I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before visiting. During my time at Phoenix 120, I was really disappointed by the environment created by several of the patrons. I overheard and was engaged in conversation including multiple instances of openly negative and derogatory comments about gay people, including the use of slurs. It wasn't subtle--it felt normalized and unchecked, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. And this has happened over three visits. I understand that a business can't control every individual conversation, but the overall tone of the space matters. As a customer, I didn't feel like this was a safe or inclusive place to spend time. If you're someone who values respectful, inclusive environments, it's worth being aware of this before deciding to go. I hope the management takes steps to address this kind of behavior and fosters a more welcoming space for everyone. I definitely won't be back. read more

This is my first time at this location when we went with our neighbors. Upon entering for a early dinner, the place wasn't packed, but the music was blaring like it was. Our server was very friendly and attentive and took our drink orders quickly. I went with a Chef salad I believe that I forgot to take a picture of, but it was very good. It was loaded with meat, cheese, veggies, and it was delicious. My husband opted for the smoked, marinated chicken thighs that looked really good as well. I personally think they could've used a little bit more flavoring, but overall, it was a large portion for the price. I definitely want to come back and try the burgers because I saw a few people ordering those and they looked delicious. read more

Every staff member was kind, the food was good, and it had a home town feel in the sense that everyone seemed to know everyone (except us since it was our first time ) Drink specials here are awesome as well. We stopped in because we had heard from friends that both locations were well-run, and we will be back! Most important: while it was clear there were regulars present, we were greeted warmly and treated as if we were special guests. We even got to see photos of our server's son! Frequent check-ins to see how we were doing, and during a football game at that, were truly impressive. My pork tenderloin was made on-site and delicious. The tots were fried to perfection. Spouse enjoyed his hamburger and a draw of a local beer. This is the Papillion location, I have no reason to doubt that the West O location would be anything different read more

Really good food and fast service while on lunch. Come here often with coworkers. Anything you get here will be amazing!! Be prepared to wait a little if you come around the lunch rush, but they are speedy even with a lunch rush. It's a typical dive bar vibe, but super clean. read more

WORST customer service at 645pm May 10 Ordered food from yelp to be delivered- notification received that it was delivered No food was delivered so I called the restaurant and spoke to the shift manager. She stated they use a third party for delivery and I needed to contact them. I explained I ordered via Yelp - and she proceeded to tell me "like I said HON we use a third party." I explained again that I ordered via Yelp. I did not order via a third-party. And that their choice to use a third-party delivery should not impact me and the fact that I don't have my food ($50+) She said I have no control over who the owners use. Through Yelp and I found that it was GrubHub, who was PHENOMENAL with their customer service and were able to refund my entire purchase within minutes. Needless to say, I won't be back read more

This place is always steady with regulars! The food is much better than your traditional bar food and the staff is friendly and ready to make suggestions to help you! The food is typical bar food. Typical neighborhood bar. Unfortunately we won't be back because of the poor service several times in a row. The bartender didn't know how to make a Bloody Mary and complained to us about having to mix drinks. He threw the menu at the counter and swore. On top of this stellar behavior we were overcharged and he argued with us about the bill. Not great. We now frequent the place catty corner and pleased. Price isn't horrible but food is really good. Service isn't bad but could be a little faster

New to the State and neighborhood. We have driven by this location many times and finally decided to give it a try. We stopped in on a Sunday around 1:30 pm. The place was pretty empty which made us feel guarded. We decided to keep it simple. A couple of cold beers, a hamburger and a hot dog. We had a great meal. My burger came with a vinegary slaw that I enjoyed. My wife had a fully loaded stadium hot dog that was also great. Our waitress had a great attitude and really took care of us. Phoenix 360 was stop number 4 on the Linda-Wendy-Joel-Bill burger tour. The burgers consumed were: Phoenix burger with cheddar - good all American burger. Blue burger - good Guacamole burger - dry and no taste. Since I'm not a burger guy I had the: Pepperoni Pizza - it was just ok. First time here and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken philly and it was the best I ever had. Nice mix of ingredients but the cream cheese put it over the top. The Cole slaw was heavily seasoned and initially took my breath away. It grows on you. It is house made vinaigrette, making it a healthier option versus the mayonnaise based Cole slaw. My husband had the fish and chips and thought it was just okay. Service was good and prompt. This Place is another hidden gem in Sarpy county. We will definitely be back. read more

Won't be back. Chicken fried steak was chicken fried hamburger. Yukon potatoes were yuck. Overcooked the fish and have cocktail instead of tartar sauce. Kids meal hot dog smelled more like a sausage of some sort. Probably the worst meal I've had in PAPILLION. Avoid at all costs. Yuck. read more

This is the BEST sports bar and grill with a small town feel and the BEST waitresses! The menu is HUGE from wings, to pasta and BBQ. It's great for a big group after a game or even if it's just the 2 of you. It's also right by Warner Park so you can pregame at Phoenix 370 before going to the game. Website says they are serving breakfast now, I called to place order for breakfast and they were no longer serving breakfast. Website does not state the time frame they offer breakfast. They were only open for 50 mins when I called to order. Disappointed for sure. But will be back, Chicken Philly is pretty good. read more

I threw in an extra star for the friendly service/staff and outdoor patio. The food however is more like a 2 star to me. We went a couple of times so we tried a few things. My first visit I ordered the French Dip Sandwich. The roast beef on this sandwich was sliced paper thin, and appeared to have been tossed on a grill to heat up, making the ends of the beef curl up and slightly burn, and turn the beef itself an odd white-ish color. Was bummed on that...really wanted to like it! I didn't eat more than a couple of bites and they were nice enough to comp it. The side salad I ordered was nothing fancy, but I did enjoy it. The second visit we started with the queso dip/chips, and split a taco basket. The queso needed an extra minute in the microwave. It didn't come out smooth and melty, but globby and thick, and the chips that came with it were stale. The tacos were just okay. Both visits I ordered the smoked chicken thighs, which really is what made me want to go there, and both visits they were out of them. Was told they haven't had them in stock in awhile, so it didn't sound like it was a big deal to them. It's a bummer to see something on a menu, then be told when you get there they don't have them. I'd probably stop again to have a cold one on their patio, but will likely eat elsewhere...unless they get the chicken thighs back. Would love to try them! read more

What a great place! I assumed that it was some small, dive-ish bar. Wrong. Seat yourself. Wait staff was amazing and knowledgeable of the menu. The menu has a little of everything. Shuffleboard, pool table, and a few arcade games. Great for groups. I am definitely going back to sit on that patio. read more

This is a great neighborhood bar and grill that clearly has a large following of regulars in there. We have tried all of their daily specials and enjoy them all, and they have a nice selection of other burgers, sandwiches, salads. The staff seems to really make a point of getting to know the customers who have been in several times. A good basic bar with Busch Light seemingly the favored drink in the bar area. Nice surroundings inside and a good sized deck outside for the warm weather. read more

Checked out Phoenix after a Storm Chasers game, and thought the place was average. The facility is pretty big, and there are plenty of TVs and games. (Golden Tee, darts, shuffle board etc.) The waitress was very good, and very friendly. My grilled chicken sandwich was okay, but nothing special. Location is excellent if you are hitting a baseball game, but wouldn't make a special trip to come back. read more

I went on a Friday for the lunch special, chicken fried steak. Large portion and it was very good.
