Wasn't in the mood for chicken tenders so I checked the menu and I could not look pass this buffalo chicken wrap. Some love their fries but I'm more of a onion rings guy and when I tell you that Pats has the best onion rings they have the best!!! They also come with this spicy dipping sauce on the side which is a great compliment to the fried flavor. It's reminds me of a chipotle mayo. I could it just the onion rings by themselves. Stopped in for a quick slice today. My boyfriend brought home a slice for me the other day from here and I liked it, so since we were in the area we thought we'd stop by. They have a ton of daily food specials which is great. It was only $5 for two slices and a bottled soda. Really good deal! The pizza is more like deep dish style, so it's a little thicker. It was good. Not great, but not bad. The inside is a basic pizzeria. Booths and tables- very casual. Will probably stop by for a slice if in the area again! read more

I used to work there they treated me horribly I was doing everything they told me to do two other girls worked there with me they were on their phones half of the time and they didn't get yelled at I was always getting yelled at even tho I did the phones the food and taking orders and doing the dishes I was stressed when I got home the managers were mean and I got told to leave after helping a costumer by giving them their food after I got done with the costumer I was told if I didn't wanna be there to leave because I didn't answer the phone when the manager wanted me too she could see I had the costumers food in my hands and still complained the food is crossed contaminated no one wears gloves and they dont wear masks either when I worked I had alot of mental breakdowns during and after my shift the one manager threatened to smack the hell outta me so I left I didn't wanna be in a toxic environment when working read more

Customer Service deserves 5 stars. Person that took my call was polite and took my order promptly. Deliver was at the house in about 20 minutes. That's outstanding. I ordered 10 chicken wings with hot sauce on the side. No problem with those, standard pizza place wings. Crispy, decent sauce, nothing special but not bad either. I also order a party pizza. The pizza was, well, not good in any way at all. Soggy pizza and crust, extremely large and doughy slices with little if any sauce. I would not order pizza from Pat's Pizzeria again. I ordered my food and it took over an hour an a half on a sunday. Didn't get want i ordered. I ordered a sandwich and specifically said no tomatoes since I'm allergic to them and it still came with tomatoes. I ordered the mega fries and any other time i ordered mega fries, it came with regular fries and this time it was waffle fries which i don't like. I called pat's to let them know that i didn't get what i wanted and wanted to speak to a manager and had me on hold for over 15mins. All they did was pass me over to another employee and not the manager . They argued with me and all i wanted was to talk to the manager so i could get my money back. I told them that i didn't touch the food and they could come back and get it but they just got smart with me. Said the manager wasn't around after talking to 3 different employees. Do not order anything online from this place. It will get lost and you will never receive your food. I've ordered thru grub hub from this place twice and each time something happened where they either never got the order or they got the order and forgot to deliver it. I'm highly upset in the quality of customer service. read more

ordered delivery of some food and a cheesesteak wrap but received a cheese burger instead. called and informed them about the incorrect item. there was no apology but they would send the cheese steak wrap and it would arrive in 30 mins. they then tried to charge us the difference between the two items when it was their error. I said we would not pay the difference, they could have their uneaten cheeseburger back. they said they could not give us "free food". I did not ask for free food just the correct item ordered. the manager reiterated the no free food policy. I just wish i had asked if they were considering implementing a correct food policy. We have been through this before and still ordered once to twice weekly for the past 5 years. This was the last straw, we will not be patronizing their establishment again. Pat's is a good restaurant for pizza and sandwiches. There's a great variety of food from pizza, sandwiches and salads.

Not looking for atmosphere in a pizza shop. Their pizza is heads above Pat's in Pennsville, as well as Pizza Hut and other shops that are now skimping on cheese and sauce. Never disappointed at Pat's in Penns Grove. I live in PV and drive to PG to get my pizza. read more
