We had originally purchased a used expedition in May 2020 and it was a maintenance nightmare from the moment we drove it off the lot. The sales side would only get a one star. The sales manager Mario always seemed inconvenienced when we would call about the problems we were having and always made it out to be a money issue. I told him we felt more like just another sale and not a customer that he valued and cared about. Had it not been for Jonathan in the service department it would have most likely been a huge legal ordeal. Jonathan did everything he could to try and fix the expedition. After a month of our vehicle being in the shop and several loaner cars, Jonathan helped us get into a new vehicle. We traded the expedition for a new dodge caravan and we are now very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team! Jonathan truly cares about the customer and their family!!

When all the other dealers wouldn't look at our car for another 3 days (or wouldn't look at our car at all) they said they could get us in the following morning at 7:30am (We called late in the afternoon). They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.

I let them know I was looking for a reliable truck to tow my horse trailer. After test driving the truck I requested the alignment and "Service Tire Monitoring System" warning light be fixed. They did. 2 days after getting the truck it is NOT DRIVABLE with power steering locking up on the road! Sent it to GMC and they explained that the otter tire rod was left loose, amongst other things, which is seriously dangerous and can cause a crash! JO Williams agreed to cover the cost and put me in a lender until my truck was fixed. The lender was old, unclean inside, shaky, service light on, and had a massive crack across the window shield. Only 8k miles after purchasing truck, the FIRST TIME towing my horse trailer on a trip (3 hours) and far below tow capacity it breaks down on the side of a busy highway in Houston requiring a $1300 tow home. Absolute nightmare carrying livestock. They found engine related issues requiring $1000 in repairs. 100 miles later I pull trailer to see if problem was fixed. Broke down again! Will be 7k for a new transmission this time! I did not purchase warranty but that does excuse the fact this is the vehicle/ experience I got when purchasing here. This has never been a reliable vehicle. Sorry I have to be transparent if it can help even one person not go through what I have.

My car lost oil pressure for just a second, then recovered. However, the check engine light came…read moreon. I took it into Auto Zone and they said the code was PO522. The print-out said I needed a new oil pressure sending unit and also recommended replacing the intake manifold gasket. It was not a cheap fix. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I researched it and discovered that Texas Auto Care had the best reviews by far. I called and spoke with James, the owner and mechanic. He gave me a quote of nearly $500. I dropped my car off and when he called to say the car was ready, he advised me there would be no charge as he felt there had been a glitch in the system when my oil was changed the day before. I would highly recommend Texas Auto Care. It would have been so easy for them to have done the job and I never would have known! I can't tell you how thankful I am that I found James and Jessica. Their honesty is overwhelming and so appreciated!

They changed my oil this morning, a little less than 90 miles later my oil light comes on. Immediately pull over and there's oil everywhere. Walk around the car there's oil on the back end and passenger side of the car. I called maci lube and he advised it could have been an issue with the o ring on the filter, then said to drive my car to him. I said I can't because there's clearly a significant oil leak. He told me to go to a local place and call him in the morning. So I pay 125 to be towed to a local place where they see there is no oil filter attached. I call maxi lube back and he said he tightened the filter with a wrench so there's no way. He said he's not paying for the tow and can refund my initial oil change for "condolences". Go see him in person after my car is fixed and admits it could have been him but he's only willing to refund the initial oil change. Zero out of ten stars. Do not recommend.
