If you are in Athens this is a great place to pop in to for all day meals, unique crepes and excellent service! There are a lot of great places to walk around after your meal too. It's lovely and lively. Great vibes all around with excellent Bulldog spirit to boot.

I enjoyed lunch at Pauley's recently, and it was a cool experience. My friend and I sat at the bar for lunch. I chose the club sandwich, which came with chips. I was a little surprised because it came with a full chicken breast and a slice of country ham. I guess I was expecting deli sliced meats as I'm used to. It was good, but I'd probably get the chicken salad sandwich on a future visit. My friend had the cheesesteak sandwich and says it was excellent. Service was friendly and good, and it was nice to explore downtown Athens!

Pauley's is known by students as a Sorority hotspot. I once overheard a frat boy giving his parents a tour of downtown Athens and when he passed by Pauley's I overheard him say, "This is Pauley's... it's where the girls go." I went in there yesterday for lunch and it is, indeed, where the girls go. As someone who's not a girl, not in a Sorority, and not even in a Frat, I wasn't sure what I was doing there, but I can't deny that the food was great and the aesthetic was amazing. It was about $12 per savory crepe, which wasn't that bad given they include a ton of meat and ingredients, and our server Julia was super nice and attentive. I see why the Sorority girls eat this place up.

I always come to Pauley's after 10 for their drinks. Tends to get packed on certain days which is normal, so seating can be hard to find. But it's such a vibe there. Perfect for mixing and mingling. I've tried a bit of their drink menu--the frosted lemonade, manmosa, and kill eddy's are my fave!

What a really cute crepe shop! I was in Athens for a event and I ran across this restaurant while in the area. As far as I'm concerned, you can never go wrong with a crepe and the berry compote with whipped cream crepe I had here was just what I needed. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great service! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Athens again.

I loved my crepe and loved the wine that the server recommended to pair with it! Cute place and thought the crepe was very tasty!

I've lived in Athens for four years and only now had the opportunity to stop by Pauley's Crepe Bar. Needless to say, I was impressed. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and environment of Pauley's, and the service was great (despite being packed). We all enjoyed our seprate entrée crepes, and our strawberry nutella dessert crepe was delicious as well. It took four years, but I fully understand now why Pauley's is so often raved about.

Stopped in for a quick sweet tooth fix. My son and I shared the strawberry Nutella crepe. It was everything we wanted it to be! The crepe was slightly thicker than other crepes we've had, but it was a nice filling bite. Absolutely we will be back to try more of the menu!

First time going to Pauley's and will be back! The atmosphere was super casual and I loved all the frames on the wall, totally a good time passer reading all of the funny captions. I ordered the veggie meatball crepe and it was pretty good and filling. The caprese crepe honestly just tasted like a quesadilla and was more of a snack than an entree. Not a huge fan of the savory crepes at all. However, the apple pie crepe was delicious and I would definitely go back just for the dessert crepes. The crepe itself on both savory and dessert crepes were perfectly made and paper thin. I also tried the honeysuckle raspberry lemonade martini which was decorated perfectly and tasted just like the name! The servers were also not the friendliest bunch, but could've just been an off day. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good drink or yummy dessert.

Honestly the aesthetic of the food was what enticed me to try. Very pricey for crepes but the taste was decent just wouldn't pay $13 for a crepe. The chicken salad melt was very good though and no complaints about the price to quality about it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean environment with amazing atmosphere.

Quiet spot for a quality crepe…read more Came on Friday ~7 PM and was surprised by how calm and quiet the atmosphere was. Cozy with dim lighting, mildly welcoming vibe. Ordered the walnut crepe ($12). Portion-wise it's on the smaller side, but the quality made up for it. Crepe itself was soft with slightly crisped edges giving a nice contrast in texture. The cream was the star -- thick with a perfectly salty-sweet balance that kept every bite interesting instead of one-note. The walnuts added a satisfying crunch that broke up the richness and gave the whole crepe more dimension. Ordering is done at a screen, and I noticed only a handful of crepes have photos. My guess is those are the ones they're promoting, but it would be nice if more options had pictures so you know what to expect. The walnut crepe I ordered did have a picture. After you finish, there's a bin by the door where you drop off your dish. Overall, this is a place that focuses on quality over quantity. The walnut crepe felt crafted with intention, and while you won't walk away stuffed, you will leave satisfied. For me, it's a solid 4 stars -- I'd come back if I was really craving a crepe, though it's not the kind of place I'd call my go-to.

I got the Nutella chocolate crepe and it had all the things and came out quickly. I'd never had a crepe with ice cream in it and I highly recommend! Vanilla ice cream, with nutella, oreo crumble, chocolate chips and whipped cream! What's not to like? The crepe shell was very thin, so could have been a bit thicker. Otherwise, this place has plenty of places to sit, different sized tables and booths and a great place to do some studying as well.

I decided to try the salmon eggs benedict, and it was nothing short of outstanding--a beautiful fusion of flavors with perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and fresh, high-quality salmon. I also ordered mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice, which added a refreshing and vibrant touch to the entire experience. What impressed me most was the attention to detail, from the presentation of the food to the overall quality of the ingredients. You can really tell they care about what they serve. It's a good spot for date night, or a special occasion, or just when you want a properly- and artfully-prepared crepe and coffee. Their new location in Dacula is a bit further from home for me, but it is worth the drive - and longer. They have an expanded menu featuring a variety of French classics. They still do offer galette and crepe menu items. This new location also features bar service, and their menu has a short list of specialty cocktails and TGG versions of standard mixes. Amuse Bouche: a fresh watermelon gazpacho (served in a shooter) with a tiny crispy wafer topped with Gruyère and apple preserve. Wild! I ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon. One of our party ordered the Sea Bass and another went light and ordered a selection of appetizers. They reported excellent preparation and flavors. Mine was extremely well prepared, rich and full flavored. The dishes were presented like works of art. It was the luck of the day that beams of setting sunlight shone through the curtains and illuminated our meals just as they were placed on the table. The spiraled lemon on the crab cake caught sun like a stained glass window. The beef arrangement on my side looked like a tiny forest, with tender boulders of mushrooms and meat, fallen trees of carrots, a little shrub of Swiss chard, and a sapling sprig of fresh rosemary. But for real - artistic musings aside, this was some damn good food. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course, and of course, I had to get a crepe for dessert. Tout de Chocolat was such a perfect finish, with freshly toasted almonds and warm buttery caramel to offset wave after wave of chocolate flavors. I always love the atmosphere they create.
