The vehicle was misrepresented in several ways, including the mileage, age, and overall condition. I was specifically told the spark plugs had already been replaced, but when the vehicle started having problems and I checked them, the plugs were covered in oil. That alone made it clear to me that I was not told the truth about the condition or maintenance of the car. Shortly after purchase, I also discovered the valve cover gasket was leaking, and I had to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils almost immediately. Even after spending additional money on repairs, the vehicle still is not running correctly. To make matters worse, when it came time to receive my registration sticker, they wanted to charge me $10 just to mail it, and they refused to meet me at their office so I could simply pick it up myself. I understand used cars can have issues, but honesty and transparency matter. I feel like I was misled from the beginning, and what seemed like a decent vehicle quickly turned into an expensive and frustrating situation. I highly recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

The manager also never followed back up with me regarding the brake concerns. Had I been given the inspection and full information upfront, I would've appreciated the opportunity to make that decision beforehand instead of after the purchase was already completed. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the conversation quickly shifted to asking whether I would be taking down my review. That approach feels disingenuous. Reviews are requested when the experience is positive, so it should not be an issue when a customer shares a negative experience that reflects what actually occurred. Additionally, being told that I "have my vehicle because of you" was both inappropriate and dismissive. I am the one who went through the credit process and will be responsible for making the payments. Statements like that come across as belittling rather than helpful. My interaction with Hany Sharaf has been one of the most unprofessional aspects of this entire situation. This experience has not reflected the level of respect or customer care that should be expected. I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center. I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed. I picked up my Toyota and was surprised to find out it was cheaper than he originally quoted me because he got the job done sooner than expected. I was also excited to find out that the shop replaced the clutch, timing belt, and oil all under the original $990 quote. He commented that he knew I was leaving town for the holidays and wanted me safe on the road. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I received from this shop.
