Was able to get an appointment in for a bath and nail trim for my dog. Communication on arrival was a little awkward. When we entered, the front receptionist did not greet or had eye contact. He identified me as my phone number and not name or my dogs name. Which is different. I dropped off my dog at 1pm and picked him up at 4:30pm on a Saturday. He smelled nice but not sure if there were any deshedding services done even though I requested it. read more

First time at Paw Spa and I was very happy with how my doggies looked after our appointment. We have an old timer & a 10 mo old, who we were concerned with because the last place we went said he kept biting them! They did say he was nippy, but he looks great & we can't believe how they were able to trim him so well, especially near his eyes/nose! I just love Paw Spa! The staff here are very friendly and I especially love the way they treat my dog! My dog has black nails and I hate clipping them because I'm afraid to hurt her so I decided to take my dog here to get her nails clipped and they also can file them down which leaves my dogs nails short and looking nice. My dogs have been going to this location for over 6 years. Over time, the service has gotten worse because they are so busy and don't spend the time on grooming our dogs as they once did. I feel they use our dogs to train their groomers because there are times when their hair cuts are uneven and half-ass done. This last time, the groomer cut my dog. The groomer admitted that she cut his cyst by accident. Side note, they did a crappy job trimming both dogs. We let it go and paid for the grooming even though Matt should have discounted the services for the terrible cut and cutting my dog. My dog bled for a couple of hours, but I didn't complain to them. Instead, I cleaned it up. Well, now it's infected and I went back to them and now they are saying it burst in the tub and do not take responsibility. Matt has always been rude to us, but we liked Hailey. They are not accepting fault and are always coming up with excuses and argumentative with us. All I wanted was for us to come to an understanding of them accepting fault and paying for a portion of the vet bill. (yes, he had to go to the vet and have surgery to clean out the infection) We should have fired them years ago, but we are loyal to a fault. If you have any long-hair dogs, do not take them here! Their customer service is awful, they are rude, never admit to anything they did was wrong and they mistreat our dogs! read more

We have been coming to Haile (when it was previously owned by a different person) for over 3 years! All of the staff are friendly and are always open to customize the hair cuts to owners discretion. Our West HIghland White Terrier always looks adorable after coming for the quarterly year haircut. They always are heavily booked for cuts but are open for baths everyday. This really helps out a lot if we go camping and come back with a West Highland Brown Terrier. I have tried over 3 different dog salons and this one, by far, is the best! read more

Love love love this place! The staff are amazing! I have a rescue shepherd who is very anxious and will bark (a lot) I could not believe when I walked in to get my dogs he was quite and laying down. This just shows me how secure he feels here. The staff have helped us when my little shepherd had bad hot spots and when my old shepherd cut his face up really bad. Both time I called to cancel the appointment and they said they could do something to help. When I brought my old shepherd in his eyes were almost swollen closed from the amount of little cuts on his face but they cleaned and disinfected them and the swelling was starting to go down by the time I picked him up. We have to kennel our dogs together or they will freak out, and the staff are super accommodating and have a family kennel big enough for my three shepherds. Our boy Simba ended up needed his grooming right around the coronavirus outbreak.. poor baby could barely even see with all his hair in the way! Lol. His current groomer is closed during this pandemic. Luckily, we went to a store in this same parking lot and I ran across Paw Spa. I saw people coming out with their pups and was surprised to see they are open. I called the same day and got an appt for Simba a few days later with Halie. She was amazing!!! Not only was she super sweet, but she did an awesome job on his haircut and everything! We could not even tell the difference between Halie and his usual groomer. In fact, Halie might've even done a better job! To top it off, Simba can be feisty especially if you try to touch his mouth and Halie was actually able to brush his teeth. We were shocked! Lol. His usual groomer said she would no longer be able to bc he bit her the last time she did it. Anyway, we loved Halie and the job she did so we will definitely be bringing Simba back to her again!! read more

I took our family dog here as I was visiting my parents for the holidays and I thought I'd treat him, a Frenchie, to a spa day since he's never been to the groomers.
