Absolutely Positively Horrible This location is abysmal. Orders are constantly wrong, condiments are constantly forgotten (i.e. salad dressings), and it often sounds like their own workers don't even want to be there when they answer the phone. The "owner" Cleo is as rude as can be -- even when it's their own facility that clearly gets the same order wrong TWICE in the same night. The level of arrogance that the employees in the place have is much higher than the level of their food's quality. While Cleo's business will unsurprisingly meet its demise in the near future with this attitude, I'm highly disappointed in the franchise as a whole... This location does not represent what a successful business should be. I'll certainly be spreading the word around town and continue to move forward with publicizing these issues as service like this should not be tolerated. Try Papa Luigi's or Ciconte's... both are much better in terms of food and service! read more

We came about an hour or so before closing so it was pretty empty when we got there but the restaurant was very clean and relaxing. The service was excellent and the server was always checking in to make sure if we needed any refills or if the food was good. We are from Maryland so it was a new experience and the food was great. I went on sunday so I'm not exactly sure who the server was but they were amazing and had a great sense of humor. If I'm ever around again then I will definitely stop by :) read more

I have been coming to this Pat now for 12 years and have had great food. However, there has become quite an issue with delivery. It has become where it depends who the manager is on if they feel like delivering to my house. Most of the time they say I am the last house and their delivery area. However, they denied delivery and did not care. They stated the driver last time said it was too far. I do not understand how they take the word of one delivery driver who was absolutely miserable when he came to our house and never said thank you and I still tipped him very well. As a kid, this spot was one of the few pizza places (let's be honest - one of the few restaurants, period) in Swedesboro. I remember when it first opened and I grew up on Pat's Pizza. However, I stopped ordering from here a while ago because a) there are a lot more pizza places around now b) I prefer thin crust pizza to the "bready" pizza Pat's serves c) they are on the expensive side and d) they messed up a couple orders in a row. However, the other night it was convenient for me to stop by this spot to pick up some wings on my way to a party. I asked the order taker if they served breaded or unbreaded wings and she replied that she did not know. I asked her is she could check and she said ok and asked someone else. She came back and said they were unbreaded. I said ok, I wanted 20 unbreaded wings with sauce on the side and blue cheese dressing. When I got there, my order was 20 breaded wings tossed in sauce with ranch dressing. Normally, one order does not result in a poor review, but this is a ongoing issue here. I didn't have time to wait for a reorder so I just went with what they gave me. The wings were very small and had that burnt taste that you get when the grease is old. There are a lot of options for pizza places in Swedesboro - choose one other than Pat's. On one bright side, Pat's is open later than most other places, so if you have a late night craving, they will be there for you. read more

Pats pizza is good for thick pizza when you're craving it. I love their $1 slices during events, and it's a classic pizza joint. However, prices are a little high. Got a party pizza for $30 and felt like I was over charged. Didn't seem like much pizza compared to ordering a couple larger other places for cheaper. The food is OK...you are not going to get anything that you will be amazed about. Pizza is sub-par (Go to a local shop instead for better pizza) and the dinners are about the only thing worth it. They give you plenty of food for the price in regards to dinners. A Chicken Parmigiana dinner comes with a salad and garlic bread and enough chicken for 2 days! Use quality ingredients. Tomatoes that taste like tomatoes - and cheese - real cheese. And how about spices? Research spices that belong in pizza and use them. Fresh dough. This place is a joke. I have ordered Waffle fries from this frozen pizza place before because my kids like them. I called today and a young lady answered the phone. I places my order by saying I wanted (2) orders of (Waffle Fries). She responded back sorry you have to order a meal in order to get the Waffle fries. My husband and I met there after work for dinner. There was only one couple with a child in the restaurant and one person waiting for an order when we arrived. We looked at the menu and walked up to the counter where the girl working there had to finish typing her text before she took our order. My husband ordered a small pizza and some boneless wings. I ordered a tuna club with provolone cheese and no tomato...pretty simple right? They bring out the food - my husband received his pizza and wings and I received a turkey club! Ok so they both start with a "T" but I ordered TUNA! So I send the sandwich back - with no apology from the same girl who took my order - and wait for my tuna club....and wait....and wait. After 15 mins. and noticing the girl is now texting on her phone again and the guy in the back is also texting on his phone, my husband walks up and asks where the tuna club is. The girls says, "we're toasting the bread now." Another five minutes goes by....meanwhile my husband's food is now cold because he's trying to eat slow while we wait for my corrected sandwich. FINALLY, another sandwich arrives at the table. It's a tuna club...but there's tomato on it which I clearly said I didn't want. By this time, I have had it. I take the sandwich back up to the counter where I explain once again to the girl what I ordered. Her answer? Well the first sandwich didn't have tomato right? That was the TURKEY I didn't order - what a nitwit! I can't make this stuff up! My husband had his cold dinner and I didn't get to eat. Very average. Pizza is OK if you like your crust on the thicker doughy side. A lot of the menu is of the frozen/fried variety.

Their broccoli bites are just plain nasty. Very doughy and no flavor at all. Wing dings are good.
