I got the Hailey Bieber one and she got the Sydney Sweeney. Both were around $20-$25 each, which is a lot, but they were genuinely good, thick, creamy, and just as pretty as they look online. They're basically a meal, not a drink, so come hungry. The one thing that surprised me was how few hot food options there are. If you're expecting a big prepared foods spread you might be let dow, it's much more grab-and-go and cold case. We did buy dates and nuts, which were really good quality. Expensive, but that's the whole store. Fun to walk around and browse even if you're not buying much. Worth doing once for the experience. Just know you're paying for the name as much as the smoothie.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Beverly Hills location was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I parked in the Whole Foods parking lot, went inside, did my shopping, and kept my receipt. After shopping, I sat outside in the Whole Foods/building seating area for about 10 minutes to enjoy the watermelon I had just purchased. I did not leave the property or go anywhere else. When I came back, the parking attendant started arguing with me and told me they had marked my car and could tow it. I explained that I was a Whole Foods customer, showed my receipt, and told him I was only outside for a few minutes enjoying food I purchased from the store. He still told me that next time I cannot park there after shopping and sit outside, and that I should move my car. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. If a customer buys food from Whole Foods and sits outside in the seating area for 10 minutes to eat it, they should not be threatened with towing. I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Because of this experience, I will no longer shop at this Whole Foods location. I will choose another store where customers are treated with respect and kindness. I will also share this experience with my friends and family so they know what happened. Very disappointing customer service and parking management.

A grocery store should never make you feel uneasy about food safety, and unfortunately that's exactly how this visit felt. What's frustrating is that if the smell wasn't there, I actually would have enjoyed shopping here. The layout, the offerings, the overall vibe should have worked for me. But a grocery store lives and dies by cleanliness and freshness, and this experience completely missed the mark. I eventually found out I was supposed to order Erewhon drinks from the tablet instead of wait in line and then later found out I was waiting in the wrong section to pick up my drink. I ordered the Blueberry SYRN smoothie from Sydney Sweeney through the tablet. After waiting about least half an hour, that was when I was told where to pick up my drink that I ordered on the tablet. The drink still looked pretty when I picked it up, but it didn't taste like anything special. The smoothie still tasted good though, so not much to complain about that, besides the high price tag of their drinks (it was $22). Now, enough about the smoothie section, the rest of this store looked very well organized with their products and it looked like they sell good quality items here. The store looked organized because I liked how they had all the labels facing out, unlike other stores with their drinks section. The meats and sushi section looked fresh, they have a colorful variety of fruits and veggies too. They also give some free food samples throughout the store, so that was nice. I'd recommend this place for the experience. It's cool how this is a grocery store where you can buy fresh food and drinks here. It's also a good place if you're looking for some colorful veggies.

Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero" I hate Vons/Pavilions, ALL OF THEM, for this annoying message your hear CONSTANTLY on their loudspeaker: "Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero". This is a message to the service desk (the butcher or the baker or the florist) that someone is on the phone. But why do they have to announce it? Why can't they transfer the call to the right department and the phone will ring there (they do have a phone otherwise that message will not make sense). If they are available, and they should be available, they answer and if they are not available for some reason (they are in the bathroom or they are serving a client) then the phone will ring until someone answer or the caller decide to hang up. But at least they won't annoy the entire store! Hey Vons! You are annoying all the customers in your store just because some jerk sitting at home in his underwear wants to ask a question, which I'm sure is a stupid question. Why do they have to drag all their customers to the fact that someone made a phone call to the store? It happened to me more than once that I left the store because of this. "Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero". Every 30 seconds? Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero"....Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero". And why don't they answer? What are they doing? Each time I look the employees are at the bakery, are at butcher. The flowers I don't know, but if there's little traffic there, then remove the phone. Sometimes I'm in the store and I will buy only the one or two items I wanted and get the hell out, instead of staying and saying to myself since I'm already here I might as well buy also this and that, but because of the annoying, irritating environment I don't! I just buy what I wanted and get the hell out. And sometimes as I said I leave the store without buying anything. I go to Ralph where they don't do this annoying thing. Vons/Pavilions is not the only store in the city. And Ralphs outnumber them ten to one. There are very few Vons/Pavilions. One in West Hollywood, One in Beverly Hills, One or two in Culver City (Sepulveda and Jefferson) and one in Santa Monica. That's it. For the West side. But in these areas there's plenty of Ralph. There's three on olympic alone. There are several on Wilshire there's one in Westwood, One or two in Culver City. Just google "Ralph Los Angeles" and compare with "Vons/Pavilions in Los Angeles" and see for yourself. So leaving a Vons/Pavilions to go to another supermarket is easy. I told a friend that I left the store without buying anything because of their annoying "Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero" and she said "Oh, I did that too!" "You did?" "Yeah this is super annoying. And it doesn't stop!" "I know it's going on and on." Another friend told me that he knows two people who feel the exact same way. And I see on the Web that many people are asking what the hell is that Attention service desk: Two, Zero, Zero". For the life of me I can't understand why Safeway/Vons/Pavilions will do such a thing; they try, as all business do, to satisfy their customers not chasing them away. This is ridiculous! Who is in charge? Perhaps they should ask themselves why so many Vons stores closed. I understand mergers and closing stores that are not profitable but ask yourself why is it not profitable? Why are people not coming to your store but goes to other stores? I am not aware of Ralphs stores closing or if they did, it just a few. Vons on the other hand closed left and right. There is no reason to go to a Vons/Pavilion. Therefore I am starting a boycott of all their stores. read more

I cant wait for this place to be closed and turned into a trader joes or bristol farms.. What a joke of a super market, it should be called a pavillions "inferior" market. In five years of shopping there i have never seen more than 2 checkers and the lines are down into the food aisles making shopping a nightmare. The carts are way to big for this shitty little store. The staff is rude and has a terrible attitude. Especially the manager, lead by example is what i say and its no wonder why the rest of the staff and customers are miserable. I will never step foot in this poor excuse for a pavillions... Some "suit " from corporate should read these yelps and go into the store as a secret shopper and then do something about it or maybe they just dont care... read more

quite likely the worst market i've been to in a long time. i came here at 9 on a weekday, and the shelves looked like they had not been stocked in days. the yogurt wasn't on sale, but they had three of one single flavor left on the shelf. a lot of the produce was clearly not fresh; i literally could not find one single apple that looked ripe because they were all green tinged. the one saving grace was that the juice that i usually get was on sale - but they had only a few left. oh, and the cashier was friendly. for a market in beverly hills, the vibe here felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. sad. read more

I HAVE NEVER SEEN such a disaster - The Pavilions in BH - has rapidly declined into a very horrible experience. Wait times of 15-30 minutes if you're lucky - employees who seem to agree that the place is going down the tubes. I found out that they have a new G.M. who is only hiring temps and frankly - as a BH resident i find this appalling - so I will go to WEHO or over to Ralphs on Pico. Called VONS Corporate to complain - i'm DONE with the PAV on Olympic. ARGH read more

This pavilions has some good products and usually good produce (delicious organic beets) but surprising gaps in inventory (No lentils, lackluster chip selection). Some items, especially beer, are strangely priced at slightly higher prices than other stores just a few miles away. I assume that is because of this store's location in an affluent neighborhood, but that doesn't make it less annoying. Staff is friendly. read more

Nice clean store. I came in for ice cream and left with Nancy's Fancy Gelato! I must say this product tastes so good. Honestly incredible. I grew up in Italy and didn't think gelato was a thing in the USA. I tried this and wow! I can't wait to try the other flavors. I'm so glad to have found my new favorite treat. read more

Worst supermarket ever! I walked in with my sister who is 32 and she couldn't buy a whine because i gave my club card and I am 18. Then i asked them if when i left and my sister was alone she could it without a club card and they said no sorry. That was the manager of the store, this place has some weird rules! read more

Vons-Pavilions are supermarkets operated by the same chain. Pavilions has more upscale items than Vons. Although it is the same operator, Vons is the lesser and Pavilions is the star supermarkets of the chain Vons-Pavilions. read more

When I went back into the store to let her know that I had fallen, I was shocked by her response. I had broken glass from my drink all over the ground, and there was a genuine safety concern. Customers or their pets could have easily walked through the area without realizing there was broken glass and could have been seriously injured. I even had pieces of glass on my own skin that I had to brush off. Instead of asking whether I was okay, whether I had been injured, or whether I had glass on me, Clarita immediately told me that I would have to purchase everything again. Given that I had just fallen, was physically shaken, and was dealing with broken glass, I found her response extremely insensitive and upsetting.

I ordered a chicken kobideh plate. It came with dried, old rice, an over-cooked tomato and a tomato-and-cucumber salad. The rice had been sitting out all day, overcooked and room temperature. The tomato looked like it was three days old, and tasted awful. The chicken was room temperature and after one bite, I threw out the dinner, which cost $16.45. The cashier told me that if the food were cold, there would be no tax, but since the plate was supposed to be a hot plate, he had to charge me tax, unfortunately. Manager Mike said today that the cashier did not tell me the truth. When i went back to Glatt Mart today, Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, Manager Mike said that he did not believe me, his customer, and he refused to give me a refund without the bad food being present. Mike explained to me, as if I was in elementary school, that I just was unfamiliar with Mediterranean food. If I had ever eaten Mediterranean food, I would know that the food presented to me was just fine. Mike offered me a $7.50 credit, which I declined, since his paltry offer simply symbolized, "I do not believe one word you are saying, Sir." Mike made certain by his rude behavior today that I will never return to Glatt Mart, nor will my friends and family. Good work, Manager Mike, and goodbye. Your managerial skills are appalling. Okay, I just read all the negative reviews…read more Have you folks never been to a small family owned grocery store? It's not going to be as fluidly ran as a corporate store filled with promotions like a 7-11 or CVS lol. Go shop there. Go wait in long lines there. Go support self check out lines at places that don't provide fair wages or insurance to their workers. This business has been here and operated the same way on Melrose Ave for over 30 years. But otherwise. This place will always have one parking spot, never a line, and always has what you need in last minute crunch. It's a corner store. Nothing big. No need to make a big deal out of things and ruin a family's business over. Just go shop somewhere else if you have a problem with the store. This is America after all.
