Their entire kitchen is scratch and it shows - especially in their sauces! The roasted tomato chutney on the burger was one of our favorite touches, along with the fried gouda - INSANE. The brunch burger featured my favorite items and was fantastic and juicy. I got the cucumber salad on the side to balance out the hearty meal and I found it sweet and spicy and very refreshing. When you are here - don't you dare drink a basic beer! I tried the raspberry jalapeño and it was delicious and no, not burning spicy, just the flavor of jalepeno at the end. My parter tried their summer cider, and it was slightly dry, fruity, and bubbly. For an Omaha Burger, this is one of my go-to's from here on out. This was one of the highlights of our road trip. Everyone loved their smash burgers. 3 of the 4 cheese curd types in the flight were delicious as well. Overall, I had an okay experience as I was visiting from out of town for the first time and needed some protein. I got the mushroom burger, but on sourdough, and a side of truffle fries. My concern is the terrifying speed with which my food arrived at my table after ordering, suggesting that my food was simply assembled from precooked ingredients on a warming table. This is not acceptable given the $16 price for a patty, two pieces of bread, a slice of cheese (which wasn't even melted) and some mushrooms. it also seemed that there were a little bits of onion in my mushrooms, which was strange because onions are not listed as an ingredient. Timeliness and appearance aside, the flavor and texture were good. Bathrooms were acceptably clean, and service was good as well. Had my burger been made upon ordering instead of seemingly assembled from a warmer like this was McDonald's, I would have had a much better overall perspective and experience. Starting off with my biggest complaint for any place is the added charge (3% here) for paying with a card instead of cash. It's a crappy thing to do so we probably won't be back just because of that which is unfortunate because we like the place for noon NFL games. This time the host tried to seat us at a small two-person table that was way too close to another group, so we asked to sit at the bar instead. It didn't seem super busy with tables open, maybe just short on servers, but the bar worked out. The bartender was friendly, attentive without overdoing it, and gave us great service. Not my absolute favorite in Omaha, but good. My friend got their wings, which were pretty good too. Nothing special about them, but good. They also boast multiple styles of cheese curds. Pick one or two for the table. I had the mac and cheese burger. It was good, but a big mess. Came here for Friday night dinner and was very underwhelmed, although they do seem quite busy so obviously it is still well liked by many. For me, the fries were soggy, Nashville hot chicken sandwich was dry and lacking flavor or kick, and the margarita was the worst I've ever had....and I've had my fair share. It tasted like lemonade with no alcohol. Even the cheese curds were much smaller and underwhelming than I remember. Used to love this place, sad to see the quality has gone so far down.
