Didn't happen that way. He Ordered with the store manager and it still got screwed up. The two of them-- one younger blonde and one slightly older brunette--were astonishingly rude even though we made it clear we were there for the game, which started at 9 and we were there at 7 (again, thought it would be busy) so that's a lot of food and drink. Horrific customer service. And the kicker? The room never filled up. Plenty of space where they could have seated us. So: don't make a reservation if you want a prime viewing spot, even if the place is empty. We would have left but nowhere else in town was going to be open for the whole match since it started at 9 pm. Perhaps they know this and feel they can get away with treating customers like crap because they're literally the only game in town. I won't even get into the food, it's really bad.
