paw haven was AMAZING and here's a few reasons why: they accommodated us literally so last min we had to go out of town and I'm so glad they did. we have 2 very big cane corsos and a lot of places charge for their extra large size and rooming but Paw Haven made sure our boys were comfortable for the best price, Rose did an amazing job at sending us picturess everyday of our boys and while they were on walks. Paw Haven offered to walk our dogs twice a day which meant a lot because they're used to that structure. the staff was amazing with them and when I went to pick uo my dogs they were obviously so loved by everyone there. Paw Haven is our new forever place for our dogs. I HIGHLY recommend you going there if you're considering the best care for your dogs :) read more

I take my dog here regularly for daycare and boarding. He loves it so much he gets sad when I come to pick him up because he doesn't want to leave! You can tell the owner and staff truly love and care about every dog that comes in here. I travel a decent amount, and my rescue was always anxious whenever I tried to board him or leave him at a doggy hotel. Then I found Paw Haven... wow. The staff and owner are amazing. You can tell they truly love dogs and care about their safety and well being. That was the first time I saw my dog relax and enjoy himself at a dog hotel. I saw him on the camera running around playing, licking the staff and just goofing around with his tail wagging furiously. Paw Haven is amazing and I wouldn't trust my dog with any other place. In the past, I've taken my dog to Wag Hotels, corporate chain doggy hotels, but nothing compares to Paw Haven. I initially called Paw Haven and spoke with a lady named Rose. I explained what I was looking for and not only was she caring, but she actually took the time to let me know how her facility operates with all animals. She offered for me and my dog to come in and get a feel of the environment. The place is exceptionally clean, cosmetically groomed, safe, and I felt very comfortable knowing my dog would be in the best hands. The staff are always so nice to me and never rush me out. Had to board my two dogs for a few nights. It was my first time using Paw Haven so I went and checked it out prior to boarding. It's a nice facility and the staff is friendly so I booked them. I have always been weary about the places I bring my Cleo to for grooming, doggy day care or boarding as you never know what you're going to get. I left Cleo with the Pawhaven team for nearly 2 months when I was traveling out of the country and they eased all of my anxieties. The love and care they provide for all their doggies is unmatched. Cleo's is an anxious rescue who is overly attached to me and is terrified of groomers but at paw haven she loves her baths, her private room and is always so excited to see the team and never wants to leave when friends and family come to walk her. Paw heaven is sincerely the best groomer, boarding and daycare place to bring your dog in studio city. There is no where else I will be bringing Cleo and I highly recommend all their services for trusted, reliable and honest care for your fur baby, especially since Paw Haven's ownership has such an immense background in the rescue world. The facility is clean and organized, there are also cameras to watch your baby during the day (there are specific hours) on a secure app, their instagram story is constantly updated with content of the dogs playing and they provide pictures and videos at your request. Scary and horrible experience!!! I took my dog Sophia for the first time today for Daycare and had spoken to Naomi when I dropped her off. I specifically told her that my dog was not spayed, is 6 months old (of pregnancy age) and she needed to be very well taken care of and away from active dogs that could potentially try to mate with her. I expressed to her that I had a contract where she could NOT get pregnant for any reason so if she could not handle this responsibility I would leave. She assured me over and over again she would be vigilant and make sure (especially being her first time) she would take extra care of watching Sophia. She specifically said she NEVER lets dogs "hump" each other as she is always in the area with the dogs. Within the hour I watched the camera and a big dog (that should not have been allowed in the small dog area) mounted and "humped" my puppy several times on several different occasions and the caretaker was no where in sight!! I frantically called the location (no one answered) and then called the owner's cell to tell her what was going on. She sent me to voicemail and sent a generic text. I texted her that I needed someone to take my dog out of that situation as I kept seeing the same dog all over my puppy (I took screenshots of the camera) and still no one in sight!! My dog was stressed and trying to flee the dog after he had mounted her! Finally the owner called back and very nonchalantly said that she had seen the cameras and will have someone take the aggressive dog out to another area! I expressed to her what was guaranteed being that it was my puppy's first time and she did not seem to care at all. I had to leave work to go pick up my dog within the hour. My dog seemed stressed and overwhelmed when I picked her up!! I would have NEVER left my dog there had I known there's one person taking care of 20 dogs at a time!! I was in horror watching the cameras!! My biggest fear now is that my dog could potentially be pregnant after I specifically told them the situation and legal ramifications I would experience if she did become pregnant!AWFUL AND TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE!! If you care for your dogs, do not leave your dog at this place! They have no care physically or emotionally for your dog! read more

Both of my huskies loved paw haven!!! It's so easy to drop off and pick up at this location. It was immaculately clean, it was so much fun for my pups and they were able to get socialized-which they needed badly!!!! The staff were great I didn't catch all their names but all of them were so friendly,warm and personable . Can't speak to their daycare or boarding services, but I had an awful experience with their grooming. Everyone here is very nice, but I've just never seen a worse grooming job, either on my dog or anyone else's. Choppy, uneven, seemingly shaved to the bone in some places and totally untouched in others. I really couldn't believe anyone would consider it acceptable. It was like someone who had never groomed a dog before just watched a how to video on YouTube or something. I would never ask for a fix, but I asked for another pass on the spots that didn't seem cut at all. My dog came back looking marginally better, but it was still so incompetent I just gave up. I ended up taking him to another groomer to try and at least even him out a little, and she couldn't believe how bad this grooming was either. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews, bad or otherwise, but I feel obligated to warn other people away from this place. read more

Terrific new addition to the neighborhood. My two pups needed grooming. I texted them in their website late last night and they got back to me first thing this morning with an appointment for today. They worked with my schedule. I just picked them up and both my doggies look quite handsome. The groomer was very nice and thanked me for my business. This will be my new go to groomer.
