When something very sentimental and very useful breaks it can be hard to let it go. That's why I was so very happy to have been told about Paul's Shoe Repair in Great Falls. After trying at other shops, Paul's was the first one who said they could fix my purse. Not only did he fix it, but, he repaired it in a way that did not require taking it apart and was extremely reasonable in price. I could not be happier! I truly appreciate that they found an extremely practical solution and then carried through. This will be my go to spot for any leather, purse or luggage repair from now on.

Professional, quick and efficient - the zipper of my Eagle Creek luggage needed to be replaced. I contacted Eagle Creek and they offered two options: (1) send the luggage back to Eagle Creek; or (2) drop off the luggage at a local shop. I opted for choice #2 and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and how quickly it was repaired. I dropped off my luggage and expected the turnaround to be about two to three weeks, however I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call five days later to pick up my luggage! In addition to repairing luggage, high end ones are also sold. The only downside is the driving distance to the establishment - it may be a bit long from where I live, but it's well worth it for the professional service.

Strap was fixed so you can't tell it was ever broken.

I walked in with a broken strap on my luggage and walked out with it fixed. I recommend this business for repairs and quality luggage. He caries only the best brands in luggage. I will be back!!

I'm updating my review because they earned it today. For some time I haven't enjoyed going to this…read morelocation, but do it because it's convenient. Their sales staff can be pushy, and one person in particular is their biggest offender. Not only pushy but illogically suggesting products that are outside the scope of your search. If I say that I'm looking for a backpack, why are you showing me bags with wheels? I will refer to this person as the nuisance. This update is about my visit today. Went in because one of my suitcase's wheels was not rolling smoothly. Unfortunately the nuisance caught me on the way in. Told me that I'd have to send it in. She said it was a serious fix and they didn't have the parts. I told her I just needed to take the wheel off and clean it at a minimum. That would probably fix the problem. The nuisance tells me that is not an option and that the bag would have to be mailed away at my expense since it's too complex. I stand my ground and insist that they at least help me remove the wheel. Another sales associate comes to my rescue. Tiffany goes into the back and returns with a spare. Magic. She proceeds to remove the entire wheel module to do a swap out with the new one she magically found. While Tiffany is putting the new wheel module onto the bag, I look at the old one. There is a single screw holding the wheel in place. I take a screwdriver sitting on the counter and remove the screw. The wheel pops out and it's entangled in hair and dirt. I clean it off and put the wheel and screw back in place. Took me about 2 minutes. I'm shocked by how lazy the nuisance is, or maybe I'm just that good. Tiffany then changed the other side to match, so I now have new wheels and their housings. Whole thing took about 20 minutes, and is a part of their job. If you drop by here for a simple repair, stick to your guns and pray that Tiffany finds you and not the nuisance. The nuisance is just after the quick sale, whereas Tiffany is a go-getter and embraces the customer service aspect of her job. That's how you keep customers. Well done Tiffany!

Then they abruptly hung up before I could ask a few more questions & I had to call back to ask. I then decided that I'd give them a shot & order from them. No response for days after the order was placed. My advice is to order from Amazon & then take it to an airport store to get monogrammed. Amazon is a licensed dealer & MUCH faster. They don't treat you badly either

[4.18.16] UPDATE!!! THREE STARS FOR EFFORT!…read more After emailing the business and writing this review, I was contacted by the owner/manager. She apologized, gave me a reason why the repair didn't work and offered to repair the shoes again at no charge. I declined the offer because the shoes got ruined and I'm not going to wear them anymore. Then she called me and offered the free repair, and to reimbursed me the $20. I declined again. But my super amazing boyfriend overheard the conversation and decided to surprise me. He took the shoes back to be glue and get the money back!! :) Unfortunately, she couldn't fix the shoes because of the material. Which is something they could've told me at first, and we could've avoided all this mess. However, I appreciated she took the time to contacted me and to fix the issue. So Three stars for effort! [4.1.16] MINUS FREAKING FIVE STARTS!!!! I brought in my shoes to get the soles glue. I picked them up last Friday (3.25.16) I wore them for the first time, today. And three hours later the soles coming unglued!!!! I haven't even walk more than 20 feet!!!! I also had to clean them up before wearing them, because there was glue all over the top. They charged $20 for "GLUING THE SOLES" and I paid gladly. But The quality of work, or better the lack of, isn't worth $20. This place SUCKS. Their work SUCKS. The people working there SUCK too. And they robbed me, simple as that.

AVOID. I'm a long-time customer here, and speak from experience…read more I have purchased luggage and travel accessories here over the last three years. I've probably spent over 3k (I'm a frequent traveler) in this store. The store was recently renamed Luggage and More, but same management. The prices here are higher than elsewhere, but I've shopped here because I liked having a storefront where I can return my warranty products if there is a problem. I recently bought a Kobold bag here, and within a few months, the strap broke. Under warranty, I contacted Kobold directly to arrange for a repair or replacement. It took the company over three weeks to respond to my email, so I went back to the store and was told to bring my bag to them to either replace or return to Kobold. To make a long story short, I brought the bag back to the store and was told they could not help me, they don't send bags back, and that they further wouldn't even give me the Kobold address to where I can send my Kobold bag citing "policies". Now I have to wait for Kobold to finally get around to responding to my email with a shipping address. The owner himself was being consulted by telephone as we were trying to straighten out the mess. I now sit here with a broken 100+ defective Kobold bag, and the sad knowledge that the many dollars I've spent at this store expecting I'd have good customer support in the event of a problem was a mistake.
