I really liked the Allstate team's no pressure style. I was thankful for their exemplary follow through during the whole process. I started a insurance policy with another company because they had a better rate at the time. The rep I spoke to, Jonathan, was very understanding of my situation and promised to call me in 6 months when I would be out of my current contract and my rates would go down. As promised he did reach me and Allstate did have a much better deal. He took all of the steps of giving me the forms I needed to transfer into Allstate and was nothing but fair and transparent through the whole process. Paul's agency isn't one of those fly by night deals. They have more than one location, many long term staff and have been around for a very long time because they put customer service first. I use these platforms sparsely, but I have had a terrible experience with this agency. Literally top 5 in the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This is not a one off experience either. We are talking every single time I have contacted them. Mind I have not interacted or spoken with Paul, but Johanna and Judy are terrible with communication, don't follow through with requests, and don't go to bat for their clients when they need help. I will be shopping for a new insurance provider and hope this agency shapes up. Their clients deserve better. read more

Let me just say if I could give NEGATIVE stars....I would. This agency as well as All State are horrible. They didn't help my wife with filling a claim (She got rear-ended twice in one week). The first time All State told her to do everything herself? After the 2nd accident we got a lawyer. Also the All State adjuster sucks as does the auto body shop they recommended which I will also write about (Fit It Auto) on 22nd Ave in Seattle. Dropping All State and even our lawyer said they are one of the worst for customer service. DON'T deal with this crap.....get insured with someone else. read more

Meghan has been a welcome beacon in a sea of sharks! She made the process of insuring our whole family, including 2 teenagers, practically pleasant. And then it happened. My daughter was in an accident, her car totaled. Luckily, she was fine, not so much her car. I know that's why we have insurance in the first place, but just thinking about the process of finding the right repair shop, waiting to hear if the car was indeed going to be deemed a total loss, fighting for and waiting on the settlement which I was sure was going to be way too low, gave me a headache. Wow! Was I wrong! Enter Meghan. The process could not have been easier. She handled everything for us promptly and way exceeded our expectations. As you can see from many friends on Yelp (ha) it takes a lot for me to write a review. But word to the wise - I would never do business with this agency again. Their customer service is non-existent and they take your money and run! They sold us a jewelry rider policy without disclosing all the details (you can't correct what is not shared in a conversation or in the electronic docs.) and left us with a significant loss. They had no problem taking our money for all the years we paid on the rider, filing fictitious items that we didn't own, and even less problem taking any responsibility. Not one phone call to determine the issue, ascertain the concern, or try to get things right. They let Allstate corporate inform me that my $9,000 ring wasn't covered, although the four watches that I don't own are each covered at $2,000 a piece. We basically paid to be robbed! read more

All-state dropped the ball. I never write reviews but had to do something with this Branch. My wife and I have been with Paul and All-state for over 5 years, we had 3 cars and a house insured with them. A string of bad luck happened over a short period of time and we where looking at 3 claims, we rang All-state for advice and where advised to update our policies before moving ahead with any claim to not be affected by the claims. After asking to be updated and going ahead with 3 claims we find out that they did not change our policy. Long story short out premium when through the roof. We rang Paul and All-State and where told that they could do nothing for us. Advised us that they are happy to keep us with the high premium or if we did not like it to move on. We have moved on. Google All-State and where it ranks as an insurance company. Top company to have stock in, not so good if you are the sucker paying for it. Don't use them, look at another company!! read more

EVERY time I have needed assistance regarding my insurance, this business has taken care of it IMMEDIATELY. You can speak to a knowledgeable person on the phone (Preferable to me than punching in numbers at the behest of a computerized voice) or go into their office (It is easy to find and there is available parking: a plus for someone new in town.) The Paul Vogel Allstate insurance agency is nothing short of exceptional. First of all, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Not only are they friendly, but they also have all the answers to the questions I may have. One of the things I like most about this insurance office is that you get the personal attention you need. Previous to switching to Allstate, I was with another insurance company that I hated calling. Every time I called, I was calling an 800 number and felt like no one cared about helping me out, but rather just making money off me. Also, I thought that I was getting great rates on my renter's and auto policies, but found out after being quoted by this Allstate office that I was mistaken. When I switched over, I saved an abundance of money on my premiums, while also being able to up my liability limits. I have nothing but great things to say about the Paul Vogel agency.
