I swear it looks like they hired someone just to place every single fruit perfectly for a photoshoot Everything is so beautifully organized and fresh--it honestly makes you want to buy more! I absolutely love Pavilions because they have everything in one place--so many options, high-quality products, and the freshest fruits and vegetables. It's one of those stores where shopping actually feels enjoyable instead of a chore

Fortaleza Tequila Blanco
Albert R.

This morning, on our way to my nephew's birthday, we stopped by the local Pavilions to grab Starbucks and a candle for his cake. I had never been to a Pavilions before, but I'm glad we decided to stop -- what a great first impression. While waiting for my fiancé to grab the candle, I noticed their beautiful premium liquor display. The setup was stunning, so I walked over for a closer look. That's where I met Ana Holdings, who was closing the cabinet. I joked with her that they were missing the best tequila. She asked which one, and I told her: Fortaleza. She playfully replied, "No we don't," and I told her I didn't see it. We ended up having a short but great conversation about tequila and spirits -- something I'm very familiar with. I asked her again about Fortaleza, and she told me to wait for a moment. Sure enough, she came back holding a Fortaleza Blanco bottle -- the last one in the entire store. The smile that put on my face was real. Anyone who knows tequila understands how special these bottles are: the craftsmanship, the flavor, the process, the rarity. I remember when they were $25, and now they're hard to find anywhere because of the demand. Finding one feels like a treasure hunt, and today I got lucky. To make it even better, I got an amazing price on this bottle -- lower than anything I've seen online or in other stores. That alone would've made my day, but the service took it to another level. I'm turning 40 next month, and I can't wait to open this bottle with friends and family. But what made this moment even better was Ana herself. Her friendliness, her knowledge, and her willingness to go above and beyond turned a simple grocery stop into a memorable experience. She didn't just provide great customer service -- she delivered five‑star service. She also took the time to tell us about everything Pavilions offers, including their weekly whiskey and wine tastings. Being in the service industry myself, I know how much small interactions can impact someone's day. Ana gets it. She's a true professional, and it's clear why she's the store manager. The store looked great, the staff seemed happy, and the overall atmosphere reflected strong leadership. Ana, I hope you receive recognition for this. Your corporate team should know they have an exceptional manager representing their brand. Thank you for making my first visit to Pavilions a memorable one.

Torn Ranch Chocolate Cherries! These are so good.

This Pavillions is not one of the bigger stores, but it does have a nice selection of items. Love that they carry Torn Ranch chocolate cherries during the holidays.

Very clean and well stocked. Nice cheese and charcuterie offerings. Large wine selection and well organized. Parking lot is usually busy, lots of great options for dining and coffee. Employees are easy to find and happy to help. Great service.

Going into this Pavilions for the first time it was honestly very easy to find what I was looking for, the store in itself feels very welcoming and friendly. The Starbucks inside was very tempting and the treats in the bakery looked delicious! I did purchase a straight 8's lottery ticket on my way out and won $8, try your luck next time you're in!

We have a relative that lives out of the area. This happened last year and we just didn't say anything. They are kind enough to try to send us a floral arrangement on Thanksgiving. They like choosing pavilion and the last two years the flowers have arrived dead.

Very upscale supermarket. Always very clean. Very expensive supermarket. Very surprised lately on the shortage of items they have that they blame on the boat shortages but then I go to any of the stores around them (Ralph's, stater brothers, Trader Joe's) and they all have it and at half the price) don't get me wrong I love pavilions until recently when they have no stock. One thing I can say is absolutely phenomenal is their bakery. I would never go anywhere else for a cake or pastry or donut or even bagel and I'm a New Yorker lol. We have order so much from their bakery and have not once been let down. They will make any specialty cake you want or need and it will turn out delicious!!!

This store usually has some a decent selection of just about everything including behind the deli and meat counter. I took a couple of stars off because although the liquor section is extensive the head liquor manager appeared to imply that they kept some of the high end alcohol for themselves. Not sure if that was said in jest however its my hope that everything that is given to the store to distribute to customers is actually offered to them

Today, when they tried to use the cards at Nordstrom Rack, the cashier informed them that both cards were empty and flagged as fraudulent. I went back to Ralphs to understand what happened, but unfortunately, no one provided helpful assistance. Instead, I was told it was "not their problem." I explained that the cards were purchased directly from their store, so it should absolutely be their responsibility to help resolve the issue. To make matters worse, an employee named Tony spoke to us in a very unprofessional and threatening manner, saying, "Don't make me be hard on you," which was completely unacceptable. This is extremely disappointing customer service. I have now lost $120, and despite being told nothing can be done, I strongly believe this situation could and should be resolved. Bottom line: I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing gift cards from this store.

I had a question regarding bakery items, and especially for halva. The lady behind the counter was soo nice and helpful. Using my american farsi she was able to help me without judgment and guide me. Pro tip: you can order halva 2-3 days prior and have it made in small individual servings depending on quantity of people . For non persians reading this: God forbid someone has a funeral, memorial service, celebration of life, "halva " is something that is served along with "khorma" dates with walnuts. People like me, dont know how to make it. So its nice to know if that time comes and its needed , its an option to order ahead of time and have the custom items for our tradition to be available. The guy at the cheese/deli counter was also super helpful with me when ordering my feta bulgar cheese. We love our cheese, with walnuts. So since i was trying this one out, i decided to get a small size with the water in a separate container. Overall i like it here. Only issue, is the pricing. Mission ranch market a few miles down is more cost efficient and lower in cost for the value compared to here. So if you need to grab some items its worth coming here as it's closer. But if you are looking to go full in grocery shopping, i think MR market is better in terms of value and quality. Id come here and see for yourself.

I can tell the butchers know about it too because when I tell them they give me the worst attitude. I told them they keep selling me rancid meat and they should check it. They said "dont tell me how to do my job". I bought some spoiled lamb and the butcher told me that lamb always smells bad and I should to rinse it off. What?!? I know what lamb smells like. I know what rotten meat smells like. Rinsing it does not make it safe. I've given them too many chances and I'm done. I talked to the managers. I talked to the butchers. I even filed a report with the USDA. Nothing has changed. I'm surprised they don't have health code violations.

I'm not exactly sure why it feels like such a stark contrast, but it feels like the quality of some items diminishes by Saturday/Sunday. I'm very cautious when it comes to purchasing meat packaged by their butchery. Some of the beef appears brown in the store and if they weren't, they would turn brown within a day. I don't know if it's the way the meat is stored or processed, but it doesn't appear fresh or appetizing. However, if I purchase brands that are packaged by brand names, it's usually fine. The produce selection here is decent, but I feel it's not super diverse or abundant, even in peak seasons. For example, some of my favorite fruits are pretty limited in availability such as watermelon, white nectarines, or pears. It's possible they aren't prominently featured at the storefront or the entrances due to limited spacing, or maybe limited shipments. It's just disappointing to see such a small inventory. I think for me, it was a big shift in my shopping routine. I used to be able to find everything I needed as a one stop shop, but these days, I feel my basket is lighter. I come through out of convenience and have prioritized different grocers.
