceberg and three minuscule pieces of chopped onion. Definitely not worth the $17 cost. French fries were a low grade shoe string fry that paled in comparison to a MacDonalds fry. The coconut shrimp appetizer was clearly a frozen product (not house made) and over cooked. The spinach and artichoke pizza was so bland that I challenge any body to discern the flavors with their eyes closed. Located in the old Piano Building in East Rochester, it can be hard to see from the road because of how big the building is, but it is definitely not a place you want to miss. Really good pizza, decent atmosphere, and attentive staff l. What is more cool than sitting enjoying a slice next to a Ferrari. Ordered a pizza and wings online for PICKUP and received an email saying it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. Upon arrival the hostess struggled to identify my order. After about five minutes she went to the kitchen and returned saying it would be about seven more minutes. I then stood in the poorly organized entry way among eight other guests and waited for fifteen more minutes. serves walked by with no less than six other pizzas. They didn't say hello, they brushed passed guests as if they were bothered by us standing there. It appears they cannot support the online order taking they're trying to leverage and I would not recommend using it. All of this transpired after four unanswered phone calls to try to place an order over the phone for pickup. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Update: Taking away three stars for, well, a complete failure to bring my dinner. I came in with three friends for a much needed evening out at a restaurant that we have patronized many times. Their food came. Mine didn't... 10 min later and still waiting... after about 20 minutes the server informed me that they were comping my salad and that it should be ready soon. I told her not to bother. It's uncomfortable to start your dinner when everyone else is finished. Kind of a damper for everyone as they felt bad eating while I was waiting. Great Italian option in East Rochester. I was quite impressed with the open space and bright lights of Ferrari. The restaurant has a very casual and welcoming feel to it. It feels like an upscale sports bar, with numerous big screen TVs, but with elevated food (as I was about to find out soon). My gf and I shared a Spicy Ferrari pizza and the arugula salad. Both dishes were pretty good. The pizza was a bit on the oily side, but that's to be expected with the pepperoni and spicy sausage toppings. It had a good heat level and the dough was fairly light, but still held together with all the toppings. The arugula salad was refreshing. Its cranberries, walnuts, blue cheese and honey balsamic vinaigrette balanced out the oiliness of the pizza well. The portion to price ratio is pretty good here and you definitely won't go home hungry. Overall a good casual Italian restaurant in East Rochester with quality food at a reasonable prices. Not quite the level of finesse as "fancier" Italian restaurants say Rocco or Fiorella, but still very good in its own right. read more

One customer got his drinks and then 3 more people came up to him and bartender waited on them. Not happy at all with bar service. We asked for our pizza to be well done and it was anything but. Gooey and not browned at all. Our calamari was the worst ever, mostly breading and garlic. Who puts garlic on fried calamari? Needless to say we will not be back. The location I visited was in East Rochester seemed to be the favorite weekend meet up place for local families who like pizza pie! There's something for everyone here. A real Ferrari in the restaurant, draft beer and chicken wings. The pizza was very very tasty. I got the Spicy Ferrari Pizza and I definitely wasn't disappointed. #1 rule if the restaurant name is on a item, order that item. I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the wood-fire wigs I ordered. But they were flavorful, maybe I just prefer fried. I was very surprised to find space kitty on the draft beer menu. A pleasant surprise indeed. I would return to try different items on the menu if I found myself in East Rochester. The experience felt very 1950's. Also great for large groups and you can bring the kiddos! There are plenty of TVs for sports games as well! The pizza is hands down the best thing to order on the menu! Cooked perfectly! The pizza was thin crust and their pizza oven is amazing. Of course there is a Ferrari in the front of the restaurant. I never have any issues at Ferrari's m. We live around the corner, which is dangerous, because everything is good. I usually get the Ferrari Burger and it's perfect and oversized! The blistering Mac with Honey Tenders is even better. The waitstaff is very pleasant and stop by often enough so that I don't need to want for much.
