It was busy inside so not sure if they locked up early to tend to remaining patrons or if they were having a private event. We came back the next day & gave it another go. We loved the setting and the location. They also have Foxy Sushi inside, (potentially) a nice change from pizza but we didn't try it. We ordered 2 brews & paid cash. Both were good. There was one occupied table & we were at the bar top. The barkeep told us about the tours which seem well worth coming in for & about the owners & brewers. Our beers were both good & we didn't try the spirits. Parking could be difficult but we timed it well!

Service was great. There is a big room that can be rented, it's a beautiful space, somehow spacious while still feeling cozy. The only thing I don't like about this place is that there really isn't any food to eat except pretzels and chips. Though you can order pizza from Zio's and they will bring it over. They said they are going to be adding a sushi menu, which seems kind of odd. But I don't like going out to drink unless I can get something to eat with it as well - and most of the local breweries fall short here. So I definitely will check out the sushi once it is available.

So if you show up, you could wait 2 hours while the same handful of people perform 3-5 times in different combos. Which gets really old. I saw people leave bc of this and that is less bar sales. Anyway, get there early or prepare to wait more than a while. But it's great if you have the time and love karaoke Drinks are well priced and well poured. Not too stiff, but it not trying to short pour. Plastic cups only which ...... :( Clean bathrooms And the kitchen being open late is a huge plus!! We 1am fries which were nice and crisp, and fresh from the fryer. So go, but plan to wait a LONG time, and enjoy a good show while you do.

I learned the best times would be around 9PM on a weekday for karaoke night. The location was clean and spacious inside. Now parking downtown Omaha is really hard so you are lucky to find a good spot close the location you would be attending. Drinks at this place were not my favorite. Not sure if they had food at the time I went wasn't offered a menu or anything. The bartender was friendly. Also In the back of moe &curly there is a speak easy that opens at 8pm.

They were meaty and tender with just the right amount of sauce. I added a side salad which came with generous portions of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and croutons. I ordered a draw beer - it was cold and poured perfectly. Kayden was my server and did an excellent job. She acknowledged me immediately, my drink came right out and my order was exactly correct, served piping hot within 10 minutes. She checked on me 4 times - never pushy but very pleasant and courteous. The pricing was very reasonable and the atmosphere quiet and very clean. I recommend visiting Addy's on 10th Street in The Old Market in Omaha NE for great food, great service (thank you Kayden!) and a fun, relaxing sports bar atmosphere with outside seating available. We were doing a pub crawl and had a drink at each of the Capitol District bars. I think Annie's would rank probably in the middle somewhere of the places we tried. The ambiance is like a "hole in the wall" style pub with concrete floors and booths like you'd find in Dublin. There's an area at the back with leather chairs, dart boards, and a few board games. I'm not sure if it gets pretty busy at times, but we were the only group of people there when we went, and it seemed rather large and empty. The bartender was a little snippety, but I wasn't sure if this was part of the "schtick" or not, because she wasn't mean or rude, just a little short and hurrying us up to order (humming the Jeopardy theme song when someone was looking at the menu to decide). I took it as funny, so not mad about it or anything. I liked the vibe of the place feeling like you're in Ireland almost, but the cost is a bit expensive for the tiny beer sizes you get. Also you would think for trying to be an Irish pub type theme, they'd serve drinks in real pint glasses, but I got a tiny 12oz or so plastic cup of beer for $5. There are some good things about Annie's, but I think I prefer a few other places in The Capitol District, like Let it Fly or Roxxy.
