I've just bought this liver in this store... Plus be aware at least half of the "discount" marked on the labels don't work because the are too lazy to update in the system or change the label

This is a nice Ralph's in kind of a strange shopping center aka strip mall in Mission Viejo. They have beautiful flowers and they have a nice greeter that says hello when you walk in. The grapes are little bit less expensive and so are the cherries I might buy some since I'm obsessed.

Drab and depressing store that is dimly lit, has relatively narrow aisles and doesn't have employees at the deli counter or at the registers as often as they should when they are busy. The employees seem largely unmotivated and everything I enter the Store it smells like a massive ashtray near the entrance (not accusing the employees but lysol the main avenues into the Store please). One area I would credit the Store in is the fact that the shelves are very well organized and usually fully stock -but that may be as a result of nor getting too much business. I want to support them and root for their success however with so many better options nearby I am only compelled to visit them as a last resort and in those few instances they have come through. Really hope the management and ownership do a deep dive into how things are going and identify areas of improvement because I want them to be a staple of our community and not an eyesore.

These are pictures of the other side of the" trimmed tritip", and the pile of fat I trimmed.

Yesterday late afternoon I sent my husband to Ralph's get a trimmed tritip on sales this week. When I opened it this morning see the other side hiding in the packaging, I just shocked to see 1 inch fat with some places even thicker all covered that piece of "TRIMMED" tritip! When I cut the fat off, it's More than a Pound! Ralph's is scamming consumers! It's absolutely disgusting!

I had never been to a Pavilions before, but I'm glad we decided to stop -- what a great first impression. While waiting for my fiancé to grab the candle, I noticed their beautiful premium liquor display. The setup was stunning, so I walked over for a closer look. That's where I met Ana Holdings, who was closing the cabinet. I joked with her that they were missing the best tequila. She asked which one, and I told her: Fortaleza. She playfully replied, "No we don't," and I told her I didn't see it. We ended up having a short but great conversation about tequila and spirits -- something I'm very familiar with. I asked her again about Fortaleza, and she told me to wait for a moment. Sure enough, she came back holding a Fortaleza Blanco bottle -- the last one in the entire store. The smile that put on my face was real. Anyone who knows tequila understands how special these bottles are: the craftsmanship, the flavor, the process, the rarity. I remember when they were $25, and now they're hard to find anywhere because of the demand. Finding one feels like a treasure hunt, and today I got lucky. To make it even better, I got an amazing price on this bottle -- lower than anything I've seen online or in other stores. That alone would've made my day, but the service took it to another level. I'm turning 40 next month, and I can't wait to open this bottle with friends and family. But what made this moment even better was Ana herself. Her friendliness, her knowledge, and her willingness to go above and beyond turned a simple grocery stop into a memorable experience. She didn't just provide great customer service -- she delivered five‑star service. She also took the time to tell us about everything Pavilions offers, including their weekly whiskey and wine tastings. Being in the service industry myself, I know how much small interactions can impact someone's day. Ana gets it. She's a true professional, and it's clear why she's the store manager. The store looked great, the staff seemed happy, and the overall atmosphere reflected strong leadership. Ana, I hope you receive recognition for this. Your corporate team should know they have an exceptional manager representing their brand. Thank you for making my first visit to Pavilions a memorable one.

The reason for the 4 Star overall rating is simple... too many times I've bought their 80/20 ground beef only to cook it up and realize it was 90/10 or 93/7 packaged up incorrectly. I realize mistakes happen but this one happens way too often and when you're buying 80/20 it's usually cuz you need the fat for flavor so it ruins the meal everytime they repeat the mistake. They do sell Harris Ranch steaks though and that's a very good thing.

And it's not like it's borderline or about to spoil. I open it up when I get home and it is completely open a window or you'll throw up rancid. I can tell the butchers know about it too because when I tell them they give me the worst attitude. I told them they keep selling me rancid meat and they should check it. They said "dont tell me how to do my job". I bought some spoiled lamb and the butcher told me that lamb always smells bad and I should to rinse it off. What?!? I know what lamb smells like. I know what rotten meat smells like. Rinsing it does not make it safe. I've given them too many chances and I'm done. I talked to the managers. I talked to the butchers. I even filed a report with the USDA. Nothing has changed. I'm surprised they don't have health code violations.

The combination is absolutely creating visible mold, hidden mold, and worms inside vegetables and I see I'm not the only one seeing this. I shop at Sprouts often, and I've already reported issues to corporate, but the problems with produce quality continue. It's not just the fruit sitting out on tables even the refrigerated items have had serious issues. For example, I recently bought Brussels sprouts from the refrigerated section. They looked fine from the outside, but when I cut them open, almost every single one had dark moldy spots inside and even worms. This wasn't just one bad sprout; it was the whole bag. I also keep running into moldy apples, berries, and other produce that look clean in-store but turn out to be spoiled once I get home. I do my part to inspect things before buying, but customers can't stand in the aisle opening every berry container or cutting open vegetables. Some days it feels like almost everything in the produce section has an issue, and I can't find anything that's truly fresh. What worries me most is that I shop here because I have mold illness and need high-quality produce. I even saw staff receiving cross-contamination training after my last complaint, which I appreciated but the quality problems are still happening. I really want to give Sprouts another chance, but at this point I'm starting to feel like I can't keep shopping here. Sprouts needs to look into their suppliers and their in-store handling, because something is going wrong. Customers should be able to trust that refrigerated items aren't moldy or infested inside. I hate to say this because we love coming here but it's not worth the contamination and absolutely not worth getting sick and having more toxicity over.
