Not only did Foxi know exactly what she wanted, but she made every bit of it edible and even made a 3rd dinosaur egg for them to take home to put into the freezer for their 1st anniversary.... which I "Mother of the bride" cradled and protected that thing like a baby on the very long flights back home and it made it home all in one piece and didn't even get crushed or even melt! In hippie Humboldt, a vegan cake isn't exactly an outlandish custom order. I called another local bakery, and their chocolate cake is always vegan (frosting options include vegan and non vegan choices).
