One of the two sump pumps in my basement was acting up during a time when I was not able to take time off work to be home to arrange for repair. My sister-in-law contacted Paul on my behalf. So I did that and then got a call from another plumbing co saying he forwarded my info to them. I woke up this morning to water running out of the cupboard under my sink onto the floor. I opened the cupboards to find a leak. I called Paul and through our conversation and a few photos, we were able to figure out we needed a new faucet. He said he could come by tomorrow but ended up calling a couple hours later cause he happened to be in the neighborhood. Not only did he come by with a replacement faucet that works and looks great, but he also found a leaky shutoff valve that he was able to replace on the spot. Paul installed our water heater on Dec 9th . I called more than one plumber in the area. He sent a quote after asking the proper questions. Let me first tell you that another plumbing outfit did not seem to care that our heater was not "broke", but was on its way out. They would not install a unit on a Saturday - saying they save those for emergencies. The management commented that one of the employees has his good moods and bad moods. Didnt really need to hear this as an excuse why they missed the appt time to give a quote Paul the Plumber was prompt on Dec 9. His price was in the ballpark.
