The fried parmesan on the tops of the bread sealed the deal. My wife asked for a custom burger. Mind you, the kitchen was closing but chef pulled off a beautiful dish. I don't normally photo food but wish I did. My wife goes bun-less and they served the dish on a bed of spinach (which she requested and they had to dig for it). The chicken sandwich looked like something you'd get in a kids meals, i.e. extremely tiny. And the iced coffee looked extremely watery, and made me wish I hadn't ordered it at all. And had just waited for something else, which I would've gotten once we reached Eureka...but I know now for time time I take this trip...just make it to Eureka! Staff was fine which is a plus, but you don't go to McD's for the staff. And I wouldn't go back for for anything of the food either.
