This is my very honest review of Clean Queen after five weeks of ordering. The plastic containers are not sustainable and add up so quickly. The chicken is on the tough-chewy side. Buffalo meatballs are incredible! Janell gets back to you quickly. Specifically, I have two complaints. The Rainbow Spring Bowl comes with four small shrimp and the nutrition facts say 32 grams of protein. I weighed the shrimp as I am a calorie/macro counter; it was 1.8 oz. Plug it into myfitnesspal, you will find it is 5-9 grams of total protein. How the shrimp, a small amount of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and veg equates 32 grams of protein is incalculable. I will say it was delicious! The reason I will not continue ordering is the result of lack of good customer service when I received a wrong meal. One of the photos is the emails. There was no offer to make their wrong a right. In addition, my co-worker had a similar situation. The customer should not have to tell the company how right a mistake, it should be readily offered. The error was a minor one and could have easily been fixed. However, how she handled it was baffling. Customer service can make or break it for me. I believe if I asked for an additional breakfast the following week she would have agreed to give it to me. The customer should not have to explain to the company how to fix an error. I support local businesses with willingness to pay extra, but they need top-notch service, first and foremost. read more

Healthy, convenient & delicious "fast food." I have been coming here at LEAST once a week since I found about about this place. As a working/stay at home mom of two boy toddlers I dont always have the time/energy to make myself a healthy meal. Clean Queen is my go-to for fast, healthy food! The meals come already prepped & ready to go plus they use all clean ingredients so I know I'm not putting any chemicals/processed junk in my body. I just found out you can buy a 10 pack of meals for a discount and not have to pick up all the meals all at once if I choose not to, which has been amazing. You get a punch card, and can come in at any time to grab a fresh meal when you're on the go. They also give an additional 15% discount if you are a health sport member! They rotate their menus weekly, and also have a "lean" menu for those really watching their weight. Their salads are amaaaazing! I have also tried the 3 day juice cleanse, smoothies, and they have fresh squeezed juices ready to grab when you're in a hurry. We are so lucky to have this open here in Fortuna! A place for smoothies and healthy food was so desperately needed. Meals are very affordable at usually about $9 a meal for soup, salad, or whatever special they are running (like them on Facebook for weekly updates) and always fantastic. You can get a meal prep punch card where you pre-pay for multiple meals ahead of time and that cuts down on costs as well. One thing I have found is sometimes the one salad dressing does not cut it so ask for two or bring home and add some of your own to not have a dry salad. Otherwise 10/10, love this place! read more
