I felt this was premature, especially without first diagnosing the problem. After some back-and-forth, I chose to take my car elsewhere. At American Tire Depot, they identified the issue right away, a loose bolt on the control arm, and fixed it on the spot, with no insurance claim needed. So I came here to repair my Tesla after being rear ended in the valet line at my kids' elementary school. Yeah, I know. Anyway this was basically the only Tesla approved body shop in the area. I didn't want to drive to North Hollywood for this so I chose Patterson's. I dealt mostly with Randy. He was cool. Very straightforward, honest. He wasn't trying to upsell me or charge me for repairs I didn't need. This turned out to be the most complicated and frustrating car repair I've dealt with but it was because of the other party's insurance, NOT because of the shop. Randy totally worked with me and guided me on standard protocol and was very patient when dealing with the adjusters. I highly recommend him. Thank you Greg Patterson. AutoNation Honda was not taking accountability for a missing part a coolant reservoir tank for an Acura TLX. I cannot trust them anymore because of their shady and unethical work during my visit on May 18,2026. I trusted them for so many years until now. A coolant reservoir tank doesn't just magically disappear. Sounded like one of their mechanics at AutoNation Honda took the part and forgot to put it back. Or they simply stole it. Then they tried to overcharge me $600 for a missing tank. It isn't even a repair. So, I had my insurance company refer me to this place and Greg said the tank isn't even worth $100. He ordered the part and installed it the next day and now I have new coolant reservoir tank. I only paid $50 compared to $600. Just straight bull$hit for AutoNation Honda to do this and charge me for something they are ultimately responsible for. I would trust Greg Patterson over those shady deceptive mechanics/service managers at AutoNation Honda. So corrupt and unethical for AutoNation to do that. But, luckily Greg saved the day and said it isn't even worth $100. And he only took 5-10 mins to install the new coolant reservoir tank that was missing. Thank you. 10/5 stars. My car was recently hit from the back, and my insurance company provided me with a list of it's local authorized collision centers After going through online customer reviews, I chose Patterson's Collision Center in Valencia, and my experience is totally in line with those reviews. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I personally asked for Gordon based on his responsiveness to the customer online comments which was encouraging. Gordon inspected my vehicle in detail, asked me all the relevant questions and explained the repair process in detail, no sales pitch or unrealistic expectations given. When I dropped off my car, Gordon again did the same routine, and I expressed that I did not want aftermarket parts. Patterson's Collision worked directly with my insurance company, and I did not have to chase them for any related information. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised that the body work looked new, and one could never tell that something even happened to my car. Top notch service and repairs when you have to get through a damaged car. No one likes accidents, especially if your new or nearly new car gets hit. After our Tesla Model Y got plowed into at a stop sign I researched local shops that were Tesla certified since I wanted to get my car fixed properly and by trained persons. I wish i can give ZERO STARS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT BRINGING YOUR TESLA HERE!!! First of all i explained everything to the owner "GREG" on what was wrong with the car. I'm assuming he didn't pay attention since he only fixed what he saw not what i explained. For example my blower motor is making an awful sound and never replaced it. As a matter a fact here's what he never fixed which SOME PARTS WERE ALREADY PAID FOR BY MY INSURANCE. 1) my passenger repeater camera 2) wheel cracked 3) blower motor 4) my PTC heater. Also still managed to break my front camera which he offered to take out of my deductible which i guess is ok, maybe they should be more careful though. GREG seems like he doesn't care about the customer he cares about making money. After battling with Greg for weeks on when the part will get here he kept saying "another week" every week. I decided to call it quits and take my car to a better body shop and my insurance kindly asked them to give me the money for the parts that were never fixed and they didn't want too. Greg mentioned that he'll try his best to give me the money back but i highly doubt he will since the parts he doesn't even have or have even shipped cant be "returned". Yall are so crooked !!!Save your self the time and energy and TAKE IT TO A REAL BODYSHOP PLEASE. Also they took my car to by far the worst possible shop to even do my wrap looks like they hired someone off the streets with no experience. Also there paint job is TERRIBLE. The process was smooth and quick from when I dropped my car from when I picked it back up. I have had issues if integrity with the sales service people of Tesla and do not trust them at all. Gordon actually helped me not spend more than I had to on the issues. I will be bringing my Tesla here for future repairs and will be using this auto body shop in the future from now on. RO Number: 33337. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! Our new 2023 Tesla Model Y was rear ended with less than 1000 miles on the odometer. This shop was recommended, but what a terrible disappointment. The paint job is terrible with so many overspray, we can see numerous cracks, bubbles, and imperfections in the sunlight. They installed both the "T" Tesla badge and the Dual Motor badge out of alignment. The car was returned super dirty with foot prints all over the interior and the trunk area. DO NOT bother bringing your car here. TSX had gotten into a rear end accident and instead of totaling the vehicle they decided to Mickey Mouse a fix. As a car enenthusiast this is just pathetic and embarrassment to their shop and work. Rear trunk doesn't open correctly and doesn't line up, trim is falling off, backup camera is loose and oriented the wrong way, bumper doesn't fit (they said wait a month and it will go back into place lol), orange peel to hell, pillar trim is loose. Upon picking up the car it died and they replaced the battery but now car just dies at random times and I've gotten stuck. Such a hassle and disappointment this experience has been. Was asked to come back in 30 days if things didn't "settle", but who's got the time for that.. I'll show you the horrible job they did. Pictures to come! read more

So much better than Tesla Service centers! We've had 3 very lengthy and unsatisfactory experiences at Tesla, so working with Gordon was such an awesome experience. We have a model Y. The fog light cover needed to be replaced, and a sensor was loose. Tesla wanted to replace the whole front end. That's almost 5k. We looked up local approved Tesla repair shops and found Pattersons. So glad we put our trust in them! Customer service was great. Gordon was honest and realistic with how long it might take since the part had to be ordered. When the part arrived, we made an appt to drop off the car. It was repaired and ready to be picked up the same day. (Which is unheard of with Tesla.) Due to the nature of the repair, we have been unable to wash the car out of fear of further damage (recommended to avoid by Tesla, might have just been scare tactics but it worked.) And Patterson's was so great- they washed and even vacuumed our car! It was so unexpected, we are so grateful and impressed by the amazing service we received. And all this for 10% of what Tesla wanted to charge us? 5 stars service for sure!!! read more

Very disappointed in Gordon and the "repairs" on my truck. When I dropped it off for my quote I was told they needed to strip and repaint the entire bumper. When I picked it up there was obvious scuff mark on my bumper and unfixed blemishes and pits throughout. I sent pictures expressing my concern with his teams quality of work, and his response was laughable, stating I didn't pay to fix the whole bumper adding I can expect to see more in the coming weeks as the paint dries. I will not be returning to this shop again and would not recommend anyone else goes here. The shop next door, Network Auto Body, has a ton of great reviews, try there. read more

Dear reviewers, please read before you made any decision to do any business with Pattersons collision center , especially the owner/ Gregg On August 7,2023, Chris, staff of (PCC) arranged to transport my Tesla from city of Alhambra to Patterson's Collision Center at city of Valencia. It costed total of $1211.72 Around 4:45 pm, After I got a notice from my car that my car already in this property and called, that's no one answer, and/or no room to leave a message. So I emailed to them stat and required a response, but nothing happened On August 8, 2023, right after the business hour operation, I called again and again , finally someone answered and said didn't receive my car! After about 20 minutes, Gregg came on and said the car is here but the towing company didn't leave the car key. And very rude said it's not his responsibility to find the car key. If I don't like his answer and take my car away Afterwards, no matter how to beg him since I had already paid $1211.72 to the towing company and begged him to continue checking the car. He was so malicious. Disruptive and unprofessional and hung off the phone On August 8,2023 around 1:30 pm, we had to base on his system to find even where my car parked The system indicated Gregg received my car and the car key when the towing company transported to him on August 7, 2023. it witnessed by the front desk staff and one of the appraisers I kindly asked him to compensate my loss of $1211.72 , but he just ignored This company is not just unprofessional, and dishonest but also malicious because they knew Tesla services are very limited I will give them no stars and asking you also be very careful to make movements read more

He cleaned it up for me while I waited for parts to come in so the side of my car didn't look as bad. My vehicle was subbed out to Pattersons by Parkway GMC for paint touch up around the trim of the headlights, between the lights and the fenders and top of the liftgate trim panel... instead I got my car back with all overspray around the whole entire car, that's including the windows, moldings, grill and everything else you name it. I got a dent and a scratch on the car. They hit the passenger mirror, broke the liftgate trim panel. Scratched the rim. Idk I can go on and on. Not including my car smells like sweat. They supposedly painted the fender the color doesn't even match the car. I can go on and on. It took me 2 weeks to get my car back and this is what I got. It just disgusts me that people have no respect for other people's valuables. read more

Gordon and all the team are beyond EXCEPTIONAL and really care about their customers! The team took care of me throughout the entire process while my car was in the shop due to a side-swipe accident. When it came to re-painting the exterior, they took extra time to ensure the paint matched every panel that they did not need to fix. Gordon was even able to conceal two door dings on my driver's side - at no charge when it was going to take a little bit longer to get my car back! Two months after getting my car back, I noticed a rear tail light out that I suspected might have been due to not plugging in electrical during my repairs (I had this experience at another auto body and just wanted to be sure before I went over to the dealership to get it fixed). I called Patterson in the morning, and they said to bring the car in to take a look. The issue WAS NOT the fault of Patterson, and it ended up just being a blown out light bulb, but Gordon replaced it completely free of charge. I was in and out of their office within 20 minutes! It's super rare to be treated so well in the auto repair industry - and I will absolutely go back to them for any of my auto body needs going forward. My Cadillac CTS got rear ended on 405 fwy Dec 2016. Patterson was recommended by Parkway Cadillac. Excellent body repair work done, perfect color match on left side and rear painting. I asked Greg to upgrade my rear bumper to accodate dual exhaust. I was very surprised when I picked up my CTS to see a CTS V rear bumper on there. Greg also referred my to R&G brake n muffler to install cat back magnaflow exhaust uograde. My CTS is cooler than before and passengers think it's the V version. Unfortunately, I'm here reviewing a body shop because my beautiful and previously unmolested 2018 Nissan LEAF S got clobbered whilst parked on the street in Hollywood. Another car got nailed the next day in the same spot, and we're thinking it was one of the construction vehicles near a build site. Hardy Boys mysteries aside, there's some dang ol' rampaging truck and now I want a security camera....but I digress. It was shocking to see my still-new-to-me LEAF all banged up! I checked Yelp and Patterson near my home here had great reviews, so I sent the car their way. Gordon was super helpful with me the whole way; updating me via phone, available via text, patient, informative, and a generally reassuring voice considering the circumstances. I could tell the company is quite diligent about how they repair a vehicle. I was not going to rush them either. I know quality work takes time, but they still finished in about 3 weeks or so. Thankfully I had my backup vehicle (a motorcycle) and enjoyed riding in the mild summer weather. I say that because February in L.A. was basically Waterworld, and this cold and rainy weather is what prompted me to actually buy a car again in the first place. So, for all of my trouble, at least I could enjoy some mild weather commuting on a Daytona 675R while Patterson attended to my vehicle. Patterson made an unpleasant misfortune as pleasant as working with a body shop can be. They even listened to my request to have the wrap company re-wrap my hood inset but with better alignment, and I appreciate this attention to detail. The car was clean when I picked it up, another detail I appreciate immensely. What's funny is that the Uber driver who dropped me off mentioned coming back so his mom could get her car from this shop....and it was parked right next to mine! SMALL WORLD, I TELL YA! It certainly doesn't hurt that Patterson is in a nice area (easy to find, nice parking area) and near my motorcycle mechanic.
